A nice place for friends and family

We stayed four people for a week. the owner was very nice the house big and spacious the pool and pool house very good fully stocked the one thing you have to take to account is the rail crossing and the train right outside the property it wont matter during the day but you hear the bell at 6 in the morning its not a big thing but its there

Ferienhaus Grasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Pool war toll und die Aussenküche mit Bad am Pool war hervorragend und da sie überdacht war, konnte man auch im Regen am Pool sein und essen oder Grillen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingemauert, sodass der Urlaub auch mit Hund sehr entspannt war. Leider geht direkt am Grundstück eine Bahnlinie auf der ca. alle 15 Minuten ein Zug vorbei fährt, uns hat es nicht gestört, da er nur sehr kurz ist, aber das sollte man erwähnen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub

Idealer Aufenthaltsort für die Côte d‘Azur

Wir haben auf dem schönen großen Anwesen entspannte Ferientage verbracht. Der Empfang durch die Besitzerin war herzlich. Die Bahnlinie von Grasse nach Ventimiglia hinter dem Grundstück ist nicht wirklich störend, nachts findet kein Zugverkehr statt. Der Bahnhof Grasse ist nur 6 Autominuten entfernt, so dass man für Ausflüge entlang der Côte d‘Azur das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Bel accueil avec une bouteille de rosé au frais. La piscine est top et privative. Cuisine extérieure à proximité de la piscine. Équipement complet.

Excellent séjour

Tout est parfait. L'emplacement, la taille de la propriété, la piscine et le calme. Les passages de trains, comme précisé dans l'annonce, ne sont pas gênant. Cannes et Nice juste à côté et les magasins utiles à 1km. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit.

Villa de rêve!!!

L’accueil par la propriétaire a été excellent. La villa est extrêmement bien équipée. Les chambres sont spatieuses et très propres. La propriétaire a pris le soin de nous mettre à disposition des serviettes en grandes quantités. Tout était très bien pensé. Mais ce qui est le plus agréable c’est l’extérieur. Le coin piscine et le pool house est géniales. Il y a 6 transats, une table de ping-pong, un coffre renfermant les bouées gonflables, des lunettes de plongée... Le pool house est le mieux équipé que je n’ai eu l’occasion de voir (frigo, micro-ondes, four, évier, lave-vaisselle, barbecue, assiettes et couverts de toutes sortes...). Il y a également une sdb comprenant des toilettes et une douche. Inutile de vous dire qu’aux beaux temps, nous avons passé toute la journée à l’extérieur. IMPORTANT À SAVOIR: la propriétaire loge sur place plusieurs nuits par semaine même si nous n’avons pas du tout senti sa présence. La villa est collé à une voie de train qui passe environ de 2 à 4 fois par heure avec un passage à niveau. C’est surprenant au départ mais ce n’est pas vraiment très gênant surtout que les trains ne passent plus durant la nuit.

Parfait, très bon séjour

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Superbe piscine très bien entretenue. Propriétaire toujours à l'écoute. Un des deux lave-vaisselles a eu une petite fuite, un neuf était installé le lendemain matin, on ne peut pas faire mieux.

Für uns das perfekte Haus

Wir verbrachten eine Woche hier mit unseren Kindern, acht und fünf Jahre alt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und problemlos in englisch möglich. Toll sind der Pool sowie die Aussenküche. Hervorzuheben sind auch die guten Betten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft liebe Francoise.

Great property with fantastic pool area

Private gated location, with a pool area surround by hedging and trees. Having a pool-side kitchen, dining area and shower meant we were able to enjoy breakfasts and lunches, whilst being able to stay with the kids.Francois was helpful and a delight to talk to. We found the place well equipped and the living room was very comfortable for our family of five. Really pleased we stayed in this villa.

Très agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. La villa était parfaite pour nous avec un bébé de 18 mois. Le coin piscine tout à fait sublime avec son palmier , sa cuisine d’ete Et sa table de ping pong. La maison super confortable, climatisée et très bien équipée. De plus madame Moretti nous a très bien accueilli tout en étant discrète. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler l’expérience dans les prochaines années.

un très agréable séjour

un retour cet été dans cette maison qui avait déjà fait notre bonheur en 2015. que dire de plus sinon que tout est fait pour que les vacances se passent du mieux que possible l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui quoique souvent absente reste à l'écoute et se montre très réactive , la propreté des lieux, une piscine magnifique dans un cadre reposant. cette année encore le pool-house nous a permis de profiter des prestations aptes à satisfaire les plus exigeants. bref, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cette location à des amis. Très agréable séjour

Heerlijk huis met geweldig zwembad en buitenkeuken

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf in de dit huis gehad. Twee weken lang hebben we buiten geleefd bij het zwembad. Koken en eten deden we in de buitenkeuken bij het zwembad. Alles is zeer schoon en in goede staat. De bedden in het huis zijn groot en comfortabel. De eigenaresse is heel gastvrij en spreekt goed Engels. Dit huis is een aanrader voor mensen die van luxe, zon en zwemmen houden!
