APARTMENT IN A BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX WITH POOL - VILLASIMIUS - FREE WIFI

The house (bought in September 2005) is fully air conditioned and equipped with every comfort (wall barbecue, Panasonic Plasma TV 42 inches, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron, clothes, water and more ..).
Is situated in a tourist complex called "La Residenza Del Sole 2" in Paris Street (a street of Via Roma), the entrance of Villasimius.
Distance from the sea about 2 km (the nearest beach is to Simius) and a radius of 2-3 km, you can visit a number of beautiful beaches.
The house has one double bedroom (with possibility of extra bed), a bedroom with two single beds (possibility of a double bed) + a cot.
For a total of 5 persons + the bed.
It also has a veranda (15 m2) furnished to eat outdoors.
Rooms and veranda, overlooking a lovely private garden (60 m2) with lawn green.
In the garage there is a car max length of 470 cm, but there is still the possibility of parking outside. In the car box are available 4 bikes (free).
The pool is located at the heart of the residence, and you can receive for free every day from 9am to 13am , and from 16pm to 20pm.
Prices are inclusive of consumption (electricity, water, gas), final cleaning, swimming pool, bicycles, garage, washing machine, air conditioning.

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento corrisponde in toto a quanto descitto nell'annuncio. La casa era perfettamente pulita ed ordinata, completa anche di detersivi, attrezzature anti-zanzare e sacchetti per l'immondizia. I proprietari sono persone splendide, ospitali e genuine. Ci hanno accolto con un " kit di benvenuto " fantastico e ricco di prelibatezze. Inoltre ci hanno aiutato a recuperare i nostri bagagli smarriti all'aeroporto di Cagliari Elmas. Il residence e' veramente bello, in tipico stile sardo; la piscina e' piccola ma ben tenuta e " suggestiva". Per quanto riguarda le spiaggie.... Non hanno bisogno di commenti.... Una meraviglia che scalda l'anima in vista dell'inverno. Assolutamente da consigliare sia l'alloggio sia la localita' della Sardegna. Ancora un grazia a Giulio, Adriana ed Antonio. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare il prossimo anno Simona, Stefano, Luca e Laura

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur genial! Die Familie ist zuvorkommend, kinderlieb, extrem gastfreundlich und sympathisch. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sicher nochmal! Ringraziamo a tutta la Famiglia Camerada per la bellisima casa e i regali..... Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa é spaziosa, pulita e in tutto dirrei: La casa piu bella che abbiamo mai avuto...e andiamo spesso in vacanza! Saluti della Germania e a presto!

"Siamo stati presso il complesso " La residenza del Sole 2" e siamo stati benissimo. Struttura spettacolare, accuratamente arredata sia all''interno che all''esterno. Ogni ambiente pulito ed elegante. Un elogio particolare al sig Giulio per la speciale accoglienza. Paesaggio incantevole, sicuramente da ritornarci e da suggerire a parenti ed amici. Nice and functional flat

We, 2 adults+2 boys, stayed in Villasimius during the peak season in Aug 2013. we found the flat very clean, functional and in proper order. it is conveniently located to the town centre. the swimming pool came useful with the kids and the family was very kind and helpful. overall, it was a pleasant experience that made our holiday in sardinia memorable.

Posto fantastico!!!... Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. L'appartamento è più che pulito completo di ogni occorrente,reso ancora più confortevole dalla ospitalità e gentilezza della famiglia Camerada,che ci ha fatto anche trovare delle ottime squisitezze della signora Adriana.Grazie anche alla dotazione delle biciclette siamo riusciti a fare delle splendide passeggiate.Villasimius è inoltre luogo ideale per chi adora il mondo dell'equitazione con un fantastico maneggio.Le spiagge sono numerosissime e incantevoli...CHE VOGLIA DI RITORNARE!!!:-) Nadia Maurizio Marco Gaia

Schöne, gut ausgestattete...

Schöne, gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung in einer Ferienwohnanlage. Schöne Terrasse, kleiner Garten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und empfingen uns wie alte Freunde. Das Zentrum von Villasimius ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Strände kann man mit dem Auto oder per Fahrrad anfahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

"Siamo appena tornati e abbiamo già tanta nostalgia... Giulio e la sua famiglia rendono tutto perfetto e la vacanza diventa indimenticabile.Vi sentirete a casa vostra. E''già il secondo anno che andiamo a casa Camerata ma speriamo di tornarci. Tutto ciò che leggete non rende abbastanza l''idea di quanto potete trovare: casa perfettamente attrezzata,pulitissima e arricchita dalle squisitezze della sig. Adriana!!!!Fantastica, ottima cuoca e perfetta padrona di casa. La posizione in cui è ubicata è ottimale per raggiungere delle spiagge fantastiche. In centro si può andare a piedi con una comoda passeggiata.Il garage in cui mettere la macchina è importante per avere un posto assicurato e fresco. Raggiungibile in macchina in cinque minuti un supermercato fornito di tutto.NON POSSIAMO CHE DIRE GRAZIE DI TUTTO.Il resto vi consigliamo di scoprirlo da soli, sarà una piacevolissima sorpresa. "Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung recht nah am Centrum von Villasimius (fußläufig ca. 10 Min) in einer netten Anlage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterain und ist von außen über wenige Treppen zugängig. Sie ist von einer Sackgasse aus erreichbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist tip-top, verfügt über eine wirklich sehr gehobene Ausstattung für Ferienwohnungen und ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Das absolut tollste sind aber die herzlichen und superfreundlichen Gastgeber! Sowohl die gute Kommunikation (vorher) als auch der warmherzige Empfang haben uns sehr berührt, danke dafür."

"Non ci sono parole per descrivere la nostra vacanza..forse è poco dire fantastica,rilassante,confortevole direi speciale. I signori Camerada e il figlio Giulio ci hanno fatto sentire subito come a casa.L''appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ma oltre a ciò abbiamo molto di più: frigo con bibite e occorente per la colazione del giorno dopo, prodotti sardi squisiti per farci apprezzare ancora di più la splendida Sardegna!E vogliamo parlare delle granatine al limone fatte in casa? Fantastiche.Per il resto si trova tutto ciò che serve per la vacanza: ombrellone, spiaggine,attrezzatura da cucina,e tante altre comodità. Il residence è tranquillo e curato solo a 10 minuti dal centro per il passeggio serale.L''appartamento possiede un garage spazioso per poter tenere al fresco la macchina. La zona offre tante possibilità per vedere delle spiagge caraibiche.Grazie mille ai proprietari per averci dato la posibilità di trascorrere questa fantastica vacanza. Speriamo di essere fortunati nel poterla ripetere il prossimo anno!"

"L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione fatta, personalmente l’ho trovato migliore delle aspettative che mi ero fatta. La famiglia ci ha accolto in modo splendido, tutti molto disponibili e cortesi. Sono sempre andata tramite agenzia, questa è stata la prima volta che mi sono rivolta ai privati, vi assicuro che non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento migliore di questo. Al mio arrivo ho trovato frutta, bibite, pasta, ragù, granite e tutto quello che può servire. Garage, biciclette, biancheria per la casa, ombrelloni, spiaggine, giochi da spiaggia per bambini, barbecue pronto per l’uso e ogni altra cosa possa essere utile. Un’esperienza che consiglio a tutti, sono sicura che non restereste delusi."

"le foto dell''appartamento sono realissime. l''appartamento è davvero curato e pulito. c''e'' a disposizione tutto il necessario ed anche di +. i proprietari sono davvero disponibili e carinissimi. Giuro che non mi è mai capitato di trovare le bibite fresche nel frigo all''arrivo e la colazione per l''indomani!!!! a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro in una decina di minuti ed eccezzionale è pure il garage..la macchina è sempre al fresco...molto importante con le temperature che ci sono! "

"L''appartement était très propre et conforme en tous points à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et beaucoup de choses étaient à disposition pour nous faciliter la vie à notre arrivée. L''appartement donnait presque l''impression d''être une petite maison avec son petit jardin privatif très bien entretenu, sa terrasse couverte et le barbecue. Et puis la situation si proche du centre était vraiment idéale. Tout etait parfait ! Grazie mille a Giulio e a la sua famiglia"
