Spiagge, che dire

La posizione della casa è decentrata da Stintino. Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni.

Séjour enchanteur

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette jolie maison avec une merveilleuse terrasse avec vue sur mer. Dario le propriétaire est vraiment super, réactif, polyglotte et très sympathique. Merci pour ce beau séjour, nous serions heureux de revenir.

Excellent séjour

Très belle propriété avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances agréables. Endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons adoré la compagnie des tortues dans le jardin. La communication avec Mr Giobbe était claire et précise.

Vacanza in un posto incantevole

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa meravigliosa villetta dal 23 giugno al 4 luglio. Intanto ci tengo a precisare la corrispondenza delle foto della casa alla realtà: era bellissima come in foto! Inoltre la pulizia che era impeccabile, dotata di ogni confort lavatrice, aria condizionata, frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, un bel patio esterno con tavoli e sedie e uno splendido giardino tutto recintanto.Dalle finestre si vede il mare del porticciolo di Stintino e ti fa alzare con il massimo della felicità! Ringrazio tanto sia il proprietario il Dottor Dario Giobbe che la signora delle pulizie. Sicuramente torneremo!!!! Grazie grazie grazie ancora!!!

Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist grosszügig, hat zwei Terassen und zum Meer läuft man 8 Minuten.

Unser Urlaub in Stintino 09.06-19.06.2019

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist so wie in den Bildern dargestellt, geräumig und großzügig. Die Betten sind bequem , die Terrasse haben wir gerne täglich für das Frühstück benutzt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet und es sind Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Strand und die ganze Bucht mit der gegenüberliegenden Insel.Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und überdacht. Vom Vermieter haben wir Infos über die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Umgebung und für Ausflüge erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne einmal wiederkommen.

POSTO INCANTEVOLE

Ho trascorso le ultime vacanze presso l'unità abitativa di Via Curiazza, 13. La casa è carinissima, su 2 livelli, molto colorata e accogliente. Al piano terreno c'è la cucina, con tavolo e sedie, il soggiorno e 1 bagno. Al primo piano una cameretta con 2 letti e la matrimoniale con terrazzo e vista SPETTACOLARE sull'Asinara e su tutto il golfo di Stintino. Sedersi sulle sdraio ad ammirare il tramonto o l'alba vale da solo il prezzo della casa. A piano terreno c'è un terrazzo che da sul giardino corredato da una doccia e una vista sul golfo a nord mentre ad ovest tra Capo Falcone e la terra si vede il mare di fuori. A 700 mt si è alla spiaggia dello Yacht Club e a poco più di 1km si può andare alla spiaggia della Pelosa. La casa è corredata di tutto, lenzuola e asciugamani in quantità. Una esperienza che consiglio veramente a tutti

Schönes,gemütliches Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Das schöne und gemütliche Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhig und gepflegten Gegend mit eigenem Carport;es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet,es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt.Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer.Der weiße Sandstrand ist gut über ein Gehweg zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglicheiten gibt es auch in der Nähe,sowie Restaurants,Pizzerias,etc.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
