Fantastic 3 bedroom sleeps 7-8, with pool, steps to the water

(Permit 2015-710262) You just found the perfect retreat. Master has a king bed, guest room has a trundle bed which can be used separately or together as a king bed, and extra room has a futon and a built-in single bed. Every room has a TV with cable. Has a private swimming pool, full-sized kitchen, cooking area and grill downstairs. One side of house has 3-hole putting green, other side of house has a small sport court with basketball area, with lighting for all-night games. Pool table, ping-pong table, full-size washer and dryer, board games and an alarm system. This lovely house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at SPI. We have available a 4-person golf cart for rent during your stay. Securing this is available after booking the stay. Please message me after booking for further details.

Great vacation home
Great place to kick back after adventuring on the island. The house is cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool area in the backyard. Highly recommend it.

Perfect beach rental for our family
This house was a great fit for our family vacation to SPI. It was especially perfect for the kids. Between the pool, putt putt, and the basketball court, they never had an "I'm bored" moment. The beds were comfy, and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, too, as we were close to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Thanks for a great time!

It’s a hit!
The highlight of our stay was the pool! It kept 4 teenagers out of our hair! A short walk to the beach. The house was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. And the central air was heavenly. After we booked I had questions here and there and Courtney always got back to me . I will definitely tell anyone I know that wants to venture on down there to stay at Courtney’s place!

The property is very nice. Check in was easy. Communication with Courtney was great. Great care is taken for you to have a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Weekend Getaway
Enjoyed a great weekend with my family at this rental location. What we saw in the website was exactly what the rental turned out to be. It was clean, roomy and very well maintained. The rental had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, pillows and linen to accommodate our stay. The property has many amenities, the consensus favorite was the pool with the outdoor kitchen. I would gladly rent this property again and I will most certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for all seven of us. Everything we could possibly imagine there and waiting for us to enjoy. The pool, the putting green the basketball hoop, the pool table and all of the pool and beach toys and chairs…it had it all. The house itself is in a perfect location in my opinion. From the front deck, you can see the bay and the beach was an only about a half mile down the road. it exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect beach house for family getaway!
We loved this place and didn't want to leave. This was our first HomeAway stay, and now I'm hooked. The property had everything we could need, with little touches I didn't expect to love so much--like plumeria blossoms on the back stairs, the rainfall showerhead, bunk beds for my kids, and all the live plants. The owners and property manager went above and beyond, answering my texts right away, even rushing a new lighter to us when we had our food ready and couldn't find one to light the grill. A couple of tips: if you need it dark to sleep, bring something to tack up, as the curtains allow a good bit of light; and there are many great beaches a 3-5 minute drive away (the water that's steps from this unit is perfect for boating, but not a beach). Highly recommend this place... next time we are in South Padre, this is the FIRST spot I will see if it's available! Our big thanks to the owners and manager for a wonderful stay!

Clean, Quiet South Padre Island Home
Our family (6 of us) enjoyed our stay at this home. It's located on a quiet street, not far from the beach. We had a well-stocked kitchen as far as utensils, dishes, etc, and enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The pool area was very nice, especially on windy days. Plenty of loungers and other chairs. Would have liked a couple of beach chairs to take to the beach with us, though, otherwise plenty of pool toys/noodles, etc. The master bedroom could use a small chest of drawers to put clothes in, since there is not a closet, only a rolling rack to hang clothing on. We were only staying a week, so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very attentive to our needs and answered any questions promptly. We were delayed on our flight down and checked in a day late, she even refunded one night's stay for us, which she wasn't obligated to do. Much appreciated!

This rental home was all we could of dreamed of having. It was clean, was in a great location and we had a pool all to ourselves. The owner communicated quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. We definitely would stay here again.

The property owner and the local property manager are super good people and respond quickly to requests. This is an older private home with some recent updates. A great place for our extended winter stay. The kitchen is small, and worked well for us. The location, quiet neighborhood, heated pool, yard, balcony, wifi, tv service, and updated bathrooms were great. The easy walking distance to bay and ocean was really appreciated. Some of the furniture is well used and in need of an upgrade. The many positives of this island getaway makes me yearn to return!
