Independent villa with panoramic view over Castelsardo sea in the north of Sardinia. Recent construction, ideally located and very peaceful, only a few minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Lu Bagnu (Castelsardo), all comforts, real countryside, private pool and tennis court. The house is composed of living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. Outside there is a veranda with barbecue where it is possible to have dinner in the open air. In the garden there is a private swimming pool with outstanding view and private car parking. tennis court shared with others 4 houses.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa ! Les photos sont vraiment représentatives de la maison. La maison est vraiment à la campagne avec le calme absolu et une superbe vue sur Castelsardo. Michel est vraiment très sympathique et répond très vite aux messages. Il nous a également laissé notre intimité. Néanmoins, la salle de bain mériterait quelques réparation, nous mettons un 4 étoiles à cause de ça, si non, se serait un 5 étoiles.

Le paradis

On a passé un séjour merveilleux dans un endroit calme et paradisiaque bien que tout près des axes routiers et des plages. La maison est située en pleine montagne avec une vue à couper le souffle. La piscine est au pied de la terrasse et très ensoleillée. Que du bonheur avec en plus un propriétaire très sympa et à l écoute de ses résidents. Quelques légères améliorations pourraient rendre le séjour encore plus inoubliable (vaisselle plus nombreuse, douche plus fonctionnelle), mais vraiment, ça ne gêne en rien . Preis Leistung passt gar nicht

Das Anwesen ist in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage mit einer schönen Aussicht. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in ca. 4 km Entfernung in Tergu. Das WiFi wurde als portables Modem zur Verfügung gestellt, man konnte damit auch unterwegs das WLAN nutzen. Aber leider gab es auch nicht so gute Eindrücke: Bei der Ankunft war der Pool so verschmutzt, dass man ihn 3 Tage nicht nutzen konnte. Der Garten war mit 5000 m² angegeben, jedoch für 5 Häuser. Der unsrige war mit einer defekten Schaukel voll gestellt, alles andere war mit Büschen und Sträucher zu gewachsen,(keine weiteren Liegeflächen außer der Terrasse vorhanden). Nach 5 Tagen wurde endlich ein neues Schloss eingebaut, da seit der Ankunft ein abgebrochener Schlüssel im Zylinder steckte und das Haus nicht abschließbar war. Eine Mikrowelle und einen Toaster suchten wir vergebens. Der Backofen war nicht festgeschraubt, sodaß er beim Öffnen aus dem Korpus kippte. Die zur Verfügung gestellte Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), funktionierte nur sehr sporadisch. Für einen Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen ist das Geschirr und die Anzahl der Gläser absolut unzureichend. Weiterhin gab es nur 2 gepolsterte Stühle im Haus und 3 Metallstühle ohne Polster/Kissen auf der Terrasse. Die Couch, die im Wohnzimmer stand, konnte man eigentlich nur zur Ablage verwenden. Insgesamt war das Mobiliar ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Bad: Die Toilettenschüssel hatte einen sehr unansehnlichen Riss mit kleinem Loch, in dem sich Fäkalschmutz befand. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht immer und die Toilettenbürste wurde auch schon sehr lange nicht mehr ausgetauscht. Die Dusche war nicht nur ziemlich eng, auch die Schiebetüren waren nur oben eingehangen und konnten nur unzureichend geschlossen werden, sodaß auch einiges an Wasser aus der Dusche lief. Pro Person wurden 1 großes und ein kleines Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas dürftig erscheint. Für das französische Bett gab es kein passendes Bettlaken (zu klein). Alles in Allem waren wir für den gezahlten Preis enttäuscht

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Diese Wohnung liegt wunderschön etwas außerhalb. Wer Ruhe für sich und seine Familie sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der nächsten Ortschaft, wo man alles findet, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr persönlich. Er hat uns jede Menge hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Endroit calme, propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Piscine et tennis à disposition. Seulement 4 villas dans ce village. Un très bel endroit une très belle adresse pour des vacances en famille au calme. Seul côté négatif : manque de vaisselle, literie"

"Nous avons passé un séjo...

"Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. L''endroit est idyllique, loin du bruit, dans la campagne sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et Castelsardo. Nous avions surnommé l''endroit "le bout du monde". Seulement 4 petites villas sont dans le village avec piscine très agréable, spacieuse et très accessible. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Michele et sa compagne et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage. Bon voyage."
