The full kitchen has everything you'll need for meals and you'll have a dining table to gather around, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar.
In the king master suite, you'll have a fireplace and a TV, and other sleeping options include a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twins, and a pullout sofabed.
Summer vacations can include an abundance of fishing, rafting, hiking, biking and other activities, including swimming at the community clubhouse pool*. Anytime of year, the hot tub deck is ideal for relaxing and soothing sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking. It's a fact - anytime is a great time to visit Park City, Utah, especially when you make this getaway your home base.
*Please note that the clubhouse card admits up to six guests at a time. Due to the small size of the pools, groups larger than six will be turned away. Please plan your pool visits accordingly. Thank you for your consideration.*

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
