Studio très propre et très bien équipé dans les moindres détails - les appareils ménagers fonctionnent parfaitement - le lit est facile à ouvrir et possède un matelas confortable -PETITS BÉMOLS: Quoique l’annonce soit parfaitement exacte ainsi que les photos … il faut savoir que la vue sur mer n’est que du côté gauche depuis la terrasse!L’appartement n’est que partiellement tourné vers la mer . A noter également que l’accès routier pour y arriver n’est pas des plus faciles (routes tortueuses et cabossées) Mais globalement nous avons apprécié et le recommandons .

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Sauberkeit und dem tollen Umfeld. Absolutes Highlight waren der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr gut und erfreulich. Ein super schöner Urlaubsort.

Das Apartment ist klein aber fein. Für 2 Erwachsene und maximal ein Kind absolut ausreichend. Es war sauber, leider viel Unrat und durcheinander in den Schränken. Spülmaschine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

L'appartement est très confortable, rien ne manque . La place privée de parking est un plus . La résidence est très calme car située sur le haut du Lavandou mais accessible en très peu de temps que ce soit à pied ou en voiture . Les propriétaires sont sympathiques . En plus, 4 jours de beau temps, quoi de mieux !!

Location très bien équipée, dommage que la connection internet soit aléatoire. Et il faut être un peu sportif pour descendre à pied à la plage! Mais j y retournerai avec plaisir pour la vue et la piscine qui vaut le détour!!

Great location
We had a very good holiday. The location is great, not far from the sea and only 10 minutes walk from the center, where you can find nice restaurants and small shops. The appartment is very nice and clean, with everything that is needed for a nice holiday. The big balcony has a nice view over the sea. The swimming pool is a big plus. Your own parking space is handy for people travelling with the car. We would definitely return there once again.

A deux pas de la mer , des commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied par un escalier en bas de la résidence ,mais suffisamment en retrait pour bénéficier de calme . Pour l'accueil ,Sandrine super sympa, ponctuel et à l'écoute .Place de parking privé. Propreté : tout est impeccable . Pour l'équipement , il ne manque rien . Je recommande cette location

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für mich als wichtigstes Kriterium: es war sehr sauber! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist herrlich. Leider hört man jedes Wort der Nachbarn, wenn alle abends auf dem Balkon essen. Die Matratze der Ausziehcouch empfanden wir als nicht so bequem und es würde der Wohnung nicht schaden, ein richtiges Bett hinzustellen - auch wenn die Wohnung klein ist. Die Übergabe war problemlos und der Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail ware ebenso ausgezeichnet.

Décevant !!!!
Situation proche de la plage, propreté ok, problème de fuite de lave vaisselle et aucune communication avec le propriétaire, intérieur très vétuste vieille vaisselle arcopal,nappe et couvre lit usées, four ne chauffe pas, fil dépassant de la mini télé, aucune intention de jolie déco malgré un prix élevé en pleine saison!!!!! Quel dommage car ce pourrait être plus agréable et moderne...... Mauvaise insonorisation. Ne conseille pas cette location.

Superbe logement de vacances, vue magnifique
Studio très bien équipé, très propre, grande terrasse plein sud avec une vue mer incroyable, climatisation si besoin. Propriétaires très réactifs et efficaces. Magnifique piscine de 25m refaite à neuf. Résidence très calme, idéale pour le repos. Parking privé au pied de l'appartement très pratique. Séjour très agréable, commerces et plages à 7 min à pieds, nombreuses visites et promenades dans le secteur. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.
