very quiet, recent construction, underfloor heating, large terrace of 15m2, near the mountain and the sea,
in low season we rent minimum for three nights (€ 80 / night), one week (7 nights) at € 490, - and arrival is not necessarily on Saturday.
-the house can accommodate only TWO people and it is not equipped for children or babies !!-

Perfect holiday cottage for 2.

An ideal base for exploring the Côte d’Azur, in a secluded location. The accommodation is perfect for two people, the pool gets the sun nearly all day and there is a warm welcome from Ralf and Sibylle.

super semaine

jolie semaine , avec des propriétaires vraiment sympas, à l'écoute et très discrets. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et du calme environnant. Nous conseillons cette location.

Erholung pur für 2 Personen

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner und ruhig gelegener Umgebung. Liebevoll gestalteter Gartenbereich mit eigener Terasse, Elektrogrill und großem, gepflegtem Pool und schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft sowie die angrenzenden Ortschaften. Sehr angenehmene, diskrete und gastfreundliche Vermieter, die bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen.

Séjour détente

Lieu idéale pour se ressourcer dans un cadre très tranquille. Nous avons passés un séjour agréable avec une mention particulière pour la piscine et le barbecue. Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés et nous y retournerons.

magnifque logement au calme pour se reposer mais proche de tout (mer,randonnée dans l’arrière pays)

Très beau logement (pas de vis-à-vis ni de pollution sonore ou visuelle) pour se reposer au calme sur la terrasse ou bord de piscine après avoir profité des activités de bord de mer ou après une randonnée dans l’arrière pays. Proche des commerces ou restaurants des magnifiques petits villages des alentours. Et en plus les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa sans être envahissant. Définitivement une très très bonne adresse.... on y retournera assurément.
