Recently updated with new flooring and remodeled bathroom. RESERVED PARKING #214 - directly below! Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Lanai area has table and chairs. You have access to pool/Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Click the Video Button above to see the video of this unit.

Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.

1. 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
2. 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
3. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days.

Conveniently Located

Easy to find with directions given. Good for traveling north and east coasts. Could do with a detailed clean. Fridge very useful. Price and position the main reason I booked and wasn't disappointed

Avoid, Truly Awful Apartment and Experience

Firstly, I need to acknowledge this place seemed cheap, and we thought we were getting a great deal. Just spend more money and stay somewhere better (I can’t imagine anywhere could be worse) Let me talk though some of the issues: - Incorrect info shared in the checkin page, led us searching for a car space that doesn’t exist - Both the owner and the emergency contact do not live in Hawaii. When we couldn’t get hold of the owner, the emergency contact wrote back ‘I have nothing to do with this property’ - The toilet wasn’t working. A number of times I had to stick my hand in the disgusting cistern to reattach the chain - The photos are deceiving, the apartment is incredible dark and dingy. - The carpet is absolutely putrid and disgusting, covered in stains. Seriously, spend the money and replace it - The apartment is just dirty, it looks like it hasn’t seen a proper clean in an age. Surfaces are covered in dust and dirt and stains - The Balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the screen door fell off as soon as we opened it - The bathroom is gross and barely clean, and full of bugs - There is a massive desk and office chair in the room for no reason, which further limits the already minimal space Honestly, avoid this place like the plague, the location is fine, and it’s great the building has a pool, but there are so many other better options out there

Great place to stay

The property does not allow fireworks and they enforce quiet hours. The property owner, Jack was very helpful with recommendations! 214B was an awesome home base with Foodland close by.

No love for the "Crackpiper"

If you want to be kept awake all night with a streetlight shining in your window along with noise from neighbors due to the paper thin walls then this is the spot. Definitely a low budget choice for the desperate vacationer.

Nice place

Nice place to stay. Close to shopping. Close to the golf coures. You can view the sun rise and the sun set with a couple shirt walks from here. Queens bath is walk from here and so is Sealodge beach.

Lovely place to stay with a comfy bed, everything you need for small bites like a microwave, fridge, and plates/utensils, and awesome collection of beach supplies to borrow! Love the boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella! Those things in itself make this place 5 stars.

Great location

It's basically a hotel room with a big balcony. Comes with beach chairs, umbrella, body board, cooler ect. Only downside is that you can hear the adjoining condo pretty well. For the price and location it's good.
