Californian Seaside house in Sagone

Our Californian style house, 1950s, is located on the hillside. It has a breathtaking sea and mountain view, in a calm and peaceful residence. The 1,200 m2 Mediterranean garden is fenced and has private access to the residence's secure swimming pool.
The house consists of two separate and independent floors:
- on the ground floor: a studio with shower room and separate WC (sleeps 4).
- on the 1st floor: the living rooms (kitchen, living / dining room) a bathroom, a WC and two bedrooms (sleeps 5).
This house is both very pleasant and functional.
Last renovation in winter 2019.

Eine gute Zeit auf Korsika
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelgen mit einem kleinen Blick auf den Strand und sehr schönen Blick in eine große Ebene mit den Bergen dahinter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr groß und zu Fuß über ein Tor am Garten 1 min entfernt. Das Haus ist getrennt und die Stockwerke nur über die Aussentreppe verbunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Joli vue sur mer et maison agréable
La maison est très agréable avec une vue superbe sur la mer, la cuisine bien équipée et il ne manque rien. Le quartier tranquille et la piscine commune pour 4 maisons très sympa. Par contre il faisait très chaud et aucun équipement adapté, (air conditionné ou ventilateur au plafond dans chaque pièce) mais un seul petit ventilateur pour toute la maison qu'on devait déplacer à chaque fois.

Good and nice property for max. 5 people
Property is good situated, big garden with lot of plants, with grill and cosy seatting, but unfortunately not suitable for small children. Rooms are nice and clean, dining room have lot of space with balcony. Unfortunately we have to stay all of as (8 people/2 family) in the 1st foor apt. , as a basment was uncomfortable, there was smell of petrol from the garage and the room has just 3 little windows which cased darkness in the room.

Belle découverte de la côte ouest de la Corse, la maison est très agréable, bien équipée, vue mer, jardin ombragé aménagé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour malgré quelques désagréments
Belle villa bien placée. Équipement cuisine très complet mais poussiéreux (lavage intégral à l'arrivée). Salon de jardin très agréable. Belle terrasse. SdB qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement et une vraie douche (tout au long du séjour, nous avons utilisé celle du studio au RdC beaucoup plus pratique) - Piscine vide a l'arrivée. 5 jours d'attente avant de pouvoir en profiter alors qu'habituellement elle était censée être opérationnelle depuis le 1er juin. - pas de bains de soleil prévus pour la piscine. - pas de parasol de plage fourni. - les chaises devraient être équipées de patins pour éviter le bruit lors de leur déplacement (gênant pour les personnes dormant au RdC)

Haus mit schönem Garten und schöner Aussicht
Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Es gibt wirklich nur zwei kleinere Nachteile: Das untere Zimmer ist nur von außen zu erreichen und die Bettwäsche ist selbst mit zu bringen.

Logement parfait. Dans un site super.
La location correspond parfaitement à la description. Bons échanges avec le propriétaire et bon accueil localement par le gardien. Tout est prévu pour un bon séjour dans un lieu idéalement situé pour profiter de la piscine, des criques, des plages et de la montagne. Cargèse, Piana, Porto, lac de Creno, Vico, la forêt d'Aytone sont à portée de roues. Très bon séjour. Ne pas hésiter.
