Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus war sauber und funktional, mit 2 Klimageräten, einfach eigerichteter Küche. Parkmöglichkeit für PKW. Es steht in einem in sich geschlossenen Viertel (Consorzio) von Ferienhäusern, die ausschließlich von Italienern bewohnt sind. Die direkte Umgebung ist unattraktiv und z.B. zum Spazierengehen ungeeignet, kein Ortskern mit Geschäften o.ä., allerdings ist ein freier Strand in 10min Fußweg erreichbar, an dem es auch Duschen, eine kleine Bar und Toiletten gibt. Zum Supermarkt zu Fuß ca.10min, allerdings an der Haupstraße entlang ohne Geweg.

Une maison de vacance très agréable

Petite maison bien aménagée avec un extérieur très charmant. Ideal avec des ados qui peuvent aller à la plage à pied. Par contre le centre de Terracina, très joli, est à environ 10km (et pour les commerces il faut prendre la voiture). Pas de contact direct avec la propriétaire qui n'était pas disponible à notre arrivée mais bon accueil et réactivité du père et du frère (nous avons eu deux petits soucis, l'un avec l'installation électrique du four, l'autre avec la pompe du réseau d'eau, problèmes résolus rapidement). Nous avons apprécié la confiance des propriétaires qui n'ont pas vu d'inconvénients à ce qu'on parte très tôt le matin sans procéder à l'etat des lieux (nous avons fait au mieux pour rendre la maison comme il se doit)! Petite précision qui ne figure pas dans l'annonce il me semble : la maison est dans un lotissement fermé ("consorzio Nuova san Monica") par un portail avec badge. Cela nous a surpris à l'arrivée car le GPS nous à amené devant un portail fermé.

Casa bella, pochi servizi

Vacanza 10-24 settembre. La casa è estremamente pulita, ben accessoriata e vicina al mare. Ha il problema di non avere un tavolo all'interno per mangiare comodi, solo in veranda. Nessun negozio o zona di svago vicino, sempre necessità dell'auto. Abbiamo incontrato problemi con zanzare e mosche e purtroppo con il servizio di ritiro della spazzatura. Peccato perché la villa ha tante tante potenzialità ed è ben strutturata. Probabilmente in piena estate i servizi vicinali sono migliori, ma non si può raggiungere nessun paese a piedi.

Wunderschön

Das Häuschen ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück! Liebevoll mit vielen Details eingerichtet, das besondere Stockbett hat unseren Kindern große Freude bereitet, die drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz und die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen, die "Veranda" mit ihren großen Fenstern ist gemütlich, die beiden Klimaanlagen-Geräte kühlen das ganze Häuschen auf angenehme Weise. Vor jedem Fenster Mückennetze (wir fanden die Mücken waren nicht außergewöhnlich schlimm). Der Garten ist wunderschön, üppige Oleander wie auf dem Bild, saftiges Gras Dank automatischer Beregnungsanlage, frischer Basilikumtopf... Die Außendusche ist äußerst praktisch, außerdem gibt es ein zweites Bad mit Waschmaschine. Auch bei Hitze konnte man unter dem Vordach draußen gut essen, da gibt es auch noch einen Ventilator, also: An jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, auch bei uns gab es einen großen Obstkorb, Mozzarella di Bufala und selbstgemachten Wein als Begrüßung. Das Wohn-Consorzio ist angenehm ruhig, nur eine einzige Samstagnacht hörte man Musik vom Strand, sonst nur manchmal von manchen Nachbarn, das ist ja immer Glücksache. Die meisten Leute sind aber Familien mit Kindern. Der Strand ist sehr nahe (kleiner Umweg die Straße entlang) und auch in der Hauptsaison erstaunlich wenig überlaufen. In der zweiten Augustwoche gab es maximal zwei Schirmreihen, erst Mitte August kam eine dritte Reihe Schirme dazu. Es gibt direkt dort eine Bar mit Schirme-/Liegenverleih (12-15€/Tag) und daneben einen privaten Schirmeverleih (8€/Tag), alles sehr persönlich und sympathisch. Auch Tretbootfahren und Standup-Paddeln war für wenig Geld möglich. Der Strand ist aber frei, d.h. auch eigene Schirme und Liegen können aufgestellt werden. Das Wasser hat uns erstaunt, es war absolut sauber und teilweise türkisgrün. Die Kinder konnten riesige Sandburgen bauen. Terracina, S. Felice Circeo und Sabaudia boten herrliche Ausflüge. Ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Conad ist nicht weit. Man braucht dringend ein Auto, das Dank Überwachungskameras gut vor dem Tor geparkt werden kann. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt trotz (feuchter) Hitze! Danke an Maria-Elena und ihren Vater!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren netten Vermietern begrüßt. Das Ferienhaus ist eine grüne Oase direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es ist alles da was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Garten gepflegt. Sehr praktisch war eine zweite von außen zugängliche Dusche und eine zweite separate Toilette. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, Tomaten und selbstgemachten Wein. Wir bekamen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Lokalen. Bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Da unser Aufenthalt in die Vorsaison im Juni fiel, war der Strand relativ leer, abgesehen von den Wochenenden. Die Abreise lief total unkompliziert.. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, ein traumhafter Garten und eine große Terrasse, 2 Gehminuten zum Strand und in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, sehr nette Nachbarn und wenn man das italienische Strandleben liebt einfach perfekt. Wir waren nur unseren Hunden dort und auch die durften mit an den Strand. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, perfekt für Hunde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut zu erreichen und die schönsten Städte wie san Felice, Terracina und Sperlonga mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir lieben diese Region und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lieben Dank nochmal an die Vermieter. Wir wurden mit Obst und Gemüse aus der Region und Wein aus eigener Herstellung herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Pas mal mais améliorable

La maison était agréable et les propriétaires sympathiques mais, au prix de la location, il y a des améliorations à apporter. Par exemple, les sièges du salon étaient composés de chaises en bois pliantes, très inconfortables et d'un divant en osier qui l'était tout autant. Il n'y a pas 3 salles de bain comme écrit, mais une seule à l'intérieur et, à l'extérieur, un wc avec lavabo et, à part, une douche couverte donnant sur le jardin. A revoir aussi les prises électriques et les adaptateurs. L'eau de la mer est propre mais la plage libre beaucoup moins, n'étant pas entretenue.

Comodità e tranquillità

La proprietà è come da foto, molto comoda con ampio giardino e 2 bagni più doccia esterna. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi con stabilimento pulito ed economico. Mare pulito con acqua bassa e larga spiaggia. Proprietari gentilissimi. Adatto a bambini.

Super Lage, super nette Leute !!

Das Haus liegt ganz nähe am Meer, sehr, sauber, sehr ruhig, alles zu verfügung im Haus, danke an die Besitzer, die sehr sympatisch sind und immer zu verfügung stehen, kein Problem, für Schlüssel empfang oder zurück geben, das Haus liegt in einengeschlossenen Lage, also sehr gesichert. Restaurant sind 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar, ansonst mit Auto ca. 15 min in Terracina oder San Felice. Danke noch vielmals, wir werden wieder kommen !!

Close to beach

The property was as described and the outside space was a real bonus. The development is accessed via a secure gate which means that there is very little traffic. It is a very short walk to the beach which is very laid back and family friendly. On arrival there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, home made wine, coffee and nutella. Maria Elena was very easy to communicate with. We like to eat out as a family but unfortunately the property is only within walking distance of a couple of restaurants.

Struttura comoda e bellissima

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è tenuta splendidamente, è a pochi passi dal mare e la gentilissima proprietaria l'ha fornita di molto più dello stretto necessario.

Vacanza molto rilassante

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti la casa corrisponde a quanto indicato è molto confortevole fornita di tutto ciò che occorre per godere di un soggiorno rilassante, è posta all'interno di un consorzio tranquillo e sicuro, si trova molto vicina al mare e si hanno a disposizione due biciclette con le quali ci si può muovere tranquillamente rinunciando all'auto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi anche se non ce stato alcun bisogno di chiamarli poiché la casa è fornita di ogni confort. Molto utile la presenza di due bagni di cui uno esterno e di una doccia esterna. La spiaggia libera attrezzata consente di stare al mare senza problemi, mare pulito eravamo in quattro ma vi era a disposizione anche una ulteriore Camera da letto con tre posti. Vi sono molte zanzare ma l'uso di repellente garantisce la possibilità di usufruire del bel giardino presente. Consigliata per chi vuole tranquillità e comodità.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie

Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Eravamo due mamme con 3 bambini sotto i tre anni. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi e c’è un piccolo ma accessoriato stabilimento, molto economico (10 euro per due lettini e un ombrellone). Il giardino e l’aria condizionata ottimi. Purtroppo tantissime zanzare, ma abbiamo trovato lì pronto l’autan. Il mio neonato ha adorato l’amaca. Unici nei: - a parte la spiaggia serve la macchina per tutto. Il supermercato è vicino ma è su una strada senza marciapiede. - il comprensorio è un mix di case carine e di case un po’ arrangiate. Ma devo dire che le persone erano eccezionali. Mio figlio ha avuto un incidente e sono accorsi tutti. - la casa aveva qualche piccolo intoppo: la tazza del wc rotta e il bagno esterno con un difetto allo scarico. Quando lo abbiamo comunicato, ci è stato detto che già lo sapevano. Avrei preferito che ci avessero detto degli intoppi all’inizio del soggiorno e che li avessero sistemati strada facendo. Niente di grave comunque. I proprietari ci mettono il cuore e si vede. Sono molto discreti, pazienti e cordiali.

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza in tutto relax

Il villino corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione. La casa, pulita e confortevole, è fornita di tutto il necessario. Il giardino è molto curato. Il mare è vicinissimo e nei dintorni sono presenti gli esercizi commerciali necessari. I proprietari sono disponibili e discreti. Anche la zona dove è ubicato l'immobile è tranquilla e silenziosa. Unico neo: la spiaggia libera potrebbe essere più curata. Senza dubbio una situazione ottimale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax, contiamo di ripetere l'esperienza in futuro.

Ideale per una vacanza in totale relax

Il villino corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal mare, in buono stato e soprattutto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e discreti. Nei dintorni c'è abbondanza di esercizi commerciali. Unico neo: la spiaggia libera non particolarmente curata, ma nonostante ciò vale la pena trascorrerci le vacanze . Particolarmente adatto a famiglie con bambini. Senz'altro ci torneremo!

casa bellissima e confortevole

Siamo da poco tornati dalla vacanza, la casa è bellissima, curata nei dettagli, c'è tutto quanto occorre , pulita e ben arredata sia per quanto riguarda gli interni sia per quanto riguarda il giardino. E' perfettamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, proprietari disponibili e cortesi.E' veramente a due passi dal mare. Raramente si trova una casa vacanze come questa con un rapporto qualità /prezzo vantaggiosissimo.La consiglierei sicuramente

Haus im Meeresnähe

Haus war OK, Küche mini - was man auf dem Bild sieht, ist schon alles. Man kann sich gerade drehen. Matrazen sollten bei dem feuchten Klima mal getauscht werden. Ein Bad im Haus, Außendusche war gut. Das beste war die Terrasse und der überdachte Platz, man kann immer raussitzen ! Mücken gibt es wie überall in Italien sehr viele. Zum Meer etwa 10 Gehminuten. Strand ist nur am Meer vorne so sauber. Supermärktchen 5 Automin. Wirkliche Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in der Nähe nicht. Wer Strandurlaub liebt, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

The best place for the vacations with family
