Ruhig und abseits vom Trubel

Sehr ruhige Wohnung mit Parkanlage zum Strand. Bettwäsche und Endreinigung sind NICHT im Preis inbegriffen. Müssen organisiert werden! Leider habe ich erst einen Tag vor Anreise erfahren, dass die Endreinigung nicht automatisch erledigt wird (deswegen nur 4 Sterne). Bei der Organisation einer Putzfrau hat mir Benoît, der freundliche Eigentümer geholfen. Vor Anreise kommuniziert man mit Dominique Le Portz. Das Appartementhaus hat mehrere Appartements, die man mieten kann. Dieses hat WLAN und ist meiner Erfahrung nach am besten renoviert und ausgestattet. Durch die Lage kosten alle etwa gleich! Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und komme wieder :o) Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker leider nicht. Aber es gibt auch Baguette im Supermarkt! Für die Mietwäsche: Es hat sechs 90-cm-Matratzen. Eine Auszieh-Couch 160 cm. Es hat eine große Bettdecke und mindestens 4 Bettdecken 90cm-Bett. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, finde ich es besser man bringt Bettwäsche mit. Spannbetttücher konnte ich nicht bekommen... Nächstes mal bringe ich mir auch mein Kopfkissen mit.

Très bel vue et bien située à deux pas de la plage et de la pêche aux coquillages. Appartement rénové et bien équipé (cuisine notamment). Des points à améliorer sur la salle de bain et l'aménagement de la literie. La mise à disposition de draps adaptés serait un plus pour simplifier le séjour.

Résidence bien tenue et appartement très propre, bien meuble avec tout le confort pour un séjour des plus agréables Propriétaires très à l'ecoute L'accès direct à la mer sans route à traverser rend cet appartement idéal avec des enfants Nous reviendrons!

"Très bel appartement bien décoré et bien rénové Séjour et balcon très agréables Calme, belle orientation sud est très agréable au petit déjeuner Appartement très logeable (3 chambres + séjour) Bon niveau d''équipement en cuisine Vue imprenable sur les plages (beaumer et la trinité) Tres pratique pour descendre sur le sable plusieurs fois par jour avec des enfants résidence bénéficiant d''un tres beau jardin ombragé le long de la plage et des rochers Proximité de super u pour le ravitaillement Proximité de la route de la trinité non génante et très pratique pour les visites et courses au port (5 mn de voiture environ)"

"Le logement est très lum...

"Le logement est très lumineux, avec une superbe vue mer ; il a été refait à neuf, avec goût, il y a quelques années seulement. Par contre, il n'y a pas trois chambres comme indiqué dans l'annonce, mais deux seulement, la troisième étant en fait une petite pièce avec un clic-clac, derrière une cloison coulissante. Le standing de l'appartement nécessiterait un téléviseur plus actuel, avec une télécommande et un lecteur DVD pour les jours de pluie ! ainsi qu'une mini chaine HIFI peut-être...Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur, ce qui est gênant pour nettoyer le sisal dans la pièce principale...un agréable séjour toutefois, sous la soleil de Carnac ! avec ballades sur la plage en contrebas. dommage qu'il ait été un peu gâché par des relations un peu particulières avec les propriétaires(il s'agit en fait d'une SCI familiale, au sein de laquelle les informations circulent mal...ce qui conduit à des erreurs telles que l'encaissement de la caution(qui nous a d'ailleurs été demandée deux fois!) ou bien encore des doutes sur notre bonne fois...Tout est rentré dans l'ordre après multiples mails et conversations téléphoniques, mais cela laisse une impression désagréable!...que nous n'avons jusqu'alors jamais connue sur Homelidays."
