 The villa is located in Olbia (SS) precisely in the site named Murta Maria. The “Costa Smeralda” airport is 7kms far and the seaport is only 8kms. It is located in an extremely quiet position, near to the village center and at 1,5 km from the nearest beach which is Porto Istana (a bus is leaving every 30 minutes). Close to it there are 2 supermarkets, clothes and handycraft shops, newsagents’, ice-cream shops. Greengrocer’s and many other shops. Then there are also at least 4 bars/ restaurants and pizzerias. The villa is a three rooms house with 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower and heated towel rails. There’s a large dining room with a sofa bed of 1 ½ ; a total surface of 70 sq. metres ca. including an external veranda, apart from others 150 sq. metres of a private garden/courtyard, which is gated and equipped with an automatic watering system. There is one open car park and the villa is equipped with a tank to be used as water reserve in case of water supply interruption. External shower with cold water. Fixed brickwork barbecue.

 The home is entirely furnished including the following commodities: complete kitchen with dishes, gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, electrical oven, freezer, microwave, 2 TVs (one with DVD player) and digital terrestrial decoder. It has the washing machine, iron and ironing board; hair dryer, bed for kids up to 2 years old, air conditioning in each room, mosquito net, clothesline both inside and in the garden.

Alles Prima!
Der Wohnungsbesitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich vor, während und auch nach der Anmietung der Wohnung. Vor Anreise erhält man eine detaillierte Beschreibung mit allen erforderlichen Infos. Die Wohnung ist sauber und voll ausgestattet für eine Selbstversorgung sowie inklusive W-Lan, Klimaanlage, kostenlosem (!) Espresso, eigenem Parkplatz usw. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Angelo für seine fürsorgliche Kommunikation.

Ringrazio di cuore l'host Angelo Villa per l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità con cui ci ha accolto!La casa è perfetta e molto pulita,ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a ns agio e ci siamo anche un po' affezionati! Arredata con gusto e comprensiva praticamente di tutto,posizione perfetta vicina a supermercati bar ristoranti.Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema risolto immediatamente dal sig.Angelo,mai incontrato persona così premurosa anche e soprattutto nei confronti di mio figlio per cui consiglio vivamente la sua splendida casa dove mi auguro di tornare l'anno prossimo! Grazie per non aver deluso le ns aspettative, è stata una vacanza che difficilmente dimenticheremo .prenotate prima possibile perché non solo troverete dei posti incredibili ma la fortuna di incontrare una persona veramente speciale!

Was soll ich schreiben ? Wer ein sehr schönes , ruhiges und sauberes, vollausgestattetes Ferienhaus, in einer sehr guten Lage sucht , muss bei Angelo buchen. Vom Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Kochtöpfe usw. alles da und Ordentlich. Garten,Terrasse und Aussendusche ein Traum. Bin halber Sarde und Reise seit meiner Kindheit nach Sardienien und habe schon einiges gesehen. Bei Angelo Villa gibts nichts zu meckern. Buchen und ne schöne Zeit auf Sardienien wünsche ich jedem. Sardienien hat rundum die Insel wunderschöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten, das gilt auch für Murta Maria. Lieber Angelo , Familie Muscas sagt Dankeschön und bis bald! Soviel ist sicher 😀

Wir durften für eine Woche dieses wunderbare Bungalow kennenlernen und es war vom ersten Augenblick großartig. Man wird erwartet von einem top gepflegten Garten mit überdachter Terrasse und Grill. Innen bietet die Wohnung eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, eine Waschmaschine im Bad und vieles mehr. Zu den Stränden und Orten braucht man zwar das Auto, dafür wohnt man sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie mehrere Pizzerien sind dennoch fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Angelo klappte ohne Probleme und war immer sehr nett.

La villetta si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo. La casa è conforme alla descrizione e dotata di tutti i confort. La posizione è buona e in 20 minuti si arriva a tutte le spiagge comprese tra Olbia e San Teodoro. Il sig.Angelo è stato molto disponibile e ci ha facilitato il soggiorno il più possibile. Nichts zu bemängeln. Costa Smeralda, was für ein Spektakel!!!
Nein, ich übertreibe nicht!! Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht worden, denn es ist nicht das erste mal das wir eine Wohnung mieten für unsern Sommerurlaub und es gab immer etwas dass nicht so war wie beschrieben. Diesmal bis ins Detail hat alles gepasst. Das Haus haben wir sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich vorgefunden. Der Herr Villa erwiess sich als sehr zuvorkommend ,höfflich und hilfsbereit ,so dass wir über den kompletten Urlaub ein gutes Gefühl hatten. Der Ort, Murta Maria, befindet sich in eine sehr gute Lage, nah an den vielen schönen Buchten und Strände. Im Ort selber befindet sich alles was man braucht: Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, Restaurant, Eisdielen etc.. Man ist auch schnell in Olbia und in den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region, wo man auf jeden Fall hin sollte. Also, insgesamt verdiente 5 Sterne und bestimmt " Bis bald"

Das Bungalow war voll Ausgestattet, innen wie aussen sehr gepflegt. Angelo, der Vermieter hat uns alle möglichen Infos zugeschickt( Einkaufen, Bancomat, Strände, Strasseninfos,...) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Bungalow nur weiter empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo war sehr angenehm und er hat sich sehr bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sardegna 2019 vacanze da sogno
Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbe piccole e abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni eccezionali a Murta Maria. La villetta di Angelo corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione che abbiamo trovato sul sito. Perfettamente attrezzata, molto accogliente,pulitissima e spaziosa. Il giardino e la veranda molto curati e ottimi per passare delle serate tranquille oppure cenare al esterno della casa. La zona è molto tranquilla e la posizione e ideale perché in pochi minuti si raggiungono supermercato, ristoranti, bar, gelateria e spiaggie da sogno. Il proprietario, Angelo, e stato più che disponibile, premuroso, professionale e gentilissimo con noi e le nostre bimbe. Insomma, e stata la prima volta ma di sicuro non l’ultima! Speriamo di cuore di poter tornare prestissimo a murta maria. Grazie Angelo che hai reso le nostre vacanze indimenticabili!

Zum zweiten Mal begeistert
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) waren bereits 2015 hier und waren damals schon begeistert. (sh. unsere Bewertung von 2015). Deshalb war es für uns klar, nochmal hierher zu kommen! Das Haus ist unverändert in sehr gutem Zustand und hat alles was man sich für den Urlaub wünscht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war wieder herzlich und jederzeit möglich. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen! Murta Maria ist etwas gewachsen: Inzwischen gibt es außer den Bars und Restaurants auch eine Eisdiele die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann! Die Strände sind nach wie vor wunderschön. Das Highlight war dieses Jahr unser Ausflug mit dem Boot zu den Höhlen und Stränden bei Cala Gonone und die Fahrt ins Hinterland nach Aggius. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und werden wieder einmal nach Sardinien reisen. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft, Angelo!

TUTTO PERFETTO!!
Tutto perfetto!! La casa è proprio come descritta da Angelo, comoda, pulita, accessoriata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, con il barbecue all'esterno e un bel giardino, ha tutto quello che serve per godersi una vacanza. Cosa molto importante è in una posizione strategica per visitare tante spiagge vicine che sono meravigliose. A piedi raggiungi la strada principale dove puoi fare la spesa, mangiarti un gelato o mangiare in un bel ristorante (ce ne sono parecchi). Angelo è stato molto premuroso e attento anche quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata. Risolto in pochissimo tempo. Consiglio vivamente la casa e la professionalità del proprietario.

veramente una vacanza che ci ha ricaricati, la casa è stata corrispondente alle aspettative, comoda a tutti i servizi e a tantissime spiagge ed allo stesso tempo situata in un posto tranquillo e con un bel giardino. L'interno confortevole e spazioso, fornita di tutti elettrodomestici e per me molto importante i letti molto comodi. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

Villetta meravigliosa dotata di ogni comfort
La villetta è in posizione tranquilla nella frazione di Murta Maria ed a pochissima distanza da spiagge meravigliose e non eccessivamente frequentate in alta stagione. Accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, completamente attrezzata sia all'interno che all'esterno con possibilità di cenare nel patio e di utilizzare il barbecue. Ci ritorneremo. Molto tranquilla e ben posizionata
Tranquilla, ben posizionata, confortevole e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di giugno 2016 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La veranda è deliziosa per cenare in tutta pace e tranquillità e il giardino per noi che abbiamo due bambini e un cane è stato l'ideale per aggiungere quel qualcosa in più alla vacanza. Il supermercato è comodissimo. Obbligatorio l'uso della macchina perché la spiaggia più vicina dista due km, la posizione ottima della casa comunque fa si che alcune delle spiagge più incantevoli della sardegna distino veramente pochi minuti.

Accogliente, ben posizionata e molto funzionale
La villetta è stato un punto di appoggio perfetto per la nostra prima vacanza in Sardegna. A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di Olbia ma abbastanza lontana da non sentirne i rumori, si raggiunge facilmente e offre subito una sensazione di grande comfort. Sia il giardino che gli interni sono infatti molto curati e accoglienti e per noi che abbiamo due bimbe piccole sono spazi preziosi che danno valore aggiunto alla vacanza. E' molto accessoriata e le soluzioni di arredamento organizzano bene lo spazio a disposizione. E' veramente comoda alle spiagge più note ma anche per visitare la Costa Smeralda e l'entroterra. Supermercato, gelateria, gastronomie a portata di passeggiata. Angelo, il proprietario, è sinceramente interessato che il soggiorno sia perfetto ed è sempre a disposizione. Non poteva andarci meglio!

Tolles Haus und super Urlaub!
Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (7 und 5 Jahre alt) und waren zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien. Die Reisezeit Anfang September war ideal, da die Hauptsaison langsam zu Ende geht, aber das Wetter trotzdem noch sehr gut war. Nach langem Suchen haben wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden und es nicht bereut! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld hat auf Englisch und Italienisch gut funktioniert (Google hat uns beim übersetzen geholfen). :-) Das Haus liegt sehr günstig: man ist nur ca. 15 Minuten von Olbia und dem Fährhafen entfernt. In Murta Maria ist alles wichtige vorhanden: Ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, einige Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auch ein Take-Away-Restaurant mit guter Auswahl ist vorhanden. Eine Apotheke ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt ist ein riesiges Shoppingcenter, wo man wirklich alles bekommt und notfalls auch mal einen Regentag verbringen kann. Für einen abendlichen Bummel ist in Murta Maria allerdings zu wenig geboten. Hier empfehlen wir, die paar Kilometer nach Olbia zu fahren, wo man eine tolle Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften vorfindet. Die wunderschönen Strände zwischen Golfo Aranci und San Teodoro sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Unser Lieblingsstrand ist allerdings ganz in der Nähe und offensichtlich ein Geheimtipp, da es nie besonders voll war: "Marina Maria" ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und hat uns besser gefallen als Porto Istana der ebenfalls sehr nahe liegt. Am Strand Marina Maria haben wir auch die schönsten Muscheln gefunden und sogar einen echten Seestern entdeckt! Das Parken ist kostenlos (leider ist das an anderen Stränden sehr teuer) und eine Strandbar ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Murta Maria und ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Auch der Garten und die Terrasse sind wirklich toll und am Grill haben wir einige Male unser Abendessen zubereitet. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super: Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und sogar ein Geschirrspüler! Auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und alles ist in gutem Zustand. Es sind auch zwei Fernseher vorhanden, die allerdings nur italienische Sender empfangen können. Das einzige was wir noch gerne gehabt hätten ist ein Internetanachluss bzw. Wi-Fi. Ansonsten ist aber wirklich alles toll! Sardinien ist eine Reise wert und dieses Haus eine klare Empfehlung!

davvero molto bella!
La posizione della casa è realmente molto comoda, volendo si può arrivare a piedi al supermercato più vicino; gli spazi interni alla casa sono ben divisi ed è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: dal microonde all'asciuga capelli. Da non trascurare inoltre è la comodità del materasso...non è così scontato in una casa per le vacanze. Molto comodo il servizio di pulizia della casa alla partenza e all'arrivo. Vicinissima alla Costa Smeralda, a 15 minuti da Cala Brandichi, perfetto!

SPLENDIDA VACANZA IN SARDEGNA IN QUESTA VILLETTA COMODISSIMA AGLI IMBARCHI E A TANTE SPIAGGE FANTASTICHE!DOTATA DI TUTTI I CONFORT LA CASA E' PROVVISTA DI ZANZARIERE, CLIMATIZZATORE, TV, ASCIUGACAPELLI, LAVATRICE, FORNO NORMALE E MICROONDE,LAVASTOVIGLIE; ULTRA COMODA ANCHE LA VERANDA PER PRANZARE ALL'APERTO LA DOCCIA ALL'ESTERNO E IL BARBEQUE CHE SONO UN VALORE AGGIUNTO NON DI POCO CONTO! IL COMPLESSO RESIDENZIALE E' TRANQUILLO E BEN SERVITO DA UN VICINO SUPERMERCATO, ROSTICCERIA, BAR, RISTORANTE E PIZZERIA.
