This comfortable two-level apartment with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the 1st floor. The first level (78 square metres) includes the living room with an extendable sofa for 2 persons, table and chairs as well as the kitchen equipped with electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer and coffeemaker. On this level there are a second bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, highboard with mirror, and TV. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and a wash basin with a large mirror.
From the living room and the bedroom you have access to the large sheltered veranda where you have a lovely view of the swimming pool and the green scenery. In the gallery on the upper level (attic) there is another little seating area (sofa for two persons), a bedroom with double bed or two single beds and a second bathroom. All rooms are equipped with TV and air-conditioning and heating.Ideally located

Why they chose this property
We are three long time friends and business partners, one a 30 year tour operator and two architects, who came to this area in Egialia, Peloponnese due to its various natural beauties such as its wonderful landscapes and picturesque beaches.
Furthermore, this area is centrally located for easy access to the most important archeological sites, such as Olympia, Delphi, Corinth, Mycaene, Epidaurus, and many more.
This area also has another wonderful natural attraction which is the canyon of Vouraikos, which connects Diakofto, about 25km from us, to the mountain village of Kalavryta by means of cog train. Kalavryta is an ideal location to visit in the summer as well as the winter, and it has a renowned ski center that attracts numerous skiers from November until March.
We chose this wonderful and attractive area which remains generally unknown to most to share with discerning travelers who choose to avoid mass tourism.
