You like to have both hill and sea near the house? So Dolce Colle will be the right thing for you .Villa semi-detached on the hill of Montigiano in modern style, it equipped with all comfort. Is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a barbecue and a nice private swimming pool on rear (6mt per 3,5mt deep 1,20mt). When entering in the house you will find at the ground floor a big open space for living or dinner room, a separate kitchen, one room with double bed, one room with two single beds (it is possible transform in double), bathroom with shower. In front there is a large terrace, where you can sit at the table and spend long evenings of relax with romantic dinners in the calmness of the countryside. Upstairs you will find another room with double bed( we can add other single bed), private bathroom with shower and solarium in terrace. The house has a private parking, and is equipped with WiFi network. Welcome refreshments and snacks upon arrival.

A wonderful week in Italy

We had a very nice week in a great house, which was a bit remote, but had a great view of the sea. The landlords we're very friendly and accommodating.

Wundervolle Auszeit

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Anliegen und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Alles war exakt wie beschrieben. Am sehr sauberen und regelmäßig durch die Gastgeber gepflegten Pool ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen. Da der Garten nicht einsehbar ist, hatte man hier durchgehend eine angenehme Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Liegen, Auflagen und Luftmatratze machen es perfekt. Auf der tollen Terrasse kann man morgens super frühstücken und abends widerum den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Das Haus liegt wunderschön oben auf einem Berg, was den Weg dorthin mit dem Auto allerdings etwas abenteuerlich macht. Nach ein paar Tagen hat man sich aber daran gewöhnt;-). Wir empfehlen Dolce Colle uneingeschränkt weiter! Vielen Dank an Anna und ihre liebe Familie! Familie Krieger

gute Zeit in der Toskana

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um ans Meer zu fahren und wunderbare Städte in der Toskana zu besichtigen. Am Pool kann man sich ausruhen und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Der Weg den Hügel hoch ist sehr steil und kurvig, ohne ein Auto kann es sehr anstrengend sein.

Wonderful

We had a really pleasant and nice stay at Annas beautiful and cosy casa. Anna is such a lovely and kind human being. We felt really welcomed after as we arrived. The house is in the hills of Montigiano, a peaceful and serene neighborhood or little village. We had loads of fun at the pool. The beds were really comfy and everything worked perfectly. Just book this lovely domicil.

Très jolie maison

Maison confortable et spacieuse, bien située pour visiter la toscane. Cependant l'accès à la maison et un peu surprenant la route a été pas mal endommagée par le récent incendie

Très chouette maison et propriétaires très sympas.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Anna. L’accueil à été parfait: nous sommes arrivés en avance et nous cherchions un restaurant pas loin de la maison…le mari d’Anna nous a montré le chemin en conduisant son scooter et nous l’avons suivi en voiture jusqu’au restaurant. Merci aussi pour les petits cadeaux d’accueil. La maison est super, la piscine idyllique. Le seul bémol qui n’a rien à voir avec la maison est que la maison mitoyenne était louée par une famille avec des enfants bruyants et ils faisaient beaucoup de bruits à leur piscine ( mais aucun vis à vis entre les deux piscine).

Maison magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour super en Toscane ! la maison est fonctionnelle et comporte tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire. Il faut très calme... La dimension de la piscine est parfaite. Il y a un très chouette restaurant (il pitoro) et un bar en bas " de la rue". Les propriétaires sont là si vous avez besoin de quoique soit ! une route sinueuse pour y arriver mais après quelle vue magnifique :) Merci pour ce super séjour

Mega toll

Das Ferienhaus war gross, hell und ruhig. Uns hat die Schwiegertochter von Anna empfangen und hat die Haus gezeigt. Sie war sehr freundlich und emphatisch. Die Fenster waren mit Fliegengitter befestigt, die man auch auf machen konnte. Der Privatpool war ausreichend gross und meine zehnjährige Töchtern haben sich gegönnt. Ich und meine Familie bedanken uns nochmals von Anna und Svieta… Liebe Grüsse Zeynep

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, nah am Meer und zugleich ruhig auf den Hügeln der Toskana. Man kann von der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer sehen. Anna ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir kaum italienisch können und sie kein Englisch. Trotzdem hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très jolie maison située sur les hauteurs de Massarosa.

Nous avons été accueillis par Anna. C'est une Dame très charmante et attentionnée. Vraiment adorable et serviable. Au niveau de la maison, elle était très propre et pratique. Les moustiques adorent toute cette région de Toscane donc pensez à prendre l'anti-moustiques. La piscine un petit peu froide pour nous. Nous recommandons cette maison. Merci Anna pour votre accueil!!

Maison agréable et confortable, accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, vue sublime .

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, on est reçu avec gentillesse et spontanéité, la piscine à une vue imprenable sur les montagnes environnantes et 2 terrasses au choix selon que l'on veuille voir la mer au loin ou rester proche de la piscine face aux montagnes. Séjour idyllique !

Entspannung in den Hügeln der Toskana

Das Ferienhaus ist gut aufgeteilt und sehr groß. Der Pool ist toll und der Erholungsfaktor groß. Anna stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen gebracht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl hier.

We had a great vacation with 6 friends. Anna the host is a verry, verry nice person. She doesn’t speak a word English but we managed to understand each other with google translate. Everything is clean and the pool is lovelly!

Wunderschöne Doppelhaushälfte in den Bergen

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Es gibt Berge, das Meer, eine wunderschöne Landschaft, alles was man im zum Urlaub machen braucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich, rustikal eingerichtet und die Besitzerin Anna ist eine sehr liebe, herzliche Gastgeberin. Danke nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt und den leckeren Kuchen.

A dream!

Our stay at Anna’s home was absolutely amazing. Anna is the most gracious and kindest host out there - we cannot say enough nice things about her. The home is great for a family. The upstairs masters room is divine. The views and private location are just gorgeous. As our son was not used to the heat, we asked Anna for a fan and she brought it to us in only a few minutes. Guests should be aware that this home is most charming because of its location and so do not be alarmed by the drive with the winding roads - its part of the experience :) Also come prepared with mosquito repellant. Other than that, the private pool was perfect for our family. Thank you thank you thank you to Anna for the most perfect family holiday!

Posto tranquillo

Casa carina, a anche se un po' datata all'interno, ha spazio fuori su entrambi i lati della casa. Attenzione però poiché la piscina è posta alle spalle della casa pertanto quando sono le 16 il sole è già andato via dalla piscina. Al contrario la piscina prende il sole sin dal primo mattino. La sign. Anna è molto disponibile e cordiale anche se gli orari di check in e check out in realtà non sono flessibili. Ideale per relax totale e per famiglie con bambini
