Great Getaway

Genevieve's place in Llanca is wonderful. The balcony/terrace is massive and has an incredible view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 min walk away. Overall, we had a great time here. The kitchen unfortunately has a lot of ants--hopefully, that can be addressed. The walk to the port or the village is a bit too far with kids, but was very simple with a car. Parking was always a breeze too. I would highly recommend Genevieve's place! It's big and well equipped. Perfect place for a vacation.

Séjour inoubliable !

Tout d'abord très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires sur la location et ses environs. Le logement est spacieux, très fonctionnel, et très bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, sur les Albères et la mer. L'accès aux plages, par des escaliers (2) est direct tout près de la location. Le quartier est très calme car rue résidentielle. Exactement ce que l'on recherchait, nous avons déjà hâte d'être à l'été prochain !

De belles vacances dans un appartemet spacieux avec une vue magnifique

Nous venons de passer de belles vacances de printemps à Llança. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est très agréable et la vue magnifique. Il est situé à quelques mètres de plusieurs plages et d'un sentier côtier qui permet de belles ballades en bord de mer. La région est belle ... nous reviendrons. Laurence (38)

wundervolle Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang und -untergang, tolle Wohnung, sehr herzlicher Kontakt

Wir waren in einer extrem gut ausgestatteten Wohnung und hatten einen sehr netten, unkomplizierten und zuverlässigen Kontakt sowohl mit der Vermieterin als auch mit Maria vor Ort (mit beiden auf spanisch), die uns dann auch noch am letzten Tag zum Bahnhof gefahren hat. Die große Terrasse hat einen genialen Ausblick und bietet tolle Stimmungen sowohl für Frühaufsteher als auch abends. Zum Strand runter sind es ca. drei Minuten zu Fuß. Mietauto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich, von Barcelona nach Llanca sind es ca. 2,5 Stunden mit dem Zug, vom Bahnhof Llanca zum Apartment nochmal ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, wegen der Steigungen sollte man etwas sportlich sein. Direkt an der Küste geht der Wanderweg GR92 entlang, sehr malerisch direkt an der Steilküste und durch Buchten. Ideal zum Wandern und zum Joggen und späteren Abkühlen im Meer. Schön ist die Vielfalt der Möglichkeiten vor Ort: Wandern am Meer und in den Pyrenäen, Badeurlaub, Tauchen, Dalí und das Museum in Figuerés, in den Bergen die Klöster und der Weinanbau. Und ein Tagesausflug nach Collioure in Frankreich ist auch gut möglich. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Apartment und in der Gegend sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns nochmal herzlich bei Geneviève Mommeransy und Maria bedanken.

agréable séjour

deuxième séjour dans cet appartement que nous apprécions. Il est bien équipé et décoré avec gout; la vue est très belle.Il est bien placé car l'on peut accéder à pied au port, à la vieille ville .le chemin de ronde est très proche pour se promener , ainsi que la plage.

beautiful apartment with great view

we liked the apartment very much, so we were there the second time ! The interior is very nice. Enough space for a family with 2 children. The balcony (or the big windows in case of windy weather) give a wonderful view along the coastline. The apartment (kitchen, bathes...) has everything you need for daily life. The beaches are a few steps away. In the mountains you'll find well prepared hiking routes. And you can reach the old town with supermarkets, market and restaurants of Llanca by a 10 minutes walk, the railway station (direct connection to Barcelona, Girona, Figueres..) by a 15 minutes walk and the marina of Llanca by beautiful 15-20 minutes minutes walk aloang the coastline ! So it is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful area !

Un coin de paradis !

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé avec une belle terrasse disposant d'une vue magnifique sur la mer et les plages environnantes . Aller se baigner ne demande que quelques minutes (et quelques marches), et les plages proches sont très agréables, l'eau est très claire et il n'y a pas trop de monde, c'est plutôt familial. Llança est une petite ville sympa avec quelques bon restaurants. Nous recommandons particulièrement le Pati Blanc, cuisine délicieuse, personnel agréable, et prix très raisonnables. Bref, excellente location dans laquelle nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cadre et logement très agréables, excellent séjour

La disponibilité et la qualité de l'accueil de Mme Mommeransy, ainsi que la clarté de ses explications sont à souligner... Appartement très joliment décoré, spacieux, où rien ne manque (juste peut-être la Wi-Fi pour les hyper-connectés?) et où tout est confortable d'utilisation... Grande terrasse très agréable avec bbq et vue superbe sur la mer, les constructions environnantes n'excédant pas la hauteur de 3 niveaux, et où on profite du soleil la plus grande partie de la journée, le tout dans un quartier calme et inspirant confiance. Les plages les plus proches sont d'accès rapide (moins de 5' de marche pour Tonyines, et moins de 10' pour La Farella), idem pour le très agréable "Cami de Ronda"... Llança / Port de Llança est une commune très sympa, assez bien pourvue en divers commerces, sans avoir les inconvénients d'une commune trop touristique, et idéalement située, d'une part, pour des visites dans les environs proches (Cadaquès, Monastère Sant Pere de Rodes, Empuries...), et d'autre part pour "rayonner" vers des lieux de visites comme Barcelone, ou encore la Alt Garrotxa, ou le Baix Emporda... Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation, encore merci pour l'accueil !

De très bonnes vacances

Nous (deux adultes et deux enfants) avons passé une bien agréable semaine dans cette belle location. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Je n'ai jamais vu de propriétaire laissant à la disposition des locataires un masque de plongée, un nécessaire à couture et autant de vaisselle. Maria, la dame qui accueille les locataires, est charmante. Bref, nous nous sommes beaucoup plus et la région est très agréable à visiter. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, toller Blick

als wir zum ersten Mal auf den riesigen Balkon der Wohnung traten, dachten wir sofort: die Mühe der 1300 km Autofahrt hat sich gelohnt ! Ein Ausblick auf die Küste der seinesgleichen sucht ! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet, angenehm groß für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Abwicklung der Kaution war problemlos, die Verwalterin freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung: perfekt zwischen 2 Stränden, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der nette Ortskern von Llanca ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar (Sandalen-Tempo), der Hafen von Llanca in 20 min, oder über den traumhaften Küstenweg in 30 min. Insgesamt hat uns auch Llanca und seine Umgebung (z.B. Cap de Creus, Cadaques, Sant Pere) gut gefallen: es gibt alles was man als Urlauber braucht, aber alles wirkt auch im Juli nicht überfüllt. Die Kieselstrände der 7 (?) Buchten sind schön, ganz klares Wasser und Gelegenheit zum Schnorcheln. Echt Empfehlung !

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement où l'on se sent bien, presque comme chez soi.Il est coquet, grâce à une décoration soignée;il est clair, la grande terrasse est bien exposée et l'on peut donc en profiter à plusieurs moments de la journée.De plus, il est bien situé et au calme. Nous le recommandons !
