About this property

Masseria - old country house 3 min. of the sea

The Farm (dating from 1870 and called La presentina) is located in the countryside, surrounded by hundreds of olive trees, but only three minutes by car from the sea. The property is accessible via a 450 m country road (sports cars are not recommended).
Originally, the Farm was a farm dedicated to the cultivation of olives, wheat, vegetables and livestock farming.
Today, this structure has become a place of rest and tranquility is assured by the surrounding countryside. Four apartments overlook the main courtyard, they all have original features and each has a private outdoor area.
One of these apartments is inhabited during the summer by the owners Armando and Raffaella, three of which are reserved for guests.
The farm is the ideal solution for families and / or those wishing to spend a stay of relaxation and tranquility.
The Farm is located in the town of Capitolo, the seaside tourist area of the town of Monopoli which is approximately 8km away.
Thanks to its privileged position, it is the ideal place to visit and organize excursions to neighboring towns, to discover the colors and flavors of yesteryear, or to spend long pleasant days along the seaside coast which offers a beautiful palette of colors, between green, turquoise and blue, on the beach or on the rocks, with services and entertainment, or to discover the wild areas.
Holidays in Puglia are characterized by a beautiful sea, a remarkable historical past, a unique architectural richness and many traditions to discover.
The gastronomic culture is distinguished by delicious local cuisine consisting of seafood, fresh fish, fresh vegetables, good wine, extra virgin olive oil, fresh homemade pasta, succulent cheeses and a very wide variety of cakes.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt abseits des Trubels auf einer alten idyllischen Masseria mitten in einem Olivenhain. Mit dem Auto aber alles sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Phantastische Restaurants in Fasano, Savelletri und Monopoli. Schöner Strand in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Wir waren 12 Tage in Apulien und haben von dort fast alle der traumhaften Orte in Apulien besichtigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und vor allem sehr wohnlich ausgestattet. Armando ist wirklich sehr nett und ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wir würden auf jeden Fall die Wohnung nochmals buchen!

Super schöne Unterkunft in einem toll gelegenen Olivenhain.

Armando und Raffaela sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse, die am Abend zu einem Gläschen Wein einlädt. Einfach toll.

Empfehlenswert!

Das Anwesen liegt idyllisch inmitten von Olivenhainen und Feldern. Geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben es genossen, morgens auf der wunderschönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Unser fast zweijähriger Sohn konnte sich frei bewegen und hat es geliebt, auf dem Hof rumzulaufen und den zwei Katzen der Vermieter hinterher zu jagen. Ein Babybett war vorhanden, ein Hochstuhl wäre noch ganz praktisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich immer erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind ca. 15 Minuten Richtung Süden zu den Stränden gefahren, da diese uns besser gefallen haben als die Strände direkt um die Ecke. Ideale Lage, um Ausflüge zu sehenswerten Orten wie Monopoli, Alberobello oder Ostuni zu machen.

A little diamond in the rough...

Driving over the bumpy dirt roads through olive groves and farmland, we couldn’t imagine that this small compound housed such a lovely apartment! The interior was original stone and tile (just like in the photos) but beautifully furnished with a mix of new and antique. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed eating outside on our lovely backyard terrace The property is walking distance from the sea through the marvelous fields of pruduce. All puglia destinations- of which there are many- were a short drive away. We were so lucky to have had these two marvelous weeks of peaceful enjoyment.

Das Haus war nicht vorbereitet auf unseren Besuch. Temperatur 17° Die Heizung wurde erst in Betrieb genommen bei der Schlüssel Übergabe. Nach einer kalten Nacht stellte es sich heraus das die Heizung nicht lief. Warmes Wasser gab es im Badezimmer auch nicht. Wir sind nach einer Nacht im Haus abgereist. Wir haben uns die Ferien anders vorgestellt.

Armando und Rafaella waren super Gastgeber und die Kommunikation mit ihnen war immer zeitnah. Das Haus ist ruhig abrr zentral gelegen und sehr sehr sauber.

Puglia at its best!

Dier Masseria liegt perfekt - eingebettet zwischen den schönsten Olivenbäumen - zwischen Capitolo und Savelletrie - entlang der schönsten Masserien und Restaurants. Zum Azurblauen Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär ohne zu eng zu sein! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und schlicht - aber mit einem großen apulischen Charme. Besonders nett ist die eigene hintere Terrasse mit kleinen Zitronenbäumen und der entzückenden Haus-Schildkröte! Ich würde dieses Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen!

We were really impressed by the look of the house, even more beautiful than on the pictures, located in the middle of an ancient olive yard, Also very well equipped, nicely decorated and clean with a spacious private terrace. We would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a quiet location to relax, that is still in easy driving distance of cities, supermarkets, beaches and sights. The lively town of Monopoli is nearby and worth a visit. The owners were always there to help if needed. Thank you Armando and Raffaella!

Fabulous

We loved the place! 2 bedrooms with AirCon well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.Bathroom with shower, bidet and washingmachine. All situated in the middle of very very old olivetrees. No neighbors! The hosts are one of the kindest people. There is a small minimarket near by. NICE backyard with a little wind,it can be really hot in Puglia. And I just loved to drive to Fasano. A small town not far away, lovely! Would go back Anytime.

Land-Idyll

Wir haben unsere Unterkunft in der Masseria sehr genossen. Morgens kann man draußen mit Blick auf Gemüsefelder und große uralte Olivenbäume frühstücken. Durch einen landwirtschaftlichen Weg läuft man zwischen Artischocken-, Fenchel- und Wirsingfeldern 20 Minuten zum nächsten Sandstrand. Mit dem Auto kommt man in max. 20 Minuten zu verschiedenen Stränden zwischen San Vito und Torre Canne. Die Lage ist auch ideal, weil man von hier sehr viele nette und relativ nah gelegene Orte wie Polignano, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Martina Franca und Ostuni besuchen kann. Ein netter Caseificio ist auch in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Abends ist die Stimmung am schönsten, wenn das Sonnenlicht auf die Olivenbäume und die Mohnfelder fällt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders die Schlafzimmer mit Natursteinwänden haben ein ländliches Flair. Die freundlichen Besitzer Raffaella und Armando wohnen nur im Sommer in einer Nachbarwohnung, aber kommen auch in der Nebensaison abends vorbei. Sie konnten alle unsere extra Wünsche erfüllen und uns Tipps geben.

Très bon séjour

Vacances très agréables au milieu de champs d'oliviers magnifiques. La maison est très confortable, très propre et arrangée avec goût. Bonne literie, ferme. Le propriétaire est très serviable tout en étant discret. Il parle français ce qui est très utile. Nous recommandons sans hésitation à ceux qui aiment le calme avec de nombreuses possibilités d' excursions dans la région.

Accolti dalla calda ospitalità di Raffaella e Armando,breve,purtroppo,vacanza in casa di campagna dai sapori antichi,ma nello stesso tempo moderna quanto a confort e attrezzature.Piacevole negli spazi sia interni che esterni,piccolo chiostro-aranceto privato e aia-cortile in comune,scenografia da presepe con le luci della sera.Luogo ideale per lunghe passeggiate tra ulivi e campi coltivati,condite da degustazioni 'spontanee'.Luogo ideale per il mare vicinissimo e per le escursioni turistiche più importanti,ma anche luogo ideale per il dolce-farniente e per poter finalmente pensare in pace all'aperto e sotto le stelle.Un luogo dove ritornare.

Unglaublich schön !

Einen schöneren Apulienurlaub hätten wir uns kaum vorstellen können !!Vier Erwachsene waren auf der Suche nach stressfreiem Urlaub ohne viel Tourismus. Es war die optimale Reisezeit und unsere Wünsche gingen in Erfüllung. Schöner und erholsamer hätten wir kaum Urlaub machen können. Ganz alleine – nur mit Resa der Schildkröte, tausenden von Olivenbäumen, Obst-und Gemüsefeldern, einigen Schwalben und dem Meer in 20 Minuten Entfernung (zu Fuß :-)). Die Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter Raffaella und Armando war ebenso unbeschreiblich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet-ideal für 4 Personen. Also ein rundum optimaler Ort für Erholungssuchende. . Wir können die Masseria uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen ! Vielen Dank Raffaella und Armando Sophia
