About this property

We are centrally located in the Capitola Village with 2 covered parking spaces, a rare and convenient find in this location!

We are a short 2 block walk to the beach and steps away from our front door to restaurants, shopping, wine bars, coffee houses, and entertainment! If you need to get to a grocery store or pharmacy, it is just a few minute car drive.

Our condo is very spacious at 1250 square foot condo and comfortably sleeps 7. Our home has been recently updated with all new furniture, paint, flooring, washer, and dryer. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary suite with a queen size bed and secondary bedroom with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4 piece bathroom and a separate vanity for the primary bedroom. Ample storage space is available in both bedrooms. The downstairs hall closet is equipped with all your beach needs including chairs, toys, boogie boards, mats, towels, and sunscreen for your convenience.

Upstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and 2 patios. The pull out sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. The sizable kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, margaritas, or simply reheat leftovers. We have 2 flat screen TVs, a 42" in the living room and smaller one in the primary bedroom with WiFi internet and cable. Enjoy the dozens of board and card games in the living room for the entire family. Kick off yours flip flops and relax on the front balcony, enjoy the fresh air, glass of wine, a meal, or whatever your heart desires. We sincerely hope that the location, cleanliness, and beach themed decor makes this your dream vacation!

Santa Cruz visit

This was a small, but cozy and welcoming property. The owners were good to communicate with. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, etc. Location was great! short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach as well as a short drive to Santa Cruz and other destinations.

Perfect place in Capitola Village

This property was wonderful for several reasons. To begin, having 2 designated parking spaces in the village is worth more than gold. The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to the beach and all restaurants and shops but also far enough from the busy beach front. We absolutely loved our stay.

Lovely little town on the beach

Capitola by the Sea

This unit is in a great location and has two parking spaces which is a major plus! The queen bed in the main bedroom was super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. The unit has nice beach supplies available (umbrella, chairs and toys if you have littles) My only complaint is the WiFi was not working a few evenings even after restarting the router but did work each morning and during the day. This did not interrupt TV functionality. I would definitely stay here again

Comfortable stay in perfect location!

The location is amazing! Steps away from all Capitola Village has to offer. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room sitting area. Nice large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect family beach stay

This is our second stay at this Capitola beach condo and my family is already making plans for next years’ stay. The condo is in a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The little patio is a perfect place for dinner on warm evenings. The closet of beach gear is always appreciated. Our little family loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay In Capitola

We really loved our stay at this property. It is located right in the heart of Capitola and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was decorated beautifully with a welcoming beach feel. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals during our stay. Debbie and Mitch responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during our week stay. They were absolutely amazing. When I come back in town to visit my brother, I would definitely look to stay here again.

Convenient location

No surprises with this property, its description is accurate. Spent 4 nights here during a rainy spell, which was actually quite nice. The lower level beds were quite comfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was adequate and pretty much as-expected for a sofa bed. Did not watch much television, but it seemed to be fine. Wifi worked without issue. Despite being in Capitola Village, noise was not extreme. All in all, a fine stay, and a place I would consider again in the future.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

The unit is exactly as the pictures indicate: adorable decor, comfortable furniture, plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and just a short walk to the beach and Capitola shops and restaurants. The owners were wonderful leading up to the trip, answering any question I had. Check-in/out was super easy as well, with clear instructions on what needed to be done. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again for sure!

Perfect beach vacation

My family loved staying at this beach condo. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Our 4 year old LOVED the bunk bed. The kitchen was well set up, and the small patio was perfect for happy hour and dinner. You can’t beat the location! Easy walking distance to the beach and the cute downtown of Capitola. We can’t wait to come back :)

Few blocks away from beach and restaurants!

Loved our stay! Condo worked out great for my family of 6 adults. Initially wanted 3 bedrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, beach, boutiques was perfect! It’s an upstairs unit, so you’ll get your steps in for the day if you’re unloading a lot! The living space is on the second level, bedrooms on the first floor. Utilized the small “outside” space past the kitchen and washer & dryer for storing cooler & recycling. When you leave the back door open, you’ll enjoy the cross-ventilation between kitchen & living room. Loved the breezes while cooking! Small patio facing street, but nice for a few people to enjoy morning coffee. Enough sleeping room for 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 single adults. Most comfortable beds are the master queen and the lower bed (full) of bunk bed in second bedroom. Pull out sofa is probably best for children only, as far as comfort level. We did a lot of cooking — there’s plenty of dishes, glassware, pans, utensils and spices. But if you’re staying the week & cooking, bring your own knives, a non-stick pan & cast iron for grilling. Appreciated the two sinks in the bathroom downstairs. Felt really lucky to have the two assigned parking spaces! Thank you Debbie and Mitch! :)

Great spot in Capitola!

This place is great and was perfect for our family of 5. It's just like the pictures and it's in a really great location- easy walk to town and beach, lots of eating options nearby, close to the grocery store. Having two parking spots was clutch, especially over the weekend when there were more people in town and parking was scarce! The beach gear in the closet is great. My only suggestion is to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper since the room with the bunk bed faces the street and you can hear street noises. Overall, a great place and we would certainly book this place again for our next Capitola visit. THANK YOU MITCH AND DEBBIE!

Great place to unwind and relax.

The property is in a perfect location to enjoy a quiet beach side atmosphere. Shops and places to eat were plentiful. High walkability! The property manager was timely in her comms. The property was as described and had extras that we enjoyed. The place was clean and well kept. Would definitely consider staying again if we go to Capitola.

Great experience all the way around

This was a great place, easy booking, easy check in and out. The location is awesome walking distance to the village, (bars, shopping, eating. Couldn't ask for anything more. It does only have 1 full bathroom but you should already know this if your looking at the listing. 2 great covered parking stalls downstairs, there are lots of stairs so be prepared. Overall this is a great place and we are planning on staying at this place again.

We love the Capitola Village so much that we would regularly rent out a condo and stay many weekends a year here. When the opportunity came up to own a condo, we jumped on it. Now we can enjoy everything the local community has to offer and we can give many others the same opportunity to come out and enjoy the local area too.

You are in the heart of the Capitola Village! With the beach less the 2 blocks away, the wonderful restaurants and shopping all around you, how could you go wrong. We have made our home feel comfortable and relaxing. You can enjoy the full amenities of the kitchen. Our home is perfect for that romantic weekend get-away or that week long family vacation. Do not forget about the many events and special attractions throughout the year too. Where else are you going to have 2 personal covered parking spaces to enjoy while staying here.
