Zein (Zane) and I have been Encinitas residents since 2003. We love this town and are Encinitas lifers! We have 4 children (Our son not shown in photo) and we can't see ourselves raising our family in any other place. We bought this condo as a place for our family to come and visit us as they live all over the country. We look forward to having you as our guests and hope you can take in all this place has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This home has everything you need to make you comfortable. It is centrally located to not only the local North County attractions, but it is also a short distance to all of what San Diego can offer. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego, and the Wild Animal Park all are within 30 minutes drive. The world famous Legoland is only a short 10 minutes away. If you are just looking to relax and enjoy the beach, its right there!

We wanted a place where people feel like they are not leaving home. It is quaint and comfortable and the community residents are super friendly.
