Thank you for your interest. We are a family that reside near by in the Tampa Metropolitan area, and Purchase this unit for summer stay, as our beach house. During the winter, we stay at the beach less frequently, thus the exploration of a rental opportunity. We do not rent by weekends nor by week; just looking for folks that would like to spend time at a great location, and love the beach front way of life.

Purchasing this property is one of the best things we have ever done. The serenity and the 'away from everything' feeling, is something that is hard to describe.
