Property description:

House ideally located, 800 m from the lake of carcans 'maubuisson' and 4 km from the ocean, with a view on the forest. Beds are made on arrival.
Large terrace of 53 m2 with barbecue, sunbathing. Bicycle path 50 m from the lake and the ocean. Possibility of renting bicycles and cleaning at the end of the stay. The resort and its surroundings offer a multitude of activities, with extensive cycle paths (tree climbing, archery, tennis, sailing, surfing ...).
Our rentals are from Sunday to Sunday and at least every two weeks in July and August except for isolated weeks.

Wunderbares Haus

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus in guter Lage. Nahe zum See und wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zum Meer.Viele Optionen für Spaziergänge und Routen in der Natur, Entdeckungen in der Umgebung oder Sport.Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die immer geduldig alle Fragen beantworten und sympathisch sind.Das Haus ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Von perfekten Betten über das Badezimmer bis hin zur sehr guten Küche. An warmen Tagen ist der Garten Gold wert. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Erholsame Tag am Atlantik

Wir durften zu Viert + Hund, 14 erholsame Tage in Maubuisson in einem sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt 10 Gehminunten ausserhalb von Maubuisson, d.h. Bäcker, Metzger und der Supermarkt sind auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Im Ort selber wird einiges an Gastronomie angeboten. Nach Carcans Plage sind es 45 Gehminunten/ 5min. mit dem Auto. Fahrradweg/ Gehweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Das Haus ist großzügig Ausgestattet wobei die großzügige Terasse mit anschließenden Garten hervorzuheben sind (Ideal für Haustiere). In der Küche wurden verschiedene Gegenstände von den Vormietern nicht sauber hinterlassen, daher 1 Stern abzug Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten und können es für bis zu 6 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Das alleinstehende Haus steht wunderbar in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Uns fehlte nichts. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Ein weiteres Bett befindet sich in der oberen Galerie, die zum Wohnbereich offen ist. Wir haben dort zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Problematisch ist nur, dass es dort wenig Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Größere Supermärkte sind mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber für dieses Problem kann das Haus nichts. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Drei Wochen Sommerurlaub

Wir haben wunderbare drei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr gut zwischen See und Atlantik, allerdings ist die Straße nach Carcans-Plage sehr laut zu hören. Lionel war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, besonders als es auf Grund einer Autopanne Probleme mit unserer Anreise gab. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Die Garage war toll für unsere Fahrräder und das Strandequipment.

Bon accueil des propriétaires, ponctuels et agréables ! Logement parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Super séjour en famille, le logement a une taille suffisante pour pouvoir passer des moments agréables en famille les jours de mauvais temps (nous sommes venus fin octobre 😬) Environnement propice aux balades en vélo, très calme.

Maubuisson

Très belle villa à proximité du lac et du centre de Maubuisson. La villa est également située à seulement quelques kms de l'océan. La situation est idéale pour des vacances sportives. La terrasse et le jardin sont très spacieux. La mezzanine , située au-dessus du living/salle à manger, comporte un grand lit double et un lit simple avec lit-tiroir. Il y a deux chambres accessibles depuis le living. Une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples. La ville est proposée pour six couchages mais peut sans réelles difficultés accueillir 8 personnes. Les multiples possibilités de couchage qu'offre cette maison sont un réel atout. Nous avons passé deux bonnes semaines sur place.

Séjour confortable et reposant entre océan, lac et forêt landaise.e

Agréable séjour en mai au sortir du confinement. Période calme, très peu de vacanciers . La maison est parfaitement équipée (électroménager, batterie de cuisine, barbecue, tv grand écran), deux vraies chambres fermées et une grande en mezzanine donc ouverte. L'océan est à 5 mn en voiture, 15 mn en vélo par la piste cyclable, 30 mn à pieds. Le lac de Carcans Maubuisson tout proche , 15 mn à pieds. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants. Seul petit bémol : la proximité de la route unique qui mène à la plage. En été ce doit être plus bruyant que dans cette période de levée du déconfinement .

Superbe villa de vacances avec tout le confort nécessaire

Nous avons passés 4 magnifiques semaines en famille avec un super beau temps (l'été indien) dans cette fantastique maison de vacances à Carcans-Maubuisson et nous pouvons vivement la recommander. Dès l'arrivée on est accueilli chalereusement par les propriétaires et ils prennent le temps d'expliquer tout les détails importants de la maison. Elle se trouve dans un magnifique quartier calme de Carcans-Maubuisson (au plein milieu de la pinède et à environ 7 minutes en voiture des plages de l'océan, également joignable à vélo). Le petit centre-ville et le lac de Maubuisson sont aussi sans problèmes accessibles à pied ou à vélo, grâce à la proximité directe avec les très bonnes pistes cyclables. La maison offre sufisamment de la place (on était 3 adultes et entre-temps même 5 grâce à la visite des amis). En plus elle est dans un super état. On voit que les propriétaires prennent bien soin de la maison et l'entretiennent soigneusement, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Au niveau de l'équipement c'est simple, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut au quotidien (juste un peu plus de choix des casserolles pourraient être encore mieux). Il y a une petite pièce de rangement à côté de la cuisine (séparée par une porte coulissante), dans laquelle on trouve entre autres le lave-linge et deux grands lavabos, c'est très pratique. On a aussi accès au garage, si par exemple on souhait mettre ses vélos à l'abri. L'intérieur de la maison est très lumineux et agréable, car la maison est exposée côté sud et pas trop cachée dans la pinède. C'est surtout la terrasse derrière la maison, qui donne la possibilité de profiter du beau temps et du farniente (il y a suffisamment du mobilier de jardin à disposition). Le concept avec la grande mezzanine avec plusieurs possibilités de couchage est aussi génial, car ça donne une ambiance très interéssante au salon. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et à l'écoute (nous les avons demandé d'échanger le fer à repasser pendant notre séjour et nous avons reçu un fer à repasser flambant neuf très rapidement). Nous les remercions encore une fois chaleureusement pour cette belle location et leur aimabilité. Dans l'ensemble c'est une très belle maison de vacances avec un super placement dans un cadre exceptionnel et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.
