Die Wohnung war im prinzip wie beschrieben. es hat alles funktioniert, war sauber und wir wurde sehr gut (auf Russisch) eingewiesen. Wenn man kein Russisch oder Italienisch Englisch spricht läuft es auf Englisch nur bedingt gut. Die umgebung von der Wohnung ist für Familien mit kleinen kindern nicht ideal. es sind ständig sirenen von Rettungswagen zu hören weil ein Krankenhaus in der nähe ist. Die Zufahrt führt durch eine enge Kellerartige Gasse die nicht gefährlich aber auch nicht schön ist. Zum parken findet man meistens auf der Straße kostenlose legale Parkplätze. Da die wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt muss ma um zu den wirklich schönen Stränden zu kommen etwas weiter weg fahren. Zusammengefasst Preis/leistungs verhältniss Stimmt. DIe Lage ist ok die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir sind zufrieden!

Ottimo alloggio
Sono stata in questo appartamento con i miei bimbi piccoli. Al di la che Genova è una città bellissima . Anche l'appartamento di Antonello ha dato il suo contributo per rendere questa vacanza semplicemente fantastica. Nella zona c'è tutto a pochi passi: panificio, supermercato, farmacia pizzeria d'asporto...e tanto altro. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort (stoviglie di ogni genere, sale , spezie , olio, zucchero , caffè...bilancia, pentole di ogni genere e dimensione, vari piccoli utili elettrodomenstici). E' piccolino e molto accogliente,anche ben riscaldato. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie mille ad Antonello e la moglie , sono persone splendide e molti disponibili.

Good location, very friendly host.
The host was very welcoming accommodating an early check-in. The place was perfectly situated for the purpose of the visit. It was clean and just as I expected it. However, there was an issue with the heating system I am sure it can be solved.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Genova mit großen Balkon
Eine schöne kleine Wohnung komplett mit allem was man so braucht. Der Vermieter Antonello war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserem Aufenthalt konnten wir das Auto durchaus stehen lassen. Der Strand und das Centrum war ruckzuck mit dem Nahverkehr zu erreichen auch die Verbindung zur Fähre war perfekt.Die Wohnung war im sauberen Zustand.Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Apartment is fine except we were only allowed to use one bedroom for three of us where it was advertised specifically a two bedroom apartment. Would be nice if owner can leave more information for guests about places to visit and restaurants to go to. Bus stop to city center is close by.

A pleasant stay
We stayed for two weeks. A charming appartment, clean and tidy. Antonello and his wife were nice and helpful. The only things we missed according to the information given us before the stay, were dishwasher, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. There`s one bathroom, with shower, tub and toilet (not separate toilet). There is one bedroom, and a single bed sofa in the dining room. The upper bunk bed made a creak sound whenever the person sleeping there moved. The environment was also a bit noisy, with an emergency hospital closeby, so there were ambulances passing by 24/7. Nevertheless, with earplugs we managed to sleep well at nights. Speaking of environment: San Martino is a living and charming part of Genova, a bit outside typical tourist spots. It may look like they are having trouble with trash handling, with quite a lot of garbage floating around in the streets. Despite these notes, we recommend a stay at Antonello`s. We also recommend the beach Boccadasse, a charming spot strait south from San Martino, at least if you are looking for free swimming in a quiet environment, and if you can withstand the pebble beach instead of sand. Walk down the narrow and quiet street Via Puggia, and you`ll be there in 30 min. Oh, and one last thing: Be prepared to pay a tourist tax by arrival, approximately 50 euro for four persons.

Great value for the money
I stayed for a month and felt very at home. Antonello and his wife were extremely hospitable and communicative. There was plenty of space, the AC worked well when needed, and I could quickly and easily go wherever I needed around Genoa and Liguria. Thank you!!

quality stay
We spent a wonderful week in Genoa. Thanks for Antonello and his wife rented their place for our trip. Our family has the mots confort in your place. We felt like home and had all the necessary things needed during our stay. Antonello even helped us after we left to find back things which we forgot. Thanks again. The place was such convenient. but to the center were just 2 minutes away and another 10 minutes to the center of Genoa. This city is so big and many historic places to discover. Our two young kids liked it too as they found playgrounds everywhere even in the center. The coast Nevil was just 20 minutes ride and very pretty place to go. We would definately plan to come back again. Thanks again Antonello.

Awesome!!!!
Il nostro arrivo è stato deliziato dalla presenza della moglie del proprietario Natasha che ci ha accompagnati all'appartamento che è appena fuori dal centro e servitissimo dai mezzi pubblici, appena sotto casa. La casa è proprio come nelle foto, pulitissima, silenziosa, con condizionatore e wifi e tutte le comodità del caso che la gentile Natasha ci ha illustrato nel dettaglio, tra cui tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, come a casa propria. L'ultimo giorno prima della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare la valigie in casa e andarle a riprendere nel pomeriggio in modo da poter fare un'ultima visita a Genova più comodamente. Se dovessi tornare a Genova, sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo appartamento!!!GRAZIE DI TUTTO!
