Brilliant location in the centre of the stunning Vermilion Coast

We really enjoyed our time in Collioure. The town has many good restaurants and bars but also plenty of places to buy good food and wine to eat at home. The Sunday and Wednesday markets are fantastic as well. We were able to do a lot of walking and swimming and the apartment is very comfortable, although the stairs are very steep to access it. There is plenty to cook with but sadly no Wifi which I think most people would expect these days. The hinterland is very pretty and is good for walking. Thanks Peter and Toni Sydney Australia

Overall nice stay, but...

...there is room for improvement. The appartment is beautifully located in the old town close to the harbour, which is the big plus. On the other hand, this location comes along with noise at night (music, work in restaurants, street cleaning machine comes every morning). Also the appartment looks as if it was renovated last time some 30-40 years ago (bathrooms) and dishes / tableware, pots,... in the kitchen also look this way. During a strong thunderstorm water came in through the roof. There were lizards in the kitchen. Overall, stay was nice, but I would not come again: Value for money did not meet my expectations.

Hôte très à l’écoute et disponible. Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la plage en plein cœur de Collioure avec belle terrasse, cependant, très déçue de la propreté de l’appartement ! Il Mérite également une rénovation !

Belle superficie, très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé avec une belle superficie, conforme aux attentes, accès à tous les commerces et aux plages. Très bien équipé, très bon accueil de la personne en charge de l’arrivée et du départ .Les escaliers font les mollets 🙂

Agréable appartement de caractère

Accueil très agréable et appartement plaisant avec belle terrasse. La rénovation des salle de bain serait un plus à cette location de qualité et bien située en plein centre ville dans une charmante rue piétonne.

Très beau séjour

Très beau séjour à Collioure dans un appartement idéalement situé, dans le centre historique et à deux pas des plages. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine bien équipée et les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter du beau temps.

Séjour agréable

Appartement spacieux et terrasse agréable, peu de vis à vis, bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le soir un peu bruyant mais nous sommes dans le centre et c'est vrai l'escalier est un peu raide 😊?. Un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande cette location. Le petit plus serait la wifi pour les ados et une solution pour le parking. Pas toujours facile de se garer dans Collioure.

Très agréable à vivre !

L'appartement est spacieux et idéalement situé : la plage à 2 pas, les restaurants, le marché 2 fois par semaine, les randonnées à proximité .... tout est réuni pour des vacances au Top ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse : un extérieur au coeur de Collioure dans une ancienne maison de pêcheur est un réel atout. C'est un peu bruyant pendant les fêtes de la St Vincent surtout pour la chambre côté rue mais ce n'est que 3 jours et il faut bien s'amuser ;-) ! Nous avons pu passer 2 semaines sans avoir besoin d'utiliser la voiture, le train est une alternative mais le mieux sont les bus de la région mis en place pour l'été à seulement 1euro par personne qui vous emmènent de Perpignan à Cerbère en passant par les villes et plages le long de la côte ... bref l'idéal ! Nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci beaucoup Virginie pour votre disponibilité et votre écoute.

Agréable, charmant et bien situé. Le gros plus : la terrasse avec le barbecue !

Appartement idéal pour des vacances à Collioure ! Nous séjournons régulièrement à Collioure depuis de très nombreuses années et cet appartement figure parmi les plus agréables. Il est idéalement placé en centre ville, il est relativement grand, très fonctionnel (2 sde, 2 WC...) mais charmant, et surtout il dispose d'une terrasse calme, sans vis-à-vis important, avec barbecue où tous les repas peuvent être pris. Nous en avons profité pleinement toute la semaine d'autant plus qu'il a fait très beau sur la période, voire même un peu trop chaud. Les ventilateurs, compris dans la location, ont été les bienvenus. Les contacts avec la propriétaire et la personne en charge de la remise des clés ont été très sympathiques. En résumé, nous le recommandons fortement. Anne et Jean-Michel

Appartement super agréable en plein centre

Pour nous, l'appartement était Parfait - Prix raisonnable, proche de la plage et de tous les Restaurant, spacieux avec une jolie Terrasse où nous avons passé toutes les soirées quand nos enfants dormaient et surtout un acceuil extremement chaleureux. Merci beaucoup pour tout. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Property was in the centre of Collioure, near Perpignan.

Apartment was the top 2 stories of an old 4 storey building, with a nice balcony to the rear. It was close to everything, restaurants, bars, beach etc., etc. The apartment was in good condition and very clean. One little drawback, the stairs was very steep, but not a major problem, might be with younger children. Overall very satisfied, a very enjoyable holiday.

appartement en plein coeur du village

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet appartement, admirablement situé en plein coeur du village, dans une rue très tranquille à une centaine de mètres du port et des plages. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Francès qui s'est révélée être à la fois fiable et accommodante. L'appartement est bien agencé (les chambres au deuxième étage, les parties communes - salon, salle à manger, terrasse - au troisième) et présente une très jolie architecture extérieure, typique de la région. Nous avons cependant été plutôt déçus par l'état des lieux: moquette tachée par endroits, sofa défoncé, salle de bain plutôt vieillotte, four micro-onde hors d'usage.
