A great place to stay in Martinique

We’ve had a wonderful stay at La Maison Fleurie. Location is very convenient, close to the beaches of Les Anses-d’Arlet, yet not too far from the market, shops and restaurants in Le Diamant. Unlike some of the places we rented in the past, everything in the house is in good working order. No problems with wiring. All lights, AC, electrical appliances – everything works. Photos don’t quite do the view from the terrace justice, as it is much more impressive in reality. With the exception of some shrubbery on the south side, there is nothing obstructing the view over the ocean to the west and north and the mountains surrounding the hamlet to northeast. We almost hesitated to leave it even to go to a beach. There’s a dinner table on the terrace, so that you can have dinner while watching the sunset. The house is immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary, including a salad spinner and a grater. You may want to bring a more capable kitchen knife if you intend to do serious cooking. Outside there was a spotless grill and a generous supply of hardwood charcoals. Both M. Larcher and his wife have very engaging personalities and are easy to talk to. Upon our arrival, M. Larcher gave us an overview of things to do and places to see around Martinique and offered help in arranging some of the excursions. Already looking forward to coming back.

Vue de rêve

La villa correspond en tous points à l'annonce et répondait parfaitement à nos attentes, notamment à la vue paradisiaque. De la maison, nous avons pu rayonner sur toute la Martinique sans difficulté. Les conseils de Roland et son épouse nous ont permis de découvrir cette magnifique île dans son ensemble en une dizaine de jours (meilleurs conseils qu'avec le Routard ou autres guides). La maison est parfaitement équipée, la très grande terrasse est un plus où nous avons apprécié prendre nos petits déjeuners les yeux rivés sur la mer des Caraibes. Le bourg du Diamant est agréable (marché municipale, boutiques, bars sur la plage, food truck...), la plage n'est pas une des plus belle, mais à 10mn se trouve celle des anses d'Arlet. Il ne nous tarde qu'une chose : revenir très vite. Nous avons adoré.

Vue magnifique

Emplacement idéal, prêt du petit port de pêche pour acheter du poissons directement au pêcheurs. Climat idéal . Terrasse avec vue idyllique. Roland nous a aider à planifier notre séjour. C’était parfait.

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous y avons passé 45 jours, du 15 février au 1er avril. C’est la terrasse qui nous avait conquis, mon mari et moi. Les photos mises sur le site sont représentatives de la réalité. Dans cette période, à des moments différents, nos enfants, conjoints et petites-filles sont venues passer une semaine et un couple d’amis est venu pour une période de 10 jours. Tous étaient éblouis par la vue. Un avantage additionnel était le vent constant qui contrebalançait la chaleur du jour. L’emplacement est excellent puisqu’il est facile de se déplacer (en voiture) pour visiter les lieux touristiques. Je dois souligner la gentillesse du propriétaire, sa disponibilité et l’attention qu’il porte au bien-être de ses locataires. À titre d’exemple, je lui avais transmis ma préoccupation pour le bain de ma petite-fille d’un an. J’imaginais que ma fille devrait prendre sa douche avec elle pour la laver. Avant l’arrivée de la petite famille, il est arrivé avec une bassine de 20 litres. La situation a été réglée.

Maison panoramique fleurie super

Magnifique propriété avec une vue panoramique époustouflante ; sa localisation à petite anse permet d'être au calme mais non loin des magasins et des plages. Une location idéal en famille

Le logement est propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le balcon est grand et c’est important car on passe la plupart du temp dessus et la vue est juste géniale. En plus la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires est très appréciable car ils nous ont fait profiter de leur parfaite connaissances de la Martinique notamment pour les activités. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés

Une maison très bien équipée. Très propre , un très bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes . Seule la literie de la chambre du fond est à revoir , mais Roland s’est engagé à le faire.

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour du 16 au 26/02/2020, la vue est formidable et la terrasse principale lieu de vie. Logement hyper propre. Eine Auszeit im Paradies

14 erholsame Tage an einem wundervollen Ort. Appartement ist in einem sehr gepflegten, hervorragenden Zustand. Alles so vorgefunden, wie im Angebot angegeben. Roland ist ein toller Vermieter, der sich stets um das Wohlbefinden seiner Mieter kümmert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Séjour parfait

Accueil des plus chaleureux par Roland Larcher et sa famille. Nous avons appréciez le petit "à point" de courses pour le petit déjeuner du premier matin. L'appartement est impeccable de propreté, et très spacieux. La terrasse (lieux de vie principal finalement) est immense, ventilée car en hauteur, et la vue imprenable! L'équipement du logement en général et de la cuisine est parfait et suffisant. nous avons appréciez la douche extérieure! et la climatisation dans les chambres! Le logement est idéalement situé, sur les hauteurs d'un quartier au calme. A moins de 10min de magnifiques plages, loin du tumulte touristique. Commerces de proximité et petits restaurant à quelques minutes. Merci à Roland de nous avoir réservé une table chez "Maryse", simplement délicieux et local!

magnifique

Accueil de Roland super convivial, petites attentions pour le premier petit déjeuné, rhum de bienvenue bref tous les ingrédients pour de supers moments sur la grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue mer . Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Roland ne changé rien et encore merci pour tout. Corinne, Eric et les enfants.
