Superb apartment located at the beginning of Cap d'Antibes to 200 meters from a sandy beach and 400 meters from the shops. Corner apartment on the ground floor with terrace of 37 m2. Clear view on flowered garden and the lighthouse of Garoupe. Apartment comfort. WiFi available. Garage in the basement.

Walks from the house: The walking tours are numerous from the complex:
The residence is ideally located between the old Antibes (0. 8 km) and Cap d'Antibes. You can walk to the center of Antibes / old Antibes along the beaches and in the walls.
Following the path of the Hermitage, you access the quiet and shady streets of Cape Town as well as hiking trails leading to the lighthouse Garoupe, from where the views of Antibes, the Bay of Angels and the Gulf of Juan are spectacular. Not to mention around the Cap d'Antibes in the coastal footpath, to discover the Garoupe beach and several creeks around the Cape for swimming.
The resort of Juan les Pins is also within walking distance (1 km) from the residence.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise durchgehend zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer nur mit Code begehbaren Anlage und ist ca. 4-5 Gehminuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Der nächste Bäcker ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, einzig bis zum nächstgelegenen (gut sortierten und preisgünstigen) Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten - selbt ein Einkaufsrolley steht jedoch zur Verfügung, ebenso wie Liegestühle, Strandschirme und, und, und. Wir empfehlen das Apartment gerne weiter.

Tolles Appartement mit wunderschönem Garten

Erst einmal muss man erwähnen, dass die Wohnung und die traumhafte Terrasse mit dem Garten in Wirklichkeit schöner ist, als auf den Fotos dieser Webseite.Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft mit dem Eigentümer Christophe war perfekt. Er antwort rasch und ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer Art Wohnkomplex mit 4 Häusern . Privatweg mit aufschliessbarem Tor in einer ruhigen Strasse. Da sich die Wohnung im letzten Haus am Ende befindet, ist es fernab von der Strasse bzw. dem Verkehr und total ruhig. Der Strand mit toller Strandbude (Chez Josy- super Café Frappé- 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Bäcker ( Boulangerie Eric Kayser - köstliche Baguettes ,10 Gehminuten) Das Apartment ist top ausgestattet, Betten sind ok und weil wir fast täglich selbst gekocht haben,können wir sagen, dass die Ausstattung der Küche mehr als ausreichend war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!! Danke Christophe

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, propre, spacieux, bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé ! Tout à pieds pour se baigner, se promener dans la vieille ville, la Garoupe, Juan les pins, les commerces et restaurants, le port.... La région est magnifique. Et ce qui ne gâche rien, les hôtes sont des personnes remarquables, très gentils. Merci.

Eine gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage-

Absolut freundlicher, prompter Empfang und Übergabe mit korrekter Awicklung aller Formalitäten. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist Top-gepflegt und sauber. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Versorgungseinrichtngen des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Restaurants gutt erreichbar.

Un vrai plaisir / A real pleasure

L'appartement est bien situé dans une résidence très calme. Il est propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'accueil est très appréciable; votre papa est charmant et de très bon conseils. Je reviendrais avec plaisir. Mes enfants etaient également ravis, et déçus de devoir repartir. A très vite j'espère. The apartment is well located in a very quiet residence. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The home is very significant; your dad is charming and very good advice. I would come back with pleasure. My children were also delighted and disappointed to leave. Back very soon I hope.

Schöne Ferienwohnung - super Lage

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, es ist alles da was man braucht. Am Besten fanden wir den großen Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Garten und die Nähe zum Sandstrand. Die Reservierung und der Schriftverkehr im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter sowie die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr gut. Es gibt hier zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Location très bien située au calme

Très bel appartement conforme au descriptif

Situation remarquable , proche du centre ville et de la plage. L'appartement lumineux et très confortable , avec une grande terrasse, est situé dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Wunderschöne Ferien in Antibes

Jardin de l'hermitage Antibe

1) Le ménage de L'appatement n'avait pas été fait. 2) la deuxième chambre n'a pas un vrai lit 3) Manque quelques ustensiles pour les gens qui font à mangés (moulin à légume) 4) Le couloir desservant les chambres devrait être rafraîchi ont est loin d'un 5 étoiles Nous avons apprécié la beauté de la résidence,son calme, la proximite du centre ville pour des personnes qui aiment marcher c'est idéales. Appartement trop cher pour les prestations.

Herrlicher Urlaub an der Cote d´azur

Das Apartement war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Am meisten haben wir die große Terasse und die Aussicht auf den sehr gepflegten Garten genossen. Da wir einen Tiefgaragenplatz hatten, gab es auch kein Problem mit überhitztem Auto. Die Ruhe, Sauberkeit, Strandnähe war super. Die Wohnungsübergabe und später auch die Abnahme war kein Problem, der Hausherr war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist jedoch vorteilhaft etwas französich zu sprechen um sich mit ihm zu verständigen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder auf dieses Apartement zurückgreifen.

Location idéale

Très bel apppartement en rez de chaussé dans une résidence calme. La location était en tout point conforme à la description et à nos attentes. La terrasse longeant tout l'appartement est trés appréciable. Bien équipé, il ne manquait vraiment rien. Situé à 2 pas de la plage et proche de la ville (on peut aller facilement à pied aussi bien dans le viel Antibes qu'à Juan les pins). Pour nous, c'était vraiment la location idéale et nous n'en chercherons pas d'autres quand nous reviendrons sur Antibes !

Entière satisfaction

Nous avons séjourné à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), à deux reprises, dans ce très bel appartement bien orienté, confortable (très bonne literie pour les parents), au calme (intérieur d'ilôt) et à deux pas d'une plage familiale. Immeuble particulièrement bien entretenu. Accueil très aimable et attentionné. A recommander +++

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au mois de septembre 2008 dans l’appartement et nous y sommes sentis très bien. L’appartement est bien équipé et calme. Viel Antibes, les musées, les restaurants, le marché, le boulanger, le Phare de la Garoupe, les ports etc. ne sont pas loin, on peut aller à pied. La location est idéale pour faire des excursions. On a vu beaucoup comme Biot, Cannes, Nice, Eze, Menton, Vallauris, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Fondation Maeght, Villa et Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild, Villa Grecque Kérylos, Musée Renoir, Fernand Leger etc. Après nos excursions nous avons pris un bain dans la mer.
