Parfaite situation
Une location idéalement située pour découvrir la vallée d'Itria. La maison est en pleine campagne dans un environnement calme au milieu des trulli. Elle reste assez fraîche même en cas de forte chaleur. Francesco a été très accueillant et réactif. La maison possède un trullo et on peut monter sur le toit pour avoir une très agréable vue sur tous les environs. Le matelas de la chambre sous le trullo est mou et mériterait d'être changé pour un confort optimal. Nous aurions aimé avoir des verres à vin également à disposition pour déguster les crus de la région.

Au calme, pas très loin du centre de Locorontondo, plutôt bien située pour visiter les Pouilles. Maison spacieuse et agréable. Literie trop molle à notre goût.

Ha sido fantástica la experiencia en este alojamiento, teníamos de todo, solo un poco lejos del centro, pero Francesco un encanto de señor, incluso nos dejaba cosas en la mesa del porche de su huerto: higos, nueces, etc..... un encanto, lo recomiendo 100%, le doy mil gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable

Pour nous qui voulions visiter le salento,cette adresse un peu éloignée du centre de Locorotondo a étéparfaite. De plus une chambre est dans un trullo ce qui est appréciable quand la température extérieure est élévée. Le propriétaire est absolument très gentil et dispo.

Hele fijne plek in olijfboomgaard. Zon beetje laatste huis van het prachtige dorp Locrotondo. Heerlijk rustig. Je moet wel alles met de auto doen.

Posto delizioso e host gentilissimo
La casa e’ ampia per 2 famiglie noi eravamo in tutto 7 persone 4 adulti e 3 bambini tra i 7 e 9 anni. Nonostante sia una dimora estiva e noi abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di capodanno, siamo stati benissimo. Impianto di riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante. La casa e’ grande, vivibile accessoriata ( Wi-Fi , coperte stoviglie asciugamani legna per il camino ) gli spazi esterni non lo abbiamo goduti per ovvie ragioni ma il silenzio era delizioso. Il proprietario gentile e cortese ci ha anche fatto raccogliere le arance per la spremuta mattutina. Consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo passato bellissime due settimane in questa proprietà adatta anche ad un gruppo numeroso (tre famiglie - 9 persone). Il proprietario è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile (quando abbiamo segnalato un letto danneggiato, ancora in giornata ha sistemato tutto). La posizione è molto strategica a poca distanza dalle maggiori attrazioni della valle d'Itria.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem originalen Bauernhaus( trulli), ausgestattet mit allem im Überfluss. Gelegen traumhaft in den Bergen, Ruhe pur, Sternenhimmel, bis zum nächsten Strand ca. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto, dahin unterwegs findet man einen schönen Supermarkt. Francesco hat uns toll empfangen und wir konnten aus seinem bewirtschafteten Grundstück Gemüse und Obst selber pflücken. Ein Traum.

La maison est spacieuse, par contre le chemin d’accès n’est pas très pratiquante. Ne pas venir avec une voiture trop basse. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec le temps et il a fallu enclencher le chauffage, avec des frais supplémentaires. De plus, la maison est très humide.

Schönes, großes Haus, mit genug Platz und sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir haben zu 11 (6 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 3 Kinder) in diesem sehr gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Haus 10 schöne Tage verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Insektengitter an allen Fenstern, sodass in der Nacht genug frische Luft hereinkommt und das Haus genug für den nächsten Tag abkühlt. Man kann das schöne Wetter an der freien Luft (auf dem Steintisch) oder auf der überdachten (den ganzen Tag Schatten bietenden) Terrasse genießen. Eine Primärausstattung war vorhanden, sodass auch unsere späte Anreise kein Problem dargestellt hat. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz und wir Erwachsenen konnten sie unbesorgt im und ums Haus herum spielen lassen. Der Urlaub war, nicht zuletzt wegen des perfekten Quartiers, für alle 11 Personen erholsam, angenehm, kurz unvergesslich.

Confort, sérénité, bonheur..Merci Francesco !
Je passe mes vacances depuis des années ici, et ai réservé cette année ce trullo idéal pour accueillir des amis, la famille dans la merveilleuse campagne de la vallée d'Itria, et sécurisé pour des enfants. La proximité de 2 villes magnifiques (Locorotondo, Martina Franca), permet de concilier détente et vie festive intense. Le propriétaire est très discret, et vous comble de délicatesses, en vous apportant par exemple les légumes de son jardin pleins de saveurs.

Belle maison familiale
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances c'est un endroit calme et charmant. La maison est belle, pratique et idéale pour une grande famille. Nos enfants qui voulaient revoir la région de leurs grand-parents gardent un très bon souvenir de leur séjour et de l'accueil de Francesco qui a mis tout en oeuvre pour notre bien être et la sécurité pour notre petit-fils qui a bien profité. Un séjour formidable
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans le gîte de Francesco dans les Pouilles. Le gîte est très bien équipe, très propre, très agréable et très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement : les oliviers, les nombreux Trulli typique de cette région. La ville de Locorotondo à proximité offre tous mes services et les commerces. Nous étions à 20 minutes de la plage et nous avons l'argent profité de l'Adriatique. Merci à Francesco pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil
