E con la possibilità di raggiungere le maggiori attrattive anche a piedi. Appartamento ben arredato e provvisto di tutto così come elencato. Gentile, anche se a pagamento, ad offrire l'accoglienza anche in notturna dovuta ad una disavventura con l'aereo.

The property was a great location and the property manager was very helpful. The building felt very secure and quiet.it would have been nice to have a few condiments and coffee so you don’t have to go shopping right away. And maybe some dishwasher and washer machine soap. A few extra towels would be nice too. But I would recommend this place because the size and location was perfect!

Fantastic location

Space was great, terrace was great (no view, but lots of fresh air). Bed was great. Some funky smells in the bathroom that came and went. Check-in was easy and friendly, doorman(s) was great. The apartment was clean, but I would dump the shaggy rug (only thing I was uncomfortable with regarding cleanliness). The couch had a cover over it which they pulled to clean when we were getting ready to leave (a very good idea). The location was amazing. A good value.

Needs an upgrade!

I booked this before I saw the recent reviews, which sadly I agree with. Bathroom smells of sewage, lights not working, lots of things broken and not fixed. It’s in a great position but needs an upgrade and good tidy up. Then it could be very nice. Was not cheap either! Would have been cheaper to stay in a nice hotel. The bed was very clean and comfy though!

Not the place for a long stay.

Waited 40 minutes for the check-in to show up. The place needs lots of maintenance. Shades are broken, patio door had no lock, no soap for hand washing, two thin bath towels for a one week stay with two people, half of the bathroom lights were burned out, no starter coffee, no sugar, no creamer, no dryer for cloths, just a drying rack, no kitchen towels, bathroom floor covered with stains, bathroom door handle broken, etc. Management sent a repairman the second day who provided a stick to "lock" the patio door and replaced 2 of the 4 bad lights in the bathroom, one of which burned out the next day, leaving three out of 6 lights working.

Great location, adequate apartment.

Location is wonderful. Apartment is adequate, but not as lovely as shown in photos. Sh ades ripped, drying rack broken, repairs not kept up. No started coffee, towels, etc. Coffee pot broken, was replaced next day. Shower broken, fixed next day. No written instructions for anything. Review from 2017 mentioned same thing, still not fixed by 2019.

Best Location in Barcelona

We had a great experience in Barcelona. The apt was great, best location, clean, modern , spacious for a family of 4. I will stay again for sure .

The apartment is in a beautiful building and has a fabulous location. Doorman very nice, and the two lifts were quick and efficient. However, the apartment wasn't terribly clean. There were ants in the kitchen. The bathroom smelled horrendously of sewer gas. Impossible to take a shower without inundating the bathroom. One tiny, tiny ice cube trays in freezer. Also, there was nothing provided except sheets, towels, toilet paper and tiny bottles of shampoo. No paper towels, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent, no soap except a small dispenser of liquid handsoap in kitchen. No spray for the ants. And no instructions for anything. We had to buy everything for our three night stay, which was ridiculous. Why rent an apartment when cooking and cleaning is made so difficult? Not even a sponge was provided. The odor in the bathroom was overwhelming, even with the window open. Bed wasn't terribly comfortable and there was only one extra pillow. All three were very thin. We still had a great time in Barcelona, but others might better spend the same amount of money on a nice hotel.

Very Central Apartment

As a couple this was an ideal apartment for us. Very quiet at the back of the building with a central location convenient for the metro, buses or getting about on foot. The bathroom is off the bedroom so if there are 4 adults staying you would need to know that. Large balcony off the lounge plus the use of the roof as well to catch the sun. Good value for a city centre location.

GREAT location, needs attention to basics

This apartment is in a perfect location, right off the Plaza Catalunya. Steps from the Metro train station and the direct airport bus, which made sight seeing and travel easy. The building itself is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of light. This apartment does need some attention to basic details. There are no kitchen towels or paper towels, no kitchen sponges, nothing to clean in the kitchen with. There is a dishwasher, but no dishwashing soap. Bathroom towels were dingy, one had a frayed hole in it. We were given one extra roll of toilet paper for a one week stay. No facial soap for bathroom sink. The couch fabric needs to be cleaned, as there are stains. We went to the store to get supplies for our stay, but these should be standard supplies in a short term rental property.
