Nice house near the beach
We liked the house for our 10 day stay with small children. They enjoyed the garden and their room. The location is close to the beach and a 15/20 minute walk to the centre is St. Jean de Luz.

Maison confortable avec jardin
La maison est très bien équipée pour une famille. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien. Les chambres sont petites mais cosy. Le coin jardin avec barbecue est très agréable et l’emplacement est idéal. Proche du centre et de la plage. Très proche de l’Espagne, nous avons fait de magnifiques excursions. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Charmante petite maison. Un peu déroutante les premiers instants, mais on on s'y sent rapidement très très bien. Un joli cocon, très bien équipé (rien ne manque). Assez proche des plages et du centre ville, même à pied, mais assez à l'écart pour y être totalement au calme. Les échanges avec l'Hôte sont fluides et très sympathiques.

Bon séjour très calme télé un peu petite et canapé et fauteuil pas très confortable mais ce n’est que notre avis ont a pas pu profiter des extérieurs pour un un mois d’octobre trop de moustiques mais ça 🤔sinon très belle petite maison et pas très loin de la mer et des commerces

petite maison ideale pour 4 personnes, equipement complet et de qualite avec un emplacement pour la voiture ! Plage et centre ville a 10 minutes a pied avec quelques montees. La chambre des enfants manque toutefois de rangement pour un sejour de 3 semaines. La deco pourrait etre rajeunie. Quel bonheur de petit dejeuner/dejeuner/diner a l'exterieur!

Parfait ! La maison correspondait tout à fait à notre besoin et même au-delà !
Petite maison charmante, dans un quartier très calme et prisé, à l'entrée immédiate de St Jean de Luz, ce qui permet un accès facile et, cependant, en dehors du bouillonnement de la ville. Propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs. Je recommande !

Jolie petite maison idéalement située.
Location idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes sans enfants en bas age. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour : emplacement calme mais à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage, location fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire, grands axes proches pour accéder rapidement au reste du littoral, aux montagnes et à l'Espagne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour.

Fantastic holiday
Lovely little house. Superb location and excellent hosts. They sorted a problem when the washing machine broke speedily and were fantastic at communicating from the time of booking and throughout the trip. Saint Jean de luz centre is an easy walk and lovely. There is also loads to do in the area. We went with a family of elder teens and they loved it. Would highly recommend.

Petite location au calme à Saint-Jean de Luz
Idéalement située dans un quartier calme à 10 mn à pied du centre de Saint-Jean de Luz, la location permet de se passer de son véhicule que l'on pourra laisser dans une place (un petit peu petite) en contrebas au pied de la maison pour profiter pleibement de la ville, de son front de mer, de son centre historique, de son marché (mardi & vendredi), de ses animations et de ses plages. Sa localisation, déxaxé de la voie Biaritz-Henday, permet cependant de rejoindre rapidement tout les grands axes vers les destinations à visiter les plus proches (Urrugne, Hendaye et Saint Sébastien ou bien Ciboure, Bidart, Guéthary, Biaritz, Bayonne... ) ainsi que vers les plages de surf et vers les commodités du quotidiens (Leclerc, Carrefour à 5mn). Décoré avec goût, ces petits espaces (pour 6 personnes maximum, mieux pour 4 personnes adultes) s'organise sur trois niveaux optimisés et très fonctionnels (télé + Wifi pour les ados) déservis par des escaliers étroits de quelques marches chacun. La douche et la salle d'eau sont un peu petite mais très exploitable. L'équipement de la cuisine ne manque de rien. Située un demi niveau au dessus de la salle de séjour, cette dernière impose une petite organisation pour éviter les va-et viens dans l'escalier. (Rien de rédibitoir, c'est même ce qui fait son charme). Un petit jardin et une terrasse ombragée par un store complète l'équipement en extérieur (salon de jardin, chiliennes , barbecue, etendage pour les combis, ...). Par très forte chaleurs, les 2 chambres du dernier étages pourraient devenir un peu chaude (ventilateurs prévus à cet effet). Pour information les poubelles sont le lundi, mecredi et vendredi. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et disponibles en cas de besoin Les clefs se récupère et se dépose via un boîtier sécuriser, très utile aussi en cours de séjours pour des ados potentiellement adeptes de "changement de programme impromptu". Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour et comptons bien y revenir prochainement.
