Very diaappointing!
The location of the property was very good but we arrived to a very dirty apartment. We sent photos to the owner who lives in a different country and leaves the running of the apartment up to a local person. She asked for cleaning to be redone while we were out for dinner. It was much better but still a lot to be desired. The iron, toaster and TV were missing from the apartment and although we informed the owner on the first night, they were never given to us. The horse to dry clothes was severly damaged and the pillows were small, low and extremly dirty and although we complained about these to be replaced on the first night, they were never replaced either. The whole place needs alot of maintenance because a lot of things werent working properly. It was a daily challenge entering the apartment because the key didnt turn properly, you have to play around to find its position to open. The mattresses were very very uncomfortable so combined with dirty, small, low pillows we never slept well.The shower drain and sink drain in the shower room were both blocked badly. The shower rail came off when drying our hands in the towel, the toilet brush had no base, the towel hooks were installed slanting so when you hang your towel, it slides off.The bath faucet was loose and water was leaking making the bathroom floor wet (this we tightened ourselves).The surface of the dining chairs were collapsed apart from having a severly stained covers. Owner gave 1000 refund but no help from VRBO
