Wonderfull villa , 160M2. located on Moliets golf, 800M from the sandy beach de "Chenes lièges".All renew during winter 2016. heated private pool. Forest or gol view.
Very quite.It is perfect fot 8 (4 beroom) but is alowed fot 10 ( a double bed in the mezzanine); The living room is 70M2.There are 3 bathroom and 4 WC.
2/3 Cars can be parked.There are 3 bikes included in the price of the villa, nice to go to beach!

Maison très agréable et bien agencée

Maison agréable à vivre et bien située, une petite remarque au niveau des accessoires pour la cuisine .. il serait bien utile d’en renouveler qqn.... même si le frigo était nouveau d’une semaine .. il n’a pas été nettoyé entre les 2 réservations et on a du s’y coller :-( pour le reste, tout était très bien !

Nice house

Difficult to communicate with the local agents and disappointed to find house rather ‚empty‘ (no gas for BBQ, no kitchen towels, toilet paper, etc.). Otherwise nice house in very nice & calm location.

Geduldet - jedoch nicht willkommen!

Nachdem wir an Ostern bereits in Moliets-et-Maa in einer anderen Villa einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbrachten, wollten wir an Pfingsten unbedingt zurückkehren. Leider waren alle Villen bei einem anderen Anbieter bereits gebucht und so entschieden wir uns für "La Villa Turquoise". Bereits im Vorfeld gab es Probleme, da die Vermieterin nicht wusste, wie ihr Objekt bei "Fewo direkt" beschrieben wurde. 24 Stunden vor Anreise sollten wir uns mit "Christoph" in Verbindung setzen, welcher am Folgetag das Haus aufschließen würde. Dasselbe sollten wir eine Stunde vor Anreise wiederholen. Artig haben wir wiederholt angerufen, um dann vor dem verschlossenen Objekt zu stehen. Sinn??Irgendwie hatten wir nicht das Gefühl erwartet zu werden. Willkommen waren wir sicherlich nicht! Der Eingangsbereich sah verwildert aus und sämtliche Jalousien waren geschlossen. Nach 45 Minuten habe ich dann wiederholt angerufen, um dann etwas später Einlass zu bekommen. Es ist eine schöne, mit viel Geschmack und Sinn fürs Detail eingerichtete Villa. Allerdings geht das alles unter, wenn man die Dinge nicht pflegt! Es war so schmutzig, dass ich wieder abreisen wollte. So war es zum Beispiel auch nicht möglich, sauberes Bettzeug zu finden. Wir waren zwei Personen und die Villa könnte 10 Personen beherbergen. Da hätte man doch eine Decke finden müssen. Wir haben uns dann mit Christoph in Verbindung gesetzt, der dann wieder "seine Frau" schickte, die allerdings völlig überfordert war. Danach alarmierte sie Christoph, der dann mit der Putzfrau kam. Wenn wir nicht so müde gewesen wären, hätte uns das Ganze vielleicht amüsiert. Sie erzählte uns, dass sie drei Sätze auf deutsch könne. Putzen war nicht dabei. Sie entschuldigte sich, war unangenehm devot, küsste völlig unerwartet meinen Mann - der noch heute ein Trauma davon hat :) . Es war klar, dass dies nichts wird. Ich habe dann selbst die Ärmel hochgekrempelt - nach einer Anreise von 12 Stunden - und die Villa so hergerichtet, dass wir dort Zeit verbringen konnten. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes sollten wir den Schlüssel einfach im Safe deponieren. Wir haben 1000 € Kaution gezahlt, ich habe die 4-seitige Inventarliste ausgedruckt und keinen hat es interessiert. Die Kaution wurde am letztmöglichen Tag zurücküberwiesen. Über " La Villa Turquoise" gäbe es noch einiges zu berichten, aber die Rückmeldung hier ist "leider" begrenzt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder nach Moliets-et-Maa zurückkehren, der Strand, das Meer ist einzigartig, aber ...

Ideal für 8 Personen

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen, nahe den Golfplätzen in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, der Außenbereich mit Pool und Liegen lud zum Verweilen ein, Die "Chillout-Lounge" lud zum Entspannen im Schatten ein. Der große Tisch am Pool bot für 8 Personen ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne oder ein Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang, sehr schön. Der Strand von Messange ist traumhaft. Boulangerie und U-Express sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen. Für 8 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich ein abgetrennter Bereich mit Schlafzimmer, Dusche und Toilette. Über "den Flur" erreicht man ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, WC und Dusche. Ideal für eine Familie. In dem Flur steht ein Doppelbett (entspräche dem 8+2). Im EG 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad und einer Toilette. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen oder eventuellen Backen benötigt. Wünschenswert wären an dieser Stelle nur noch ausreichend Tassen und Tringläser gewesen, aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank (side-by-side), alles vorhanden... der Gasgrill funktionierte einwandfrei. Zusammenfassend haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Needs updating & better local management; Nicely located

Generally it was OK, but not great. The property is in a good location, with a cycle track to the town & beaches nearby & perfect for golfers. On the downside the property needs a little bit of attention and TLC. To be fair I suspect this may be down to the local site agent who we found to be pretty useless (rarely responded to phone calls or voice mail messages) . We had issues with a cold pool which was never resolved (paid for it to be heated and it was very cold); a water leak in the bedroom (lots of pre-existing staining), the decking around the front was beginning to rot, and we were left without the key when we arrived for well over an hour despite telling the agent of our arrival time on numerous occasions . A couple of other issues to note. - You need to arrange to pay the deposit to the owner prior to arrival not to the local agent as stated on line unless you want to give them cash!. This caused quite a lot of worries as we weren't given arrival information until the very last minute as a result of this misdirection. - The advertised bikes could not be used, and were ancient, poorly maintained & frankly dangerous, with the brakes not working on two of them and the wheels out of shape on the other! - the property isn't air conditioned, and we had to buy fans in order to be able to sleep at night, so watch for that and the biting insects if you go in the height of summer.

Vorsicht - Vermieterin verspricht mehr als man bekommt.

Wir hatten dieses Objekt für zwei Wochen im Oktober 2018 gemietet. Die Lage (Golfplatz , Strand etc. alles ausgesprochen nah und vor allem ohne Auto zu erreichen) und die Beschreibung / Bewertung von anderen Gästen hatten uns überzeugt. Am Tag der Anreise fielen wir aber aus allen Wolken. Dass dieses Objekt als 5 Schlafzimmerhaus angeboten wird, ist leider nicht zutreffend. Ein sogenanntes Schlafzimmer befand sich im oberen Flur. Jeder aus unserer Reisegruppe musste an dem "Schlafzimmer" der anderen vorbei (also kein separater Raum). Betrachtet man die Anzeigen der anderen Ferienhäuser in diesem Ressort, so werden diese mit max. 4 Zimmern angegeben. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Dusche im oberen Bereich. Eine nachträglich eingebaute Duschkabine, kein Tageslicht und in diesem Fall auch noch undicht. Der daraus resultierende Wasserschaden im darunterliegenden Schlafzimmer verursachte einen erheblichen Schaden in Form von Schimmelbefall. Das Schlafzimmer so wie die Dusche konnten nicht genutzt werden. Wir wollten dies mit der Vermieterin klären, wurden aber am Telefon rüde abgewiesen. Wir sollten uns nicht so anstellen, denn andere Gäste hätten dies auch geduldet. Man könne dies zur Zeit eben nicht sanieren. Kein Entgegenkommen hinsichtlich Mietminderung, geschweige denn ein Wort der Entschuldigung bzw. frühzeitiger Hinweis bei der Anreise, um uns die Möglichkeit zu geben, anderweitig zu planen und evtl. zu stornieren. Diese Reaktion war sehr enttäuschend. Da es im Grunde ein 4 Schlafzimmerhaus ist stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

Nice villa, good location

The villa is set in a gated estate, a few minutes walk or cycle through the back of a golf course and some pretty woods from a lovely, rustic stretch of beach which can't be accessed by cars - and is therefore a lot quieter than the main stretch of Moliets beach 1km or so away. This is our second time in a villa in this area. We really enjoy the laid-back feel of the region and also the fact that places like Bayonne, Biarritz and San Sebastien are within an hour or so and so easy to get to for a day out or just for dinner. Within the main resort there are plenty of good places to eat and drink, hire bikes etc. We also booked into Surf School for the week on the main beach, but we then found out that there was a school operating out of our quiet local beach - so worth a Google. The villa itself is nice, light and modern - plenty of place for 8 of us: 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We kicked the kids upstairs, and took the downstairs rooms by the pool which were a little bit cooler on the warm nights. The facilities were all that we could have asked for or needed, and the couple of minor problems we did encounter (missing lead to link TV to DVD player, some teatowels and pillows not quite as clean as they could have been) were quickly dealt with by Christophe the property manager. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing villa holiday in this area.

Das ist sehr schöner Ort um wundervolle Urlaubstage zu verbringen!

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (mein Mann und ich) unsere 4 Kinder, 3 Schwiegerkinder und 2 Enkelkinder hier unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus vorgefundenen. Beeindruckt hat uns die gepflegte Anlage. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde z. B. regelmäßig der Pool gewartet. Wir bedanken uns für die freundliche Aufnahme und einen sehr gemütlichen Rahmen für unseren Familienurlaub XXL.

Einfach genialer Urlaub

War mit 9 fast erwachsenen / erwachsenen Kindern für 2 Wochen in Moliets. Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus in einer Siedling direkt im Golfplatz. Ruhig gelegen, das Meer in Höhrweite. Die Zimmer sind zwischen luxuriös und ordentlich eingerichtet. Für 10 Personen gerade ausreichend, 8 optimal. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Viel Platz und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es sich wieder einmal ergiebt, dass alle Kinder mit Anhang mit in Urlaub fahren, dann gerne wieder in der Villa Turquoise

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Les prestations sont de qualité et l'accueil chaleureux. Golf, plage et activités diverses sont au rendez-vous. C'était notre 3eme année sur Moliets et notre séjour le plus agréable. Nous avons donc décidé de relouer la villa turquoise en juillet 2016.
