Great location and great property

Very clean, no issues with check-in, close to food and shopping options. The only issue was once we checked-in, there was a sheet of rules, which included one stating no alcohol allowed on the property, but that was not listed anywhere in the VRBO listing. Not an issue with our stay, but this could be a problem. I would consider the info on the VRBO site to be the contract, and not a note left for you after check-in.

All around great home for Lancaster visit!

This property has so many advantages to make a Lancaster visit enjoyable. The host is amazing, the home is roomy, super clean, well-stocked, comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located to many of The Lancaster County activities and attractions. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to the Lancaster, Amish Country visit. you will not be disappointed.

Relaxing in Ronks

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will return should we find ourselves visiting Lancaster in the future. The house and grounds are well taken care of by the gracious owner - Anna Lapp, who made us feel welcomed and provided timely communications leading up to and during our stay. (We had some questions as this was our first VRBO experience…) The location provided a clean, quiet and relaxing environment, and yet is in close proximity to the local shops, country scenery and other activities. We found that every amenity we needed was provided (the spectrum of kitchen tools was amazing), and having a bathroom and two bedrooms in two different areas of the house makes it great for a multi-family group. Thank you Anna. We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay as it provided us much quality family time.

Wonderful location!

This was our third time staying here. It's a lovely, cozy, clean home close to all the attractions in the area - Sight & Sound Theater, Strasburg Railroad, Shady Maple, and so many terrific farm stands with delicious ice cream and homemade treats nearby. There is so much to do and see in the area. Anna is a great host! The house has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Both floors have a bathroom. It's a great place to stay, especially if there are elderly members in your party who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Amish Getaway

We had a very pleasant day at this location. House had everything you could possibly need. There was more room than necessary and we were a family of 11 people. The host was a very gracious lady also. I recommend Anna Lapp and her house to anyone who wishes to stay in Lancaster Pennsylvania

Better then our expectations

Lovely home, lovely property, lovely host. The home looks just like the pictures. The backyard is very nice and well manicured. The house has everything you need except there is no television. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great. The location is great, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay & visit!

The house was spacious and comfortable. Large enough for 3 couples and 4 children under the age of 9. Conveniently located near all the Pennsylvania Dutch attractions outside of Lancaster. Anna was a great host and we appreciate her kindness.

Best Ever

I think this is the best place we have ever stayed! The pastoral view from the back is incredible. The house was comfortable, clean, beautiful. It was close to a lot of the places we wanted to go. We hope to be back many, many times.

Perfect family vacation

Anna’s house is perfect. It is clean and cozy. Restaurants and popular places to visit in Lancaster are within a short drive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back next year.

Delightful Experience

We brought 6 of our grandchildren to explore the Lancaster area for a week and stayed in Anna’s place. We were greeted with a homemade Shoofly Pie on the counter and freshly picked flowers from her garden. The location was great, the home was immaculate and comfortable, and Anna, our hostess, could not have been nicer or more gracious! She even had toys in the shed for outside play! Everything was perfect! We highly recommend!

Second stay at this location

We enjoyed this vacation rental so much last year, we stayed here a second time. In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, there are also two downstairs, which are convenient for guests with mobility issues. The house has a lovely view of a farm out back. Accommodations are clean and cozy. Tourist sites such as Sight & Sound Theatre, Strasburg Railroad, etc are within a short driving distance. The host is terrific!

Amazing.

Anna was the most perfect host! Her house was super cozy, spacious & clean! It fit everybody perfectly. There was a lot of food choices, as well as, stores to shop at just up the road. VERY CONVENIENT!! Felt just like a home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Perfect Choice

We had a family wedding so two families met here from north and south. Everything was immaculate, lovely and very roomy. A large kitchen and four bedrooms was perfect for our group of eight. This house is near everything you might need or want but the secluded back yard and deck made it seem like country. Anna, the owner was very nice and willing to help if needed. We will pass on this choice to our friends and family.

Anna’s house

We had a great time in Ronks at Anna’s house. It was so clean and welcoming, tastefully decorated for fall. Plenty of room for 6 of us so we all had our own bedroom. Anna was very nice, left us bottled water and a sho fly pie. We got to see the hot air balloons from her backyard!

Girls trip

We rented this house for a girls trip to celebrate our Mom's Birthday. House was clean and very spacious. We had 8 of us and we could have brought more and not have felt crowded as so many places to spread out. Mom loved all the beautiful gardens. It is right near all the activities, but once you get inside the house and to the back deck you feel like you are in the country and away from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely book this housr again if we were ever in the area!
