Jolie petite maison bien aménagée et bien située à 300 m du centre de pont l'abbé. Location très propre et agréable avec sa terrasse ombragée. Calme. Nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire. Encore merci de cet accueil chaleureux. À bientôt.

Excellent séjour, au top !

Tout était parfait : l'accueil avec des petits cadeaux et les renseignements sur les bons plans aux alentours, un lieu parfaitement équipé, une région magnifique. Excellent séjour

Une hôtesse enjouée très disponible sans être intrusive. Une maison idéalement située entre centre ville et plages, endroit calme. Location bien agencée, (nous étions 2) avec 2 chambres contiguës et une literie de qualité. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis.Petit extérieur cosy pour manger et se reposer. Beaucoup de rangements. Une jolie parenthèse Bretonne que nous refermons à regret, mais que nous rouvrirons avec plaisir l année prochaine.

Situation idéale, maison agréable et fonctionnelle.

Nous avons séjourné dans la petite maison de Maryse à l’occasion du stage international de danse de Pont l’Abbé. Sa proximité du Triskell est un atout précieux, mais également son calme, le confort de la literie, les possibilités de rangement et sa grande propreté. Ce fut un plaisir, à renouveler ! Très bon séjour

Location très agréable et très fonctionnelle, notre hôte a été disponible et souriante :) Le logement est bien équipé, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Dans le cadre d'amélioration :) des informations sont à apportées: -Concernant l'accès à la seconde chambre par la première. -Il n'y a pas 2 salle de bain (1 douche et 2 lavabos bien indiqué dans les détails mais la synthèse laisse à confusion).

Maison mitoyenne à pont l’abbe

La maison est confortable, très bonne literie, l’etage des chambres agréable, le petit patio ombragé bien apprécié. Cependant nous avons regretté un manque de précisions sur la location qui mentionne calme ( mais très variable ) la mitoyenneté avec les propriétaires qui n’est pas indiquée , et des photos qui prêtent à confusion car certaines d’entre elles montrent une grande terrasse qui se trouve en fait devant la maison des propriétaires dont il ńest donc pas possible de profiter ... notre séjour fut quand même bien agréable mais selon nous le rapport qualité- prix est discutable . ( à noter également l’absence de lave vaisselle, et un problème de pression d’eau pour la douche) Cependant la propriétaire nous a très bien accueillie , très aimable et souriante , c’est un atout!

Une semaine dans un cadre plein de charme. Une salle commune petite mais bien aménagée, avec gout et attentions. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses avec toujours le soin amené à chaque chose par la propriétaire, très chaleureuse, pour créer un cadre agréable.

Äußerst nette Vermieterin

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es fehlte an Nichts: kleiner Hof mit genügend Platz für Räder und auch um den Fahrradträger sicher abzustellen. Im Erdgeschoss gelangt man direkt von der Eingangstür in den Wohn- und Essbereich mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche inclusive Waschmaschine - alles ist vorhanden, räumlich übersichtlich. Einzig beim DVD Spieler handelte es sich um einen z. Zt. defekten CD Spieler. Dahinter im EG liegt das Bad mit WC und hintenraus die kleine, gemütliche Gartenterrasse, die schön bewachsen ist. Im Obergeschoss liegen zwei Schlafräume: ein Raum mit einem Einzelbett und einem 140cm breiten Bett; das andere Zimmer hat ebenfalls ein 140cm breites Bett und ein Sofa. Über die etwas schmale, steile Treppe erreicht man den 1. Schlafraum und von dort kommt man in den 2. Raum. Die Toilette im OG erreicht man ebenfalls vom 1. Schlafraum aus. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Betten bezogen waren und genügend Küchenhandtücher und kleine Badhandtücher vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt reichlich französischsprachige Lektüre. Wir haben hier herrliche zwei Wochen verbracht und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei unserer Vermieterin für die schöne Zeit.

Comme à la maison!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette location très agréable et située idéalement pour visiter la région (magnifique) ou tout simplement faire ses courses. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour et se sentir comme à la maison. L'espace à l'étage est idéal pour les enfants qui en ont fait leur terrain de jeux. La propriétaire est à la fois chaleureuse et tout à fait discrète. Une belle rencontre!

Super vacances !

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, tout est neuf dans la maison. Propriétaire très accueillante et d'une grande discrétion. Proximité des commerces, on ne peut pas mieux que d'y aller à pieds ! Situation géographique exceptionnelle pour visiter la région. Faites un tour au marché de Pont l'Abbé tous les jeudis, il est incontournable. Bravo, je recommande !

Un séjour en or !

Schöne Wohnung in Pont L'Abbé

Modern eingerichtetes Erdgeschoss mit Wohn- Essbereich und Badezimmer, Gasherd, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Toaster etc. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit einer Flasche Cidre willkommen geheißen. Ein Grill und ein Liegestuhl für den kleinen gepflasterten Garten wurde uns bereitgestellt. Der schönste Teil der Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Dort gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Der erste Stock hat eine hohe Decke, schöne Holzvertäfelung und Parkettboden. Die Räume sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es befinden sich dort Kleiderschränke, ein Sofa, gefüllte Bücherregale und verschiedene sehr ansprechende Gemälde. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem modernen TV ausgestattet, an den wir unseren Blu-Ray Player anschließen konnten. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten (2-3) erreichbar (E. Leclerc), weitere Supermärkte mit Fahrten unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Lidl, Intermarché). Pont L'Abbé eignet sich hervorragend als Startpunkt für unterschiedlichste Ausflüge. In etwa 10 Minuten Autofahrt lassen sich verschiedene Strände erreichen, z.B. Pointe de la Torche, an dem beispielsweise gesurft werden kann. Es befinden sich verschiedene Surfschulen und Verleihe dort. Schnell zu erreichen ist zum Beispiel auch der Fischerort Guilvinec mit seinem Hafen, in dem farbenprächtige Fischerboote vor Anker gehen. Quimper als nächste große Stadt lässt sich mit dem Auto in etwa 20-25 Minuten erreichen. Insgesamt sind die Möglichkeiten dort fast unbegrenzt, sofern man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat. Wir haben täglich Ausflüge zu unterschiedlichen Zielen unternommen und waren stets von der Schönheit der Landschaft, den Buchten, Stränden und Dörfern begeistert.

Comme à la maison!!!!

Que dire de plus sur cette location??? Maison et propriétaire très accueillantes et qui nous donnent l'impression d'être chez nous. Déco très chouette, literie excellente et c'est un vrai plaisir de manger dans le jardin lorsque le temps le permet. En bref: un endroit qu'on quitte à regret et qu'on souhaiterait retrouver sitôt partis. Des Provinois charmés.

Excellente semaine !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Pont l'Abbé. La maison est bien équipée, propre et joliment décorée . Nous étions 4 et même les jours où le temps était un peu plus mitigé l'espace à l'étage est très bien pour que les enfants jouent sans problème. La maison est bien située. Et bien sûr nous avons eu un bon contact puis un excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Pleine de bons conseils et très discrète c'est un réel plaisir d'avoir pu faire connaissance avec Madame Le Pape !
