La joupa will immerse you in a very pleasant calm a charming bungalow with a large terrace of 42m2 with magnificent sea view
a relaxation area composed of a SPA, an outdoor shower, a solarium. For comfort both rooms are air-conditioned
when you arrive you will be offered a welcome cocktail and your first tropical breakfast.
the joupa is located on the heights of a small agricultural hamlet and fisherman between Ste rose and Deshaies 5 km from deshaies in the north low land. This region is wilder, less touristy than the big land, but it is more authentic

Que du bonheur
Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans le logement Oiseaux du Paradis (avec le jacuzzi ) le logement est conforme à la description, bien entretenu et joliment décoré. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi. Et quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec le soleil et de pouvoir admirer un si joli décor environnant, avec les colibris , divers oiseaux ... Des propriétaires aux petits soins, vraiment charmants. Et un "plus" pour les petits plats de la Mémé, une belle découverte de la cuisine antillaise grâce à cette gentille cuisinière. Trop dur de revenir à la vie au quotidien.....

Lovely holidays
Lovely decorated house in a very nice garden, absolutely clean. The owner are very kind and try to help you whenever you have questions. However, keep in mind that communication in English is difficult, but even without proper knowledge of the French language it is easy to get along. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even for everyday cooking. The only little caveat: The guests of the other 2 houses can easily look onto the living and spa area while passing to/from their houses. However, we did not feel disturbed by that. Good WIFI. You get fresh towels and linen once a week. Family with 6 year old child from Germany.

tout est mieux que ce qu on imaginait...le gite, l accueil, le sejour..merci a Sullyanise et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux et je conseille de reserver si possible le gite avec spa..un delice..tout était parfait !

fantastique!!!
la location est telle qu'elle est présentée sur le site, vue magnifique, gîtes tres colorés entourés de fleurs, de colibris, propreté impeccable,la propriétaire adorable. Nous avons apprécié le repas de "mémé" le 31 décembre, langouste bien sûr!!!Merci Sulyanise pour ton acceuil, ton apéro et ta gentillesse! Un plus, le fait d'être un peu en hauteur:pas de moustique!!! Un moins, un peu isolé, voiture obligatoire (nous avons souffert de la grève des stations service...)

Excellent séjour
Sulyanise et Philippe nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. La vue est superbe, le paradis. C'est un endroit très reposant et apaisant. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le bungalow est très bien conçu et joliment décoré. Ne pas s'attacher à l'absence de climatisation, elle ne serait d'aucune utilité. Un véhicule est nécessaire car la première plage est à quelques kilomètres.

un séjour parfait
Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bungalow très bien equipé et joliment décoré. Belle vue, et calme assuré, avec pour seuls compagnons la nature, les oiseaux, les poules, les crapauds et le chant des grenouilles dès la tombée de la nuit. La piscine de taille idéale permet de se rafraichir après une bonne journée de visite. Et bien sur les propriétaires qui nous laisseront un souvenir impérissable...qui nous ont fait partagé leur amour et leur connaissance de l'île papillon...Encore merci à eux pour toutes ces anecdotes et pour nous avoir fait gouter aux saveurs guadeloupéennes...

Séjour merveilleux !!
Tout est parfait , l'accueil , le lieu (bien situé pour visiter ) et biensûr le bungalow, exactement comme sur les photos , nous sommes ravis, je conseille + + + !!
