Fabulous

My wife and myself had a short break with our pet dog. The house and location exceeded our expectations. Sebastians parents greeted us and made us welcome. The location is exceptional as is the accommodation.

Great spot in a nice area

The hosts were very nice left us brioche and homemade jam as a welcome. The back garden is small but a nice little oasis and a sun trap. The house is like a home not a seaside rental. The bed was comfortable. Nearby there are shops, bars/restos and the port in walking distance. The beach is about a mile but very walkable and there is a quieter beach through the woods. Plenty of local sites like the oyster farms and Talmont-Saint-Hilaire chateau if you don’t want to go far. Would recommend the hosts, the house and the location

Gorgeous French Property

This gorgeous French property, had a wonderful homely feel. Full of charm, we felt like we were guests at a family home, as we were surrounded with all the host’s beautiful possessions. The garden is a little sun trap, and gardeners paradise, so pretty. The house is set in a fabulous position, a minutes walk to a great pub and restaurants and a few small shops which include a bakery. The beach is a short drive or if you are fit you could walk it. The hosts, who live next door, are absolutely charming, so helpful and kind. Madam had left us same stunning homemade apricot jam and brioche, such a lovely welcoming touch. We can’t thank them enough for a fantastic stay at this wonderful unique holiday home.

A truly French home from home

From the moment you see this wonderful property from the front gate, you just know that you're going to love it. From the first step inside the front door, you can feel it's a treasured and well cared for family home. The property manages to offer a look inside an older style home but yet offers all the expected modern day amenities. We have great respect for the owners allowing and trusting guests to look after and appreciate their belongings. Outside space was well thought out and furnished too. Very many thanks to Stephanie and Dominique for looking after us.

3 semaines agréables passées dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée. Proche forêt et plage, commerces à proximité, elle est très bien située. Si vous avez des poilus c’est idéal. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.

Quelques jours de repos à Talmont St Hilaire

Un super séjour dans une superbe et agréable maison. Il fait y fait bon vivre ! Proche de l'océan et de toute commodités, il est très facile d'alterner entre plage et promenade, terrasse de café, et calme et repos dans cette jolie maison. N'hésitez pas !

Ein schönes Haus mit Garten und Terasse

Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Auch im Freien gibt es viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, sich zu entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Bäcker sind es nur ein paar Schritte und auch zum Meer ist der Weg so kurz, dass er gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu bewältigen ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit rundum genossen und würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem Haus, dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt oder nicht, ein toller Garten mit mehreren Sitzbereichen und Liegen. Reizende Vermieter, jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alle in allem bestens zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus nicht weit vom Strand

Ein superschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist liebevoll mit vielen Pflanzen gestaltet, bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, großes Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und 1 Schlafzimmer im EG. Im OG, auch über Außentreppe zu erreichen, weitere Schlafgelegenheiten, Toilette / Waschbecken und kleiner Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert. Zum Strand ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto, sehr schöner Sandstrand, separater Abschnitt auch für Hunde (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Parkplatz aus durch den Wald). In direkter Nachbarschaft: kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Bar und Restaurants. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen und ständig erreichbar sind, sonst aber sehr diskret sind. In der näheren Umgebung viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z. B. La Rochelle, Les Sables D'Olonne, diverse Schlösser. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen Teil Frankreichs. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr warmherziger Emfang durch die Vermieter, die sehr diskret sind und die Konfitüre von Madame ist superbe! Schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen, toll, daß Hunde toleriert werden, aber bitte nicht im Bett und auf der Couch!!! Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Idéal pour un séjour en bord de mer

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal et Dominique! La maison est très bien située, bien équipée, très propre et agréable. Joli petit jardin. Idéal pour des vacances au bord de mer. Wunderschönes geschmackvolles Schmuckhaus

In diesem wunderschönen, blumigen Haus kommt man sofort an, großzügig, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Garten ist ein Traum voller Blumen, verschiedene Liegeecken, ob im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Lage ebenfalls perfekt. Jogger und Fahrradbegeisterte wollen nicht mehr weg. Die Eigentümmer sind sehr sympathisch, immer da, wenn man sie braucht, jedoch sehr diskret. Die Brioche und die selbstgemachte Marmelade zum Empfang waren ein Gedicht. Dieser Urlaub war perfekt und wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen.
