4 Br, 2 1/2 Ba Private Luxury In La Cuesta (McCormick Ranch)

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2400 square foot property is centrally located on 1/4 acre in Scottsdale.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV w/ built-in speakers, full bath, walk-in closet, separate walk-in shower, and private patio exit to access the hot tub, pool (pool heating optional with additional fee November - March, heating is free rest of year), and outdoor fireplace.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds and flat screen HDTV's, while guest bedroom 4 has one twin bed and one full bed; all share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully appointed with a breakfast eating area, new appliances, and a coffee maker with 12-cup drip and K-cup. The dining room has additional seating along with a bar and bar stools.

Next to the kitchen is a billiards room with a flat screen HDTV with additional seating.

The back yard has several different areas to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, hang out around the pool, or take a dip in the hot tub (hot tub water is always replaced before every stay, always hot). The built-in BBQ area is ready to go with propane and also contains a small outside refrigerator. You will also find a flat screen TV, built-in speakers, ping pong table, dart board, pool-side basketball hoop, and other assorted games on the patio. Golf clubs are available and free to use (2 sets) and a vast assortment of tennis rackets for the lighted tennis courts across the street.

Stay connected and entertained by the several television sets with high-end programming including a 75" HDTV, 5.1 surround sound speaker system, high speed WiFi internet, a DVD collection, PlayStation 2 with PS1 and PS2 game library. Board games and books can also be found in the house if you look around.

Enjoy the shopping, day spas, golf, vast array of restaurants, baseball spring training, car shows, equestrian events, and the many natural attractions that Arizona offers!

Fall Break
We had a blast in Scottsdale over our state's fall break. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and Ted was so responsive and communicated so well with us. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to anyone!

Girls Weekend!
The house well perfect for our girls weekend getaway. There were originally 5 of us but only 4 were able to go. You could easily have up to 10 people if you were willing to share beds. Having 4 bedrooms was perfect. The backyard oasis was where we hung out most of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable to use as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our vacations in Phoenix with our two teenagers. The pool and backyard are gorgeous, the tennis court was available most of the time, the house is beautiful and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and we have really appreciated that he was flexible on our departure time.

Beautiful Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Everything is just as it is described, but even better! The house was immaculate and appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor patio and pool area is a vacationer’s dream, with cooking area, hot tub, ping pong and darts. We enjoyed this area so much, we had a hard time leaving to explore other attractions. Ted made everything so effortless with easy access and checkout. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. We hope to be back again

Long Weekend at La Cuesta
The house was perfect for me and a few buddies in Scottsdale for a golf trip. Whole process was seamless and the house was prepared as if you were staying at a nice hotel. Communication before the trip was on par as well.

This is our second stay and every bit as good as the first. Ted is very responsive to any questions and the house is very well equiped. Great back yard to find shade or sun, pool or hot tub whatever you are looking for. Highly recommend.

The house is just as described and worked very well for our vacation with 3 young-adult children. The layout, with bedrooms on one side and kitchen on the other worked very well. The backyard is fantastic and the lemon and orange trees were a treat! The owner/host communicates well and is very responsive and everything was in working order. Excellent property!

Paradise!
This property is everything you could ever imagine. You won’t want to leave because there are so many activities (horseshoe, hot tub, pool, ping pong, billiards, tennis courts across the street). The place was very clean when we arrived. I was so impressed how clean the hot tub was! Ted and Donna provided everything that was needed to have a wonderful time at their property. The rooms were spacious and there was adequate space for our family of 8. The property is located in a quiet location and felt very safe. Highly recommended, and hope to come back soon!

Great week in Scottsdale
We had a great week on a family vacation. We just wanted to get away and spend time with kids and grand kids. We were very pleased with the house and how well it was supplied. It seemed as if it is set up for the owners to stay there instead of being set up for renters. In other words, it is not set up with a bunch of cheap supplies and appliances. Nice pans and cookware; plenty of paper goods including foil, plastic wrap, and baggies; double ply TP; spices, etc. There were even a handful of basic food supplies that were left in the house, which we enjoy - like squeeze bottles of ketchup, mustard, sauces, oil, etc. So we did not have to go spend $60 on basic cooking supplies!!! The pool and back yard were wonderful! There was even a basket full of beach towels. There were plenty of chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. We truly enjoyed the back pool area. We had an infant and a toddler, so we were pleased to find two strollers, a high chair, and a pack-n-play (with a pad!) at the house. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of Scottsdale. The owner was very responsive to the few texts we sent.

Fantastic place!
Family weekend trip away and this place was perfect for us. Lots of activities (billiards, darts, ping pong, pool, etc.) for everyone in the family to enjoy and the property is spacious and very comfortable. Host was also extremely responsive and accommodating. Very glad we chose this place!!
