Charming house of 110 m² in which you will feel at home. Functional and very well equipped, it is warm and very pleasant to live in. The veranda is especially bright.
Its terrace as well as its closed and sunny garden (southern exposure) will allow you to relax in peace.
Its location is ideal: the Genette district, the chic La Rochelle district, quiet and green, close to the beach, the old port and the parks, close to shops (grocery stores, butchers, caterers, bakery). ..). You will enjoy your vacation without worrying about your car.

Security deposit due and not cashed on arrival of 1000 euros, refundable on departure from tenants
