Spacious, clean and perfect location

Pierre was an excellent host and met us although we arrived late in the evening. He was very helpful and kind. The apartment was airy, bright and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and the port. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Apartment!

We spent six days in Nice at Pierre’s apartment and felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is wonderful! It is exactly as described and has a special charm with its small balcony high above the stur Bonaparte. Pierre is a wonderful and very attentive host, and we were delighted that our dogs were just as welcome as we were. We would love to come back!

Awesome apartment

This was my 4th visit to Nice and by far the BEST apartment. It is spacious, sunny, quiet and VERY clean. Pierre is an EXCELLENT host and has stocked the apartment with absolutely everything you’ll need. Definitely returning!thank you Poerre

Great Apartment and Hosts.

Hosts were great and very responsive. The location is perfect, everything is at your doorstep. We stayed for four weeks in the apartment and loved every minute of it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely balcony to sit and observe or have your meals/evening drinks. We will be back again.

Parfait....

Wir waren jetzt das 6. Mal bei Pierre. Wie immer ist alles wunderbar. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer super Lage. Die Rue Bonaparte und das ganze Viertel ist wunderschön. Gute Restaurants und gute kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch. Boulangerie, Fromagerie et plus. . Wir stocken auf und kommen bald wieder! Danke

Schönes, sauberes, modernes Apartment in einer tollen Gegend in Nizza

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bei Fragen war Pierre hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr ordentlich, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Séjour à Nice de 8 jours en juin/juillet 2024

Appartement très confortable, spacieux et idéalement placé dans Nice. L'immeuble est calme et la rue en sens unique l'est également. De plus, la chambre est située à l'arrière et donne sur la cour intérieure. L'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. La décoration est sobre et soignée. Pierre, notre hôte provisoirement absent, a confié notre acceuil à son frère Eric qui a répondu à toutes nos attendes. Nous recommendons vivement ce logement.

Appartement très sympa , tres bien situé : port, vieille ville , tram ,commerces.. Interieur spacieux ,clair, hypercalme malgré la rue commerçante , avec tout le matériel nécessaire .. Au 3 ieme sans ascenseur , pour entretenir la forme ! et surtout l'accueil chaleureux de MR BREHIER , joignable à tout moment .On retient l'adresse

Beaucoup de points forts

Très bien situé. Très propre, fonctionnel, bien exposé traversant N - S. Déco sympa. Propriétaire très courtois et attentif. Voisins calmes. Rue bruyante (seul bémol si vous dormez dans le séjour fenêtre ouverte). Très bon souvenir au total.

Bezaubernde Wohnung im schönen Hafenviertel

Die Lage der Wohnung im wunderbaren Hafenviertel ist perfekt. Mit Tram , Bus und Zug sind die umliegenden Orte schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Check in durch Pierre verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und für uns hervorragend. Frühstücken konnten wir die ganze Woche auf dem kleinen Balkon. Es war wunderbar!

Excellent séjour !

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il est très agréable, joli et fonctionnel. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires (cuisine, salle de bain). La douche est très pratique. Le canapé-lit du salon est très confortable. Et il est très très bien situé ! Le quartier est très agréable, avec de nombreux commerces (boulangeries, supermarchés, commerces de bouche), bars et restaurants. Pour autant, la nuit, la rue est paisible. Et autre point très appréciable: il se situe à proximité de tous les transports possibles: bus, tram, bateau et à 15 min à pieds d'une gare SNCF annexe très pratique (Riquiers). La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour se rendre aussi bien dans le Vieux Nice qu'à Beaulieu-sur-mer ou Monaco par exemple. Nous y avons passé 5 jours fantastiques! A noter: l'appartement se situe au 3ème sans ascenceur. Enfin, Pierre, l'hôte, est très sympathique, prévenant et joignable très facilement si besoin. Il parle très bien anglais aussi et peut donner des conseils de visites.

Great flat!

My wife and I stayed for a week in Pierre's flat. We know Nice really well so the location, just up from the port and 5 minutes from the direct tram to the airport is brilliant. A real up and coming area. Martin met us and showed us around, a really good guy. Lovely bright south facing flat with everything supplied, very clean and a small balcony fitting 2 snugly! Would book again in a flash!

Cosy and comfortable apartment near the port

Good location for all transport links, restaurants/bars/groceries all close to hand. Stayed in many self catering properties in Nice, this had the best ‘household supplies’ already there (teabags, oil, soaps & shower gel, loo roll etc)

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage. Der Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Pierre war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und alles lief problemlos!

Empfehlenswert

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in dem lebendigen Hafenviertel war für uns auch perfekt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, das Parken ist natürlich schwierig dort, aber wenn man laufen nicht scheut, findet man ausserhalb des Viertels in Richtung Villefranche mit etwas Glück einen kostenlosen Platz. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert, nur das Bett könnte etwas grösser sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
