Delightful property set in beautiful gardens with lovely hosts. Lovely to see the rabbits and red squirrels visiting the garden. Would highly recommend this peoperty.

A Wonderful Choice
This is a stunning rural property. The rental home has a private garden with pond and the views can be enjoyed from either inside or on the terrace. There is a spacious kitchen, living-dining room, bedroom and bath with shower, all well equipped and full of light. The owners live only steps away and are very discreet. We only wished we could have stayed longer, much longer. Thank you Jacky.

Charmante propriété à la campagne au calme. Nous avons profité d'une longere avec tout le confort. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et aidants en cas de problème. Les seuls bemols : les matelas et le reseau internet. Cadre très agréable.

Pour ceux qui désirent se détendre au calme , c'est l'endroit rêvé, la maisonnette est très agréable et entourée de fleurs. Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaitement entretenus et entourés de grands arbres et d'un ruisseau qui émet un chant qui se rajoute à ceux des oiseaux ; oh là ! je m'emballe , suis-je déjà nostalgique ? Non, simplement réaliste, comme moi vous avez souvent lu : "petit coin de paradis" dans les annonces, et avez été déçu , celui-ci en est vraiment un . Le propriétaire Jacky est comme ce lieu , calme et charmant , pourtant n'hésitez pas à lui demander conseil pour les visites et les bonnes adresses, il sera vous guider . N 'oubliez surtout pas de goûter son jus de pomme maison , c'est un régal, tout comme notre séjour.

Un havre de paix
Nous avons loué cette jolie maison pour fuir les nuisances citadines et profiter de 6 jours de repos. Nous n'avons pas été déçu, bien au contraire. Les propriétaires Annick et Jacky sont d'une gentillesse et discrétion absolue. Les 2 maisons sont si bien conçues pour que chacun puisse vivre à l'abri des regards des uns des autres. Ils entretiennent leur parc et leur demeure magnifiquement bien. Tout est beau, le jardin superbe, la propreté mieux que la perfection. Nous apportons nos ustensiles de cuisine mais tout est fourni et en quantité. Le bonheur de se réveiller face au jardin et au champ en arrière plan, sans vis-à-vis, est un pur privilège. De croiser écureuils, oiseaux en tout genre sifflant gaiement, la marre où grenouilles et carpes cohabitent avec facilité. Un séjour qui nous a rendu des plus heureux. On reviendra, c'est certain. C'est même une adresse confidentielle qu'on n'aimerait pas partager tant elle est unique, exceptionnelle. Une vraie vie au milieu des champs, au bout d'une impasse sans voisinage, sans nuisible. Une demeure extrêmement bien tenue, tant la location que la maison des propriétaires : sublimes. Nous n'étions pas là pour du tourisme, je ne peux que m'exprimer sur notre ressenti du vivre sur place, entre repos, lecture et bons petits plats dégustés sur une jolie terrasse très bien équipées également. Alors merci Annick et Jacky, merci de nos échanges, merci de nous avoir permis de vivre ces quelques jours de calme absolu. Au plaisir de revenir.

We had an amazing stay at the moulin d’epasse. The property and surroundings were much better than the photos online. The owners were very hospitable and had left us some refreshing local juices in the fridge. The level of care evident in the surrounding gardens was off the scale and the house was spotless. We truly felt at home and really lacked nothing. There was a lot to see locally and many places of historical interest in Chateaudun and Chartres. The locals In Brou were very friendly and supermarkets nearby. The pool was heavenly. We were really impressed with the owners who were helpful but very discreet. Basically an incredible stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Jacky and his wife were lovely hosts, the property was clean and very nice indeed, with a massive garden which included a pond and a lovely pool. We’d certainly recommend staying here. If you’re after a hyper modern holiday, this probably isn’t your best location, however, if you’re after a relaxing and quite family location than this is certainly an option worth considering.
