At the end of the vineyard path, you are in a calm environment and you will enjoy an unobstructed view as far as Ajaccio and its surroundings. Facing south, you will enjoy the sunshine in the morning. The rental is ideal for those looking for the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the sea and the city. You are located 10 minutes by car from the first supermarkets, 15 minutes from the sea or 30 minutes from the mountains.
5 mins from the village, you will be delighted with the welcome from the traders: medical office, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, post office, bar, restaurant.
You can enjoy a spacious and shaded terrace and the 4x8m swimming pool (heated depending on the period). with 40 m2 of beach equipped with sun loungers and lounge.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Magali et son mari, hôtes sympathiques et attentionnés. Rien ne manque dans cette location tres soignée et idéalement située. Il suffit juste de profiter de la piscine et de la vue... On recommande sans réserves

Belle découverte à Afa

Super accueil des propriétaires. Photos conforment à la réalité. Emplacement au calme. Piscine entretenue et chauffée à 28/29 degrés. Propiétaires très discrets mais à l'écoute et super gentil, la perfection. Si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons à cette adresse les yeux fermés.

Une super semaine avec du soleil et nous avons été très bien recus par les propriétaires. Très bien situé, proche de la mer et de la montagne. On a aussi pu profiter de la piscine avec une vue magnifique. En bref excellent séjour.

Magnifique location très bien située

Tout a déjà été écrit pour cette merveilleuse location à Afa Et tout est vrai Mr et Mme Vivier sont très accueillants et très discrets La location est vraiment top et super bien située sur les hauteurs d Ajaccio Avec ma femme nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux Que dire de la piscine à 30 degrés qui donne sur une vue de carte postale. Encore merci à Magali et Gérard pour leur accueil chaleureux. Petit conseil....réservez vite les yeux fermés Stephane et Doriane

Location très agréable

La location a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec un logement indépendant, bien équipé, au calme, une très belle piscine et permettant d'accéder facilement aux plages et randonnées autour d'Ajaccio. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et ont fait de leur mieux pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Super séjour chez Magali et Gérard. Les hôtes sont très gentils, généreux, discret et au petit soin pour nous. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos, très fonctionnel, zéro vice caché. Si nous retournons à afa nous savons où aller. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement, et nous remercions Magali et Gérard pour toutes les attentions et leurs informations données tout au long du séjour. Wir waren im Juni 2019 dort. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut; diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet; alles, was benötigt wird, ist auch vorhanden (Kochgeschirr, Putzmittel, Poolzubehör etc.) Alles, die Ferienwohnung selbst und auch das Gelände drumherum, ist sauber und gepflegt; die Aussicht vom Pool ist traumhaft. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend und halfen mit Tipps und Infos weiter. We were there in June 2019. The apartment was very good; this is very well equipped; everything needed is also available (cookware, cleaning supplies and also pool accessories). Everything, the apartment itself and the surrounding area, is clean and well maintained; the view from the pool is fantastic. Also the landlords were very nice and very accommodating and gave us numerous tips and informations. Nous étions là-bas en juin 2019. L'appartement était très bien et c'est très bien équipé; tout le nécessaire est également disponible (produits de nettoyage, accessoires de piscine ...) Tout, l'appartement lui-même et les environs, est propre et bien entretenu; la vue de la piscine est fantastique. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et très arrangeants et ont donné nombreux conseils et informations. Estuvimos allí en junio de 2019. El apartamento era muy bueno; esto está muy bien equipado; todo lo necesario también está disponible (utensilios de cocina, productos de limpieza, accesorios para piscinas) Todo, el apartamento en sí y los alrededores, está limpio y bien mantenido; la vista desde la piscina es fantástica. Los propietarios eran muy agradables y muy serviciales y dieron numeros consejos e informaciónes.
