Non abbiamo avuto nessun disturbo da parte di nessuno, la casa è ben attrezzata e silenziosa. Con tutti i confort, non manca nulla. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 10 min di strada a piedi e a 3 min con la macchina. Prioprietario gentile e disponibile. Da rifare.

L'appartamento stupendo. Non e' mancato nulla. A 10 minuti di strada a piedi uno si ritrova al bellissimo lungomare di giardini naxos. Il Signor Tomarchio e' una Persona squisita. Non penso sia stata l'ultima vacanza a Giardini Naxos. Speriamo a presto.

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Abwicklung war vorbildlich und die Anlage einschließlich einer Garage mit elektronisch gesicherter Zufahrt gab einem ein besonders sicheres Gefühl. Gastgeber, Freunde und Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

appartement très agréable
Appartement très agréable climatisé ce qui est fort appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs du mois d'août en sicile. Bien situé proche de tous les commerces et de la plage. La terrasse est difficile à utiliser car l'escalier est raide et elle donne sur des cours d'immeuble. La machine à laver est appréciable ainsi que le parking pour la voiture car les rues sont etroites et toutes payantes. Giardini naxos est un point de chute idéal pour visiter les villages de taormina l'etna

Magnifica Vacanza
Bellissima vacanza, bellissimo appartamento completo di tutto e il signor Orazio é stato disponibilissimo tanto da venirci a prendere al casello autostradale. Peccato che la settimana per via del tempo é stata pessima, ma alla fine io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio.

Great stay
My wife and I stayed in the apartment in September 2015. The apartment is great, highly recommend; it is well furnished, very quite, has a secure parking. Wed had issues with internet first couple of days but Orazio (the host) sorted the problem out with WIND. BTW... there is a walk if you do not have a car to the beach (about 15 minutes). We always drove as we normally went to Taormina public beach (cleaner than the one in Naxos). Thank you Orazio! Alexander

Meravigliosa vacanza
Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo grazioso appartamento dal 1 agosto 2015 al 16 agosto 2015. Possiamo solo parlarne in maniera più che positiva. La casa dispone veramente di ogni comfort,tutti! A pochi passi dallo splendido lungomare di Giardini. Nelle vicinanze si trovano minimarket e bar. Centro commerciale a pochi km. Inoltre è a 2 passi dallo svincolo dell'autostrada per raggiungere le splendide cittadine di Catania,Acireale... un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Orazio e sua moglie

La sistemazione ideale
Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento dal giorno 16 al 30 di agosto. Non possiamo che parlare in maniera entusiastica della sistemazione. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza, ospitalità, cordialità e disponibilità davvero uniche. E’ impossibile non trovarsi a proprio agio. L’appartamento è davvero molto bello. Più di quanto possa sembrare in fotografia. Personalizzato, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente e funzionale. Inoltre è dotato di qualsiasi cosa possibile immaginabile. Non manca davvero nulla. Per quanto riguarda l’ubicazione, si trova in un’ottima posizione di Giardini Naxos in quanto è molto comodo per raggiungere l’autostrada e le spiagge si raggiungono in pochi minuti di strada a piedi. Insomma, è davvero il posto perfetto, ad un ottimo prezzo, per trascorrere le vacanza nella parte nord orientale della splendida Sicilia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a fine luglio e ci siamo trovati molto bene: il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto e ci ha perfino accompagnato a fare la spesa in un centro commerciale. In ogni caso nei pressi dell'appartamento ci sono dei piccoli negozi in cui ogni giorno abbiamo potuto comprare l'essenziale quotidiano. L'appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Giardini e dalla fermata del bus, col quale si può raggiungere la migliore spiaggia di Recanati. Consigliato!

"L''appartement est vraiment agréable, malgré quelques difficultés avec l''eau chaude parfois! En plus, il y a un garage! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Seul petit bémol, la plage de sable fin (côté lido di naxos) est quand même pas toute proche, on mettait environ 20 min à pied (on n''avait pas trouvé d''autre chemin...), mais ceci ne nous aurait pas gêné si nous n''avions pas eu un enfant en bas âge!"

"Die Wohnung entsprach all unseren Erwartungen. Sie befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Giardini Naxos und ist dennoch - da sie nicht direkt an der Straße liegt - sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
