VACACIONES EN MARBELLA

Hemos estado una semana en agosto mi marido la niña y yo..el apartamento la verdad que muy bien no le faltaba ningún detalle ,tenían de todo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones..y la piscina genial también...lo único la playa estaba un poco lejos 20 minutos andando y luego para subir cargados con sombrillas y sillas se hacía un poco más largo casi 30 minutos por qué es en cuesta ..pero por lo demás todo genial ...los dueños del apartamento muy amables la verdad...

Excellent séjour

Alberto est un propriétaire très serviable, à l’écoute et très disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est bien situé et à proximité des transports en commun et de la plage. Bonus : Alberto a accepté de nous véhiculer afin qu’on puisse avoir un bus !

Great holiday

Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. All was fine, we were regularly asked by the owners if everything is fine and we appreciated it very much. We would have given it 5/5, but there are 2 things that we thought were problematic: 1. There were no basic products in the apartment such as washing liquid, sugar, salt, tea etc. We've stayed at many places either via homeaway or airbnb and there was never a situation that you could not even drink tea using the products already available in the apartment. 2. Parking was a huge challenge - even when I took my car in the night (3am) to get something done, another car took my place within 20 seconds which I had never seen before. As a result, using a car while living in this apartment is a huge challenge. Even if you want to pay for parking, the Avenida Del Mar parking is like 15-20min walking distance which is definitely not ideal. Apart from these two things, we think it was a great stay and we will definitely consider coming back to Marbella.

Une agréable découverte

Alberto est un homme serviable et attentif à ses hôtes. Il propose un appartement chaleureux et au calme, très appréciable. Le seul bémol serait la localisation (20 minutes de la plage avec une montée) . Nous avons cependant passé un séjour inoubliable et très confortable.

Tres bon accueil du propriétaire Alberto chaleureux et très confiante

Appartement tres fonctionnel et très bien placé ! Tous commerces à proximité . Magnifique plage à 15 minutes à pied piscine chauffée dans la résidence je recommande vivement tant pour l’accueil du propriétaire que pour le cadre nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances ! Je recommande vivement!

Lovely modern apartment.

Alberto & Glady's are really nice people and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The Old Town and beach are both a 10/15 minute walk down the hill and the "La Canada" shopping Centre is 10 minutes the opposite way across the road bridge. The shops in the centre are great as are the food outlets. The pool is quiet in the morning for a swim which i did every morning but gets busy later in the day. Thanks for a lovely holiday in your apartment.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très propre, conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Alberto nous a très bien accueilli et a été disponible pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande.

Tolle Wohnung in einem schönen Komplex mit Pool

Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet, in der Küche ist fast alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine kann auch benutzt werden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem . Es ist ein Komplex in dem viele Einheimische wohnen und man bekommt leicht Kontakt zu Ihnen. Zum Stand sind es ca. 10 Min. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr tollen Urlaub in Marbella.

Very nice apartment

This is a brilliant apartment which great amenities. The owners are very helpful, welcoming and speak great English so you can get a lot of good local information from them. They went out of their way to take us to the bus station when we were leaving. There is a supermarket just yards away which all the local people shop at and is very cheap! It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to get into the old town. The pool is very quiet during the day, even during the school holidays. the apartment complex is very secure and safe, from the path outside you need to go through 2 locked doors to get to your apartment. Also there is a big flat screen TV so you could take a media player and connect it. This was a very nice place to stay as it feels more at home and can relax more compared to a hotel room.

Great vacation in the center of Marbella.

As a young couple, this apartment was absolutely amazing. Luxury and stylish furnished apartment, good kitchen facilities as well. Supermarket located 100 metres from the apartment. The beach, main bus station and city center are all reached within 15 minutes walking. Quiet neighbourhood which we would also recommend for young couples with a child. No need for a car, all trips can be done by bus (Ronda, Sevilla, Granada, Aquapark Torremollinos etc.). The swimming pool is also very nice, a sunbathing grass area makes it perfect. We would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Marbella and Andalusia. Gladys and her husband are very friendly, and are willing to help you with all you need. Overall 5/5 rating, more than we expected. We will go back sometime and stay in this lovely apartment again.

Nous avons passé des vaca...

Nous avons passé des vacances entre amis formidables. L'appartement est parfait. Il est exactement comme sur les photos. Très très propre, moderne, très bien équipé. L'appartement est idealement situé (nous avons tout fait à pied) : centre historique, plage, port, supermarché. Les propritetaires sont très très gentils. Ils nous ont conseillés sur tout et sont d'une sympathie rare. Vous pouvez compter sur eux! Nous avons été agreablement surpris. Nous le conseillons à tous.

"Nous rentrons tout juste...

"Nous rentrons tout juste aujourd''hui et nous avons passés un agréable séjour de 2 semaines, appartement très agréable, bien équipée, propre, proche de la vieille ville et plage et à 2 min de la plaza del toros ou beaucoup d''évènement important s''y passe(concert, corrida etc...), centre commercial, et commerces...la piscine est un plus...les propriétaire sont très charmants...nous sommes ravies(couple avec un enfant). Une location de voiture est indispensable pour visiter les alentours (Grenada, Sevilla, Benalmadena etc...).je vous recommande vivement."

"Appartamento molto carin...

"Appartamento molto carino, pulito e funzionale. Situato in posizione strategica a 15 minuti a piedi da centro, stazione bus, centro commerciale e spiaggia. Banca, supermarket, caffetteria sotto casa. Adiacente a pl.za de Toros. CONSIGLIATO!!!"
