About this property

House in a very quiet area, in the back country, nice view on olive trees. 10 mn from the city center of Toulon by car or bus. 10 km from the beaches easy access in 20 mn from Bandol, Sanary sur mer, Hyères... sea and country for peaceful vacation. Cannes , Nice, Saint tropez, Aix en provence , Marseille and Avignon are approximatively 1 hour driving.
The house was fully renovated recently. Kitchen fully equipped and very nice to cook because in the living room.
Barbecue on the balcony (access from kitchen) big table outside for 8 people.
the house is on 2 levels 1 bath room and toilet on each level. there are 3 bed rooms with double beds + one convetible in the TV room.

Big car park to host up to 3 cars. Very big swimming pool 11 meters per 4 meters, very deep (2 meters) . Alarm and fence for swimming pool. Swimming pool maintenance is made by a professionnal who will visit each week.
Very quiet neighbourghood. We will recommend all our good adresses.

We have 1 cat which you can feed.

No smoking inside but you can smoke outside.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice, well equipped with everything you will need. The communication with Caroline was good. The key was in a keylock so there was no personal check in. That would have been nice, especially to explain were the lightswitches would be for the outside and explaining the alarm on the swimmingpool. But there was a map with a lot of information (also about the swimmingpoolalarm) which was sufficient in the end. The swimmingpool and the outdoor seating areas were very comfortable with enough shade. There was a beautiful view. One tip: a lot of closets all over the house were closed by tape. In the bathroom all the cabinets were closed like this. It felt a bit as we were trespassing. Clearing out one or two cabinets would give more comfort. But overall we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house and would recommend it to others. Thank you Caroline.

Toller Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Caroline. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderbar! Auch das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Familie das Haus selber nutzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Caroline war super.

La maison était conforme à l’annonce. Elle était très agréable à vivre. La piscine a été vraiment un plus. La propriétaire a été très disponible et efficace sur les réponses à nos questions. Expérience à renouveler et location à recommander 👍

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette propriété au pied du mont faron, superbe environnement, superbe vue, au calme dans une villa magnifique aux équipements conformes à l'annonce. Merci à Caroline pour sa disponibilité et ses différents contacts téléphoniques. Nous recommandons cette location et pensons revenir dans les années à venir.

Au top

La maison est super. Très agréable à vivre, fraîche, aménagée avec goût. Entouree des collines de Toulon. Impasse extrêmement calme La piscine est grande. Nous sommes venues a 3 couples avec des enfants en bas ages) nous ne sommes quasi pas sortis tellement nous y étions bien La maison est repartie sur 2 niveaux, idéal en famille (les proprio ont des enfants tout est pense pour leur sécurité tant au niveau des escaliers que de la piscine). Et le village du revest a 6 min en voiture est très très mignon. Je recommande (en plus les proprio sont super sympa ce qui ne gâche rien :)

Tranquillité dans une villa sympa

Deux semaines très sympa dans une villa au calme. Pour les enfants la sécurité est au maximum entre l alarme de la piscine et la sécurité au niveau des portiques qui empêche les enfants de descendre les escaliers seuls ou aller à la piscine seuls. La villa est très bien entretenue et très propre. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et les propriétaires sont très sympas.

Agréable reposant et adapté aux enfants

Une location très bien située et particulièrement bien adaptée pour les enfants idéale pour 2 familles. Contact très agréable avec les proprietaires. La grande piscine invite au repos et permet aux enfants de s éclater! Le magnifique petit village du revest à 5 minutes en voiture nous a permi de passer des fins de journées agréables et detendues! Bref une location a recommander!

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine! La maison est spacieuse, bien arrangée très agréable et la piscine est de bonne taille. Indispensable sous cette chaleur! Le coin est adorable, le village du Revest est un must do avec ses petites rues et sa tour. Et il y a plein de balades à faire pas très loin (tout est indiqué dans le dossier laissé pour les locataires). On recommande!

our swimming pool was made to fullfill every one's needs. very big pool 11 meters per 4. 2 m deep and 1 m in the middle plus there is a paddling area with only 20 cm deep of water. that enables toddlers to play in the water or adults to enjoy and relax in the sun. the house is surrounded by trees it is so peaceful you won't want to leave the house...
