Chalet (2006), private, porch and swimming pool. 725m2 property, located in the valley of La Drova, in the village of Barx. 12 km from Gandia and near the beach. Very good highway. Valencia is a one hour drive away. Approximately 65 km. La Drova it is a privileged spot in the mountains, but very close to Gandia and to the beach. The chalet is in a residential zone 3 minutes away from the village of Barx.
Barx has 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 3 butcher's shops, 1 drugstore, 1 Bank, several bars and good restaurants. Quiet location, especially suitable for families.

A great stay in La Drova
We stayed at Maripaz's lovely home over 6 weeks during April and May 2024. Everything was to our satisfaction and and more. Good Wi-Fi enableness to work each day. It is a nice cooler environment than down the mountain in Gandia but close enough to have access to all of Gandia restaurants, gyms and amenities. The host could not have been more helpful. We would repeat without question.

logement propre et fonctionnel tarif de location raisonnable propriétaires aux petits soins des locataires emplacement idéal dans l'arrière pays, pas très loin des plages et des belles villes comme Valence et Dénia nous recommandons !

Nous avons vraiment passer un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa notre arrivé était rapide et clair, les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et sont vraiment à l’écoute, la villa est propre bien entretenue , une vue magiques sur les montagnes des activités très sympathiques à côté. LA PISCINE EST TOUS SIMPLEMENT PARFAITE!! Elle est grande , l’eau est bonne elle est au soleil toute à long de la journée elle est très bien entretenue un vrai plaisir. Nous avons passer un séjour de rêve malheureusement notre deuxième semaine de vacances a été écourtée au suite du mauvais temps.

Un coin de paradis
Une villa avec piscine , très bien équipée, au milieu des montagnes et à 20min de superbes plages . Tout le monde a apprécié le calme et la piscine! A 1h de valence, 45 min du parc albufera et 40min de cullera ! N’hésitez pas c’est vraiment très dépaysant! Merci à Marie Paz pour son accueil!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber überließen uns dieses Schmuckstück für zwei Wochen und wir fühlten uns rundum Glücklich. Sauberes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend. Im Ort selbst alles zum Leben vorhanden. Strand ca. 15-20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber :) Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Extraordinario. Casa genial en paraje de ensueño
Casa moderna con todas las comodidades. Baños y cocina impecables. Salón y cuartos cómodos. Todas las estancias espaciosas y decoradas con buen gusto y funcionalidad. El exterior es un lujo. Bañarse en la piscina viendo las montañas es una maravilla. Hay diversos espacios para disfrutar las diferentes horas del sol o la sombra. Y una barbacoa. Y aro de fuego y paelleras. En fin, que estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. La wifi funciona fenomenal y MariPaz y su familia han sido encantadores

Desde el primer momento la comunicación tanto con Salvador primero como con José después estupenda, estupendos anfitriones. De la casa poco que decir, fantástica! Mejor que en las fotos. El entorno tranquilo y relajante. Los niños han disfrutado de la piscina a tope y los adultos de la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar. Un sitio para desconectar.

Hemos estado alojados en esta casa y ha resultado todo perfecto. Los niños han disfrutado mucho con la piscina. Los propietarios son muy atentos y amables. La casa es perfecta, pudiendo disfrutar de su gran terraza así como de sus vistas. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que hay playas cercanas y con poca gente. Un acierto el haberla elegido para pasar unos días de descanso.

Si lo que buscáis es tranquilidad, descanso y desconexión, ni lo dudes, el sitio es ideal. La casa cumple con creces lo que pone la descripción, es aún mejor que en las fotos. Tiene todo tipo de detalles que podáis pensar. Cocina super equipada, casa amplia, limpia, con un jardín super cuidada y para rematar una piscina de lujo. Todo ello envuelto en un entorno espectacular. Tenéis playas a escasos 20'. No lo dudes, estaréis de lujo. Ojalá podamos volver otro año, tanto José cómo Mari Paz encantadores, empaticos y disponibles, aunque no necesitamos llamarlos, porque fue todo de 10. Un saludo.
