The villa consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms, an extra WC and a kitchen full equipped. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor and 3 of them are located on the top floor. On the ground floor there is a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool as well as to the garden. On the top floor there is a balcony with spectacular view to the horizon. There is a wooden roof on the top floor and all house is covered with marble floors. The bathrooms are covered with marble floors and walls. All bathrooms have a shower. A barbeque is available in the garden. It's a spacious, comfortable with sea view villa, ideal for relaxing holidays for families with children or friendly couples.
