Back again!

We enjoyed it so much last year that we decided to return this year as well for a full 2 week-stay. It was great being back in the apartment again. It's worth it just for the view; sitting and having breakfast or evening drinks on the balcony.... As before, Cassis and the apartment make a great base for relaxing, beaches, walking in the national park and the calanques as well as exploring other towns like Bandol, Aix, La Ciotat and Marseille - no car is needed. The apartment was all very clean and well presented again. Thanks to Madame Villard for her welcome again!

Schönes Appartment in toller Anlage, leider wenig Küchenausstattung

Zuerst ist zu bemerken, dass die Fotos der Aussicht veraltet sind. Derweil ist ein Baum gewachsen, der die Sicht auf das Cap Canaille erheblich schmälert. Ausserdem ist die Ausstattung der Küche minimal. Keine Kaffeebecher, weder Brotmesser, Schere, Wasserkocher. Diese Dinge werden auch nicht versprochen, wären für den Preis aber zu erwarten. Als wir den elektrischen Grill angeschlossen haben, sind die Sicherungen rausgeflogen. Die Lage auf dem Hügel ist toll, der Gesamtzustand der Anlage gepflegt, der Pool schön gross.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avons apprécié nos vacances à Cassis. L'appartement était bien équipé pour cuisiner. Propre et très confortable. Le jardin, le terrain de football, le tennis et les installations de la piscine sont incroyables. Fabienne a toujours répondu très rapidement et a été très gentille. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour des vacances fabuleuses.

Tolle Anlage!

Alles war wunderbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Meerblick. Dank großem Schwimmbad, Tennisplätzen und Tischtennisplatten ist für Sport und Spaß gesorgt.

Appartement très agréable situé dans une résidence qui l'est tout autant et qui en outre est bien située. A privilégier toutefois pour les marcheurs compte tenu du dénivelé !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le cap Canaille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par madame Villard, la propriétaire qui veille au confort de ses locataires ; l'appartement est très bien agencé et a été rénové avec goût.

De vraies vacances comme on les aime,

Super appartement tout équipé et bien situé, avec super cadre ou nous avons pleinement profité de nos vacances, de cassis et ses alentours. Great place! A bit of a hill to town, but good parking makes up for it if you have a car.

Nice place, friendly hosts, and a fantastic view from the deck. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nice apartment with gorgeous view

Owner met us at train station on arrival and kindly brought us to apartment. Apartment is located as advertised on a hill top , we didn't have a car and we didn't need one. The walk up the hill was worth it to shed a few calories after eating in some nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and met our requirements. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet location which provided for a relaxing holiday. The owner kindly brought us back to the train station for our early train on departure. Apartment doesn't have WIFI or a kettle which would be recommended . I would recommend this apartment to others and I would stay here again if I am lucky to return to Cassis.

PERFECT

Excellent apartment, location and furniture. Wonderful view from terrace on the bay, all is new in the apartment and incredibly cleaned. We decided to get the apartment reading the review and now I confirm all the previous reviews. 5 unforgettable days in Cassis (Supermarket 5 minutes by car - Cassis centre 10 minutes walking downhill - 15 minutes walking back uphill) . Many thanks to Madame Villard, she is very gently and helpful.

Superbe appartement - localisation idéale

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Spacieux, très propre, décoration moderne et épurée (rare !), avec une vue sur la grande bleue et le cap canaille encore plus belle que sur les photos. De tels équipements sont rares pour une location de vacances : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, vrai four, micro-ondes, vrai congélateur, cafetière nespresso, cafetière traditionnelle, nombreux rangements, etc. La résidence dans laquelle se trouve l'appartement est extrêmement bien entretenue, sécurisée et parfaitement située : au calme, mais proche du port et du centre ville à pied, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture garée sur la place de parking qui lui est attribuée (il est quasiment impossible de se garer en plein centre de Cassis, même au mois de mai - dates de notre séjour). Aucun bémol, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Stunning appartment in Cassis

Un accueil très chaleureux de Madame Villard. L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cassis, le port de Cassis, la château et Cap Canaille. La décoration suite à une rénovation récente est faite avec beaucoup de goût. Très propre et bien équipé. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une résidence très calme avec piscine et court de tennis 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et les plages. Nous avons été enchantés de Cassis ou on peut se relaxer, faire des randonnées, se baigner et découvrir les Calanques ainsi que la ville elle-même. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cassis. Encore merci! Sept. 2012 Many thanks to Madame Villard for her warm welcome. The apartment has the best view in town right over the Cassis bay, harbour, castle and Cap Canaille. It's been recently renovated to a high standard making it all very light and airy and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The apartment is in a lovely quiet landscaped complex with a pool and tennis court and a short walk down to the harbour and beaches. It is very well equipped. Cassis is a great place to relax, go walking, swimming, exploring the Calanques and the town itself. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Many thanks again! Sept 2012.
