Villa Sogno is a contemporary ranch style condo in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. It is truly our 'Dream Villa'. We have lovingly renovated every square inch with the goal of creating a luxury 'villa al mare' on Hilton Head Island. The mid-island location cannot be beat, with a short walk or bike ride to the beach, tennis, golf, restaurants and shopping. Located in the world class resort of Palmetto Dunes, every activity that Hilton Head has to offer is at your fingertips. Whole Foods, Kroger and Fresh Market are all located minutes outside the gate.
No surface was left untouched, luxurious amenities compliment the clean contemporary design. The entire 1500 square foot villa is tiled in a 20"porcelain. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, marble counter, tile backsplash and plenty of storage. It is fully equipped. Serve guests at the waterfall bar overlooking the expansive living - dining area. Pendant lights over the bar can create whatever lighting mood you desire. The LG washer and dryer are concealed behind retractable doors when not in use.
The Living Room has a wall hung 65' SONY SMART TV, leather seating, desk and a card table. There are dual ceiling fans in the vaulted living room ceiling and an electric fireplace for those winter nights.
The Master Bedroom includes a king size memory foam platform bed. A 42' LED TV is wall hung. Closet built-ins and ample dresser space provide for organized clothing storage. The Master Bath has a 48' custom vanity with
quartz top and lighted wall hung make-up mirror. The walk-in tiled shower has a rain head and hand held for a spa like experience.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen memory foam platform bed and full size futon. The large closet has built-ins providing ultimate organization. A 42' TV is wall mounted. The Guest Bath has tiled tub surround with rain head shower and hand held. The 48' vanity has a quartz top and wall-hung lighted make-up mirror. The guest bedroom and bath are of equal amenities to the master making this a great villa for two couples vacationing together.
The 32 foot gated deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lush landscape. There is a stainless gas grill, dining table for 6 and casual seating.
A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs,etc.

Vacation Rental

The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean. There are two pools within walking distance from the condo. The large deck was shady most of the day. We will surely stay there again.

Great unit, ok location

Great for golf and beach but backing onto the parkway and not super close to pool. Fantastic for two people who just want a nice clean spacious and comfortable place to eat and sleep during a golf or tennis trip. Very clean. Very good value.

Great location

This unit on Palmetto Dunes is ideal for all parts of the Island experience. The Owner is organized and responds within a timely fashion. The larger deck in the development is a bonus. Beach is accessible and the kitchen if fully equipped. The beds were so comfortable with the orthopedic mattresses. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo!

We immediately felt at home the moment we entered the condo. It was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and roomy. The owner thought of everything in making their guests stays great as possible . The location was also great, near the General Store and within walking or biking to beach. My family would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location is a bit weird, as it is tucked away toward the back and was hard for us to find upon arrival. Once we stepped in, however, everything was wonderful. Please note that towels and wash cloths are limited, so if we ever come back, I will definitely bring some from home. No beach towels either, so we had to buy some at the general store around the corner. Unfortunately it rained almost every day we were there, but we still had fun. Loved riding bikes and even seeing some wildlife 🦌

Great location

This was a great location! Short walk/bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the shaded pool and proximity to golf courses. A refresh of towels would be a nice addition. The kitchen is well stocked and the shower outside is a great place to clean off beach sand.

Very nice Villa

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that needed attention. Could of used more bathroom towels for 2 weeks stay. Would of been nice to know that You not use coffee maker & microwave at the same time, would trip the circuit. For the most part would recommend this Villa.

Picture perfect!

The property was exactly how the owner described and how it is pictured on Vrbo. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, pickle ball and kayaking. The decor was gorgeous. Everything is in tip top shape and appears brand new. Not sure when it was last remodeled but looks as if it was done “yesterday”. Every detail was well thought out right down to the perfect dishes and glassware. You will not be disappointed in this property!! We recommend it highly!

Great location in a nicely maintained home

This was a great stay within walking distance of the beach. The location also makes it easy to drive to spots along the salt marshes or restaurants around the island. The kitchen is well stocked for nights you want to stay in and Angela was very helpful and responsive.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa! Angela has provided everything you would need for your stay. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and villa is beautifully decorated. We loved the location. Walked or biked to the General Store almost every night for a soft serve ice cream cone, played Pickle Ball, and of course enjoyed the beach. We definitely hope to come back and stay here again!

Perfect Break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we needed a break from being home over a year, and this was the perfect location. The villa was just as in the photos and was spotlessly clean. The location couldn’t have been better, short walk to the beach and the driving range / golf, that suited both of perfectly. Walking distance from shopping and great restaurants, and the General Store for those small items. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in great location

Angela’s place is one of my favorite stays in Hilton Head. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with an open and uncluttered feel throughout. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the living area is just fantastic. The kitchen had all we needed without feeling cluttered. The patio is very large and I enjoyed having my morning tea out there. The location is excellent; a bit of a walk to the beach but the free shuttle is always available. I love this place and highly recommend it! Angela is responsive to anything you need and easy to work with. Excellent stay!

Accusations from owner were very inappropriate and unprofessional.

This is the request I made on February 13th to rent the property for the dates listed. Hi Angela , my name is ........ and I would love to rent your place 4-10-21- 4-17-21. My family has vacationed there before and we stayed at Evian Plantation condos. My husband and 2 daughters would be coming along with my sister-in-law. We are just looking to have a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head and found your place very beautiful. So we arrive earlier than expected and she the owner was gracious enough to let us check in about 1 1/2 hours earlier than the 4:00 pm check in. I was exhausted and had been awake for 42 hours before arriving in HHI. I was in bed sleeping by 9:00 pm. I woke up the next morning while cleaning up from breakafast and saw that Angela was calling me. I missed the call and called her right back. She immediately told me I breached the contract and that I had 7 bikes registered to her address and 7 people staying there. She said she would not be able to give me my security deposit back and she would have never rented to me if she knew I had 7 people staying in her villa. She stated this was a huge problem. I assured her only the 5 people I requested were staying there and yes I did rent 7 bikes. My oldest daughter and her husband live about 4 hours from HHI and made it work out that they could come vacation some of the time we were there. They rented there own place(which I have the receipt and window parking ticket with their name, dates and the place they rented). When I rented our bikes I also rented their bikes as a loving gesture to my daughter who had not arrived yet. The bikes were delivered to the address because we did not have enough people to ride them since they had not arrived yet. She very rudely accused me of breaching the contract and that was NOT the case. I told her they came to the villa to visit and she said her house was not a gathering place. I have been to HHI several times and friends have been going for 17 years and never have we dealt with such accusations. She stated she called me the night before but of course I was sleeping and never saw that she called me. I was not even there 6 hours and she was accusing me of 7 people staying there. I was very upset when she said those things to me and then I decided I was not going to let her ruin my vacation. She also had her neighbor come knock on the door to snoop on us. Not a good way to start vacation. We still had a blast despite her

Great Stay - Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful visit. Angela's Villa is EXACTLY as described, in fact it was even nicer than the pictures. Great location, well equiped, very clean upon arrival , and convienient to everything HHI has to offer. My wife and I would not hesitate to return next year!

Fantastic!

Very nice property. The owner has done a great job appointing down to small details like motion detector night lights. Large living area. Super comfortable mattress in master bedroom. You can tell owner takes great pride in her home by how she takes care of it. Great location. 15 minute walk to beach. Very quiet. Bike rental just down the street. Many restaurants close by. Owner very responsive to any questions. Just an overall great experience.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. We love the natural beauty of the island only surpassed by the fabulous dining and shopping experiences the island has to offer. When we are on the island literally the stress of everyday life is gone. We take advantage of every opportunity to ride our bikes, walk on the beach, play tennis and explore. We have stayed in ocean front homes, beach villas and golf condos from Forest Beach to Palmetto Dunes. Our hearts always lead us back to Palmetto Dunes.

Why they chose this property

It sounds cliche, but 'the villa spoke to us' the moment we walked in. I immediately envisioned the luxurious contemporary design and furnishings that complete the look today. We renovated the villa in 4 months, leaving no surface untouched. It was the perfect blank canvas on which to work. The final creation is our 'Villa Sogno', Dream Villa. With 1500 square feet of well appointed living space and vaulted living room ceiling the villa has the livability of a single family home.

Location, Location, Location! The first, second and third rule of real estate, whether you are staying for a week or buying for a lifetime is LOCATION. We love Palmetto Dunes and the mid-island location. Every amenity is at our
fingertips. And the 'PIECE DE RESISTANCE' is our beautiful 32 foot deck, completely gated with a dining area and living space.
