Mooi vakantiehuis op een prachtige plek!
We hebben genoten van het huis. We waren met twee gezinnen en hebbeb elke dag heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad en op de veranda gezeten. Door de overkapping was het aangenaam in de schaduw. Het was erg warm de gehele week. Meer dan 30 graden. Gelukkig was er airco aanwezig in het huis. Buiten in de tuin hadden we het gezelschap van twee grote schildpadden.

très belle maison avec vue superbe
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à deux familles avec nos adolescents. La maison est confirme à la description. Jolie piscine et superbe vue. Endroit très agréable. Christophe est très réactif si il y a un soucis (pas grand chose - il y a eu juste une clim à redémarrer pour qu'elle fonctionne correctement). merci pour ce séjour.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage
Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen, zwei Babys und einem 7-jährigen von Süddeutschland nach Korsika. Die Fahrt war lang - aber durch die modernen Autofähren, die mehr einem Hotel als einer Fähre glichen, war die Anreise komfortabel und angenehm. In Aleria wurden wir herzlich vom Besitzer des Hauses empfangen und zum Haus begleitet. Er war sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich. Das Haus liegt an einer Meeresbucht, eingefasst von Bambus, in einer bevorzugten Wohngegend von Aleria. Im Inneren erwartete uns ein klimatisiertes Wohnerlebnis mit zwei Bädern, zwei Toiletten, einer offenen Küche mit Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafzimmern. Eines der Schlafzimmer samt Bad ist neu angebaut worden. Das andere Bad samt Schlafzimmern ist älter. Die Babys konnten auf Anfrage komfortabel in den vor Ort verfügbaren Baby-Reisebetten untergebracht werden. Auch stellte man uns zwei Hochstühle zur Verfügung. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell klimatisierbar. Die Küche bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Das WLAN funktioniert perfekt! Die Terrasse und eines der Schlafzimmer bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den hauseigenen Pool und die Merresbucht des Mittelmeers, in welcher Austern kultiviert werden. Die Meeresbucht steht daher nicht als Badeort zur Verfügung. Im Garten wachsen viele Kräuter, welche der Küche gute Dienste leisten. Der Pool wird eingefasst von einem Olivenbaum und zahlreichen Blumen. Er war sauber und gepflegt. Ein herrlicher Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Land und die Natur sind grandios! Kalte Süßwasserquellen- und Flüsse, Berge und Wälder, Olivenhaine, Weinberge und Sandstrände, eingefasst vom sanften und doch auch ab und an wilden Mittelmeer. Doch wenn ihr diese grandiose Insel besucht, beachtet dass die Korsen großen Wert auf die französische Sprache legen. Kaum einer kann oder möchte in Englisch oder einer anderen Sprache kommunizieren. Hier fallen die Begrüßungen durchaus auch ab und an einmal etwas kühler aus, wenn man nicht französisch spricht. Nicht so aber beim Vermieter - ein netter, aufgeschlossener und ehrlicher Mensch. Wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen. Evtl. wenn unsere Kleinsten etwas größer sind. Vielen Dank für alles an Christophe und Lucette!

Well appointed villa close to beautiful scenery
We have just returned home following a lovely week's stay in the villa. We are a family of 7 and the villa (and pool) fitted us perfectly. Close to a large supermarket and a small number of cafes, bars and restaurants, with an idyllic view of the lake, we found this an ideal location to explore the local area including beaches and the Gorges of the Solenzara River (highly recommended ++). Lucette and the others were great communicators and very helpful and kind. All in all a great holiday, thank you!

Très bien !
La maison a une vue époustouflante sur l etang de Diane, le jardin est très bien entretenu et un jardin aromatique jouxte la piscine, ce qui permet de nager au milieu des odeurs de thym et de romarin... Rien ne manque dans la maison climatisée, et les quelques petits ajustements inherents à toute location ont été réglés rapidement. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, accueillants et efficaces. Un magasin Leclerc situé à moins de deux mn en voiture permet de s approvisionner facilement. Je conseille la boucherie d Aleria, "chez Eric", où l inenarrable Milou vous accueillera avec une gentillesse sans égal Notons également l excellent accueil à l office du tourisme où moult conseils vous seront prodigués. En bref je recommande chaudement cette location et ses adorables propriétaires

Le calme, la vue et la piscine !
Super séjour au calme avec une vue imprenable sur les étangs de Diane, spécialement depuis la chambre, au réveil, c'est fantastique ! Profiter de la piscine jusqu'en octobre est très agréable et la localisation de la villa est idéale pour découvrir la Corse. Entre Bastia et Bonifacio, nous avons pu aussi visiter Corte et profiter des randonnées aux alentours. Je recommande vivement !

Sehr schöne Lage mit toll...
Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Blick über den Etang. Wunderschöner Starnd nur 2 km entfernt. in wenigen Minuten mitten im Ortszentrum mit Bäckerei, L´Eclerc, etc. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, haben nie einen der Nachbarn gesehen oder gehört. Schöne Holzterrasse und beheizbarer Pool, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche und Wohnraum ausreichend, aber nicht besonders komfortabel ausgestattet. Prima fanden wir das große Kinderzimmer, unsere Kinder fanden es toll, gemeinsam zu schlafen. Fazit: Preis-Leistung absolut ok, wer sehr verwöhnt ist, wird vielleicht etwas enttäuscht sein. Es müsste alles mal wieder generalüberholt werden. Kontakt mit Vermieter war freundlich, bekamen ein Willkommenspaket mit korsischen Spezialitäten überreicht. Korsika ist immer eine Reise wert!!!

"Points positifs : -Bon accueil des propriétaires -Villa au calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang de Diana (on voit la mer au loin). -Bon agencement des pièces et piscine très agréable idéalement située. -Le jardin est vaste et bien aménagé;il donne un acces direct à l'étang (Etang ostréicole). Points négatifs : -L'équipement est vieillissant (mobilier) et les finitions (maçonnerie,terrasse bois) ne sont pas au niveau de la prestation attendue pour ce prix (le propriétaire s'est engagé à y remédier). -Attention aux moustiques !"

"The photo in the advert of the view does not do it justice, it is absolutely stunning. The garden runs down to the lake (about 200 ft away)Our daughter loved paddling in the lake.Take mosquitto spray for the evenings. Lovely garden for kids, lots of grass. Pool great, heated and very warm. Villa good but looking a little 'tired'. Villa's either side but we had no problem with noise. 10 min easy stroll into town where there were several cafe's, a large Le Clearc supermarket( still Super U on Google maps)and pharmacy. set meal in local restaurant 16 E. Recommend the kyacking from the village. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were lovely. Would certainly love to return one day"
