My studio is ALWAYS a smoke-free unit—-PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU SMOKE! Smoking outside is not an acceptable compromise--clothing and other belongings still leave the unit smelling of cigarette smoke.

Just 30-45 minutes is spent cleaning the average hotel room. I ALWAYS personally clean all my units and spend 3-4 hours minimum EVERY TIME cleaning and preparing each studio for my guests.

You can feel safe and secure, knowing my standards are extremely high.

I love my studios and I love taking care of my guests!

I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized.

While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months' long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate."

Conveniently located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, 1/2 mile south of I-10, these gems are the perfect location for a commute to Mobile, Pensacola, or anywhere in the Baldwin County area. Daphne is sister city to Fairhope, AL (6 miles)---consistently ranked among the top small towns in America and most recently named by Coastal Living as 5th Happiest Seaside Town in America!! About an hour's drive to Gulf Shores, this studio packs a lot of amenities into a small space. Perfect alternative to cookie-cutter hotel rooms, I have hosted many happy vacationers, professionals and workers on temporary assignments, students and new residents on house-hunting expeditions. Cute place with nice design touches
Beautiful sunset views from a comfortable, clean and well designed and decorated studio. Quiet, low traffic area with ample shared outdoor space in close proximity to Mobile Bay and restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and ensured that the condo was well equipped with all necessities and spotlessly clean. A great location from which we were able to explore all around Mobile Bay from Gulf Shores to Dauphin Island and all of the wonderful character of Mobile's historic district and the Eastern Shore. Recommended for couples or singles but less suitable for families with children. The building is of 70's vintage so you can hear occasional noise from the neighboring units but nothing that bothered us at all. Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Sunset Views on Mobile Bay
This property was very clean and well kept. It offered beautiful views of Mobile Bay from the rear porch. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and praying while taking in the views. The sunsets look like paintings. The property owner was very nice and works hard to provide her guests with a positive stay. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area and beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Thank you again for allowing my wife and I to rent your beautiful property!

Boho Chic Studio with a View
Felicia’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, and decorated so tastefully. The studio/condo was in a quiet and peaceful place, but still close to grocery stores, and restaurants. Having the laundry mat close by was also a plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful view of the Mobil Bay from the balcony on many evenings during our stay. The place is like a “home away from home.”

This vacation rental was comfortable for two people. We liked that there was plenty of light and sunshine, but light occlusive curtains made it possible to sleep in as needed. It was immaculately clean, and storage is adequate, our suitcases easily tucked under the bed, so we did not have to walk all over them for the duration of our stay. The condo is nicely located between Mobile, Fairhope, and Point Clear, so we were able to take advantage of find dining in many areas, as well as walks on the piers etc. perfect!

AWESOME place!!!
My husband and I had to be in Gulf Shores for a walk through and then 6 days later for the closing on our new home in Foley, AL over Memorial Day weekend. Everything in the Gulf Shores, Foley area were outrageously expensive for a weeks stay. I had made a hotel reservation in Daphne...but luckily I checked on Vrbo for places in the Daphne area and I found Felicia's beautiful studio apartment with an AWESOME view of Mobile Bay!! It was VERY clean, well equipped and much more spacious than a hotel room!!! And the best part was if was about the same price as the hotel!! The added benefit was we were able to eat in most of the time, which saved us several $$!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Felicia's property and will stay there again if the need arises!!! Oh...one more think...the place is exactly like the pics!!!

Felicia Coker made our first stay in Alabama a memorable one. It was perfect for my husband and I while we came to visit with our Grandchildren. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything we needed to be comfortable. The view from the back porch overlooking Mobile Bay was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything was so convenient for shopping or things to do. I will definitely recommend her place to family and friends. Hope to be back some day again.
