Vacation complex with a community pool, just 150m from the beach and 3km from Dénia. In the surrounding area, there are shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.
Terraced house with two bedrooms, one master bedroom and another with two single beds. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, living-dining room with TV-SAT, Air Conditioning (facing the bedrooms to cool them down) and access to a small garden with furniture. It has an exterior staircase that leads to the solar terrace.
Open kitchen with American bar, glass-ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer. To access the pool area, it is about 50m. Well-maintained area with lawn, palm trees and various other plants. There are parking spaces in front of the complex.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
