Séjour déplorable, fournaise dans logement vétuste et nuisances sonores
Un véritable enfer vécu au quotidien : Climatisation portative très bruyante avec nécessité de vider régulièrement l'eau contenue dans une bassine ; a noter ventilateur d'appoint en complément> appartement trop chaud, impossible de dormir la nuit; nuisances sonores aux alentours; vétusté sol salle de bains et meubles de cuisine; lits non confortables; manque d'équipements et accessoires cuisine/SDB. Cet appartement a besoin d'être rénové et modernisé pour pouvoir être loué à nouveau.

Super Lage, alles ausreichend, perfekter Kontakt!
Alles prima! Lage und Kommunikation bestens! Zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria Rialto! Der Blick ist wunderbar, im Appartement ist alles soweit vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher hatten wir selbst dabei. Pfeffer und Salz hätten noch gefehlt..😉..Pierre und sein "Hausmeister" Herr Mansour sind direkt erreichbar und konnten alle Fragen direkt beantworten...allerdings gab es auch keine Probleme!! Alles in allem rundum perfekt!! Wir kommen wieder, ganz liebe Grüße Tanja Rolf mit Fluffy

Appartement bien situé avec jolie point de vue, par contre l'état de l'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce, rideaux, oreillers, fauteuils tachés, sol de la chambre vétuste et non Entretenu,poils de chat sur chaise,douche pas propre,poussières ++...., avons dû effectuer un ménage à l'arrivée pour pouvoir y séjourner correctement, nous avons même croisé un cafard dans la salle de bain (après contact avec le propriétaire à ce sujet, il s'agit d'un problème récurrent, la copropriété fait des traitements plusieurs fois par an, confirmé par le concierge), bref appartement bien équipé et situé mais qui aurait besoin d'un ménage et entretien sérieux.j'ai bien sûr des photos prouvant mes dires .

Pied-à-terre idéal pour un séjour dans le golfe de St Tropez
Si l'on fait abstraction d'une certaine vétusté des sols, ce petit appartement très agréable et bien équipé est idéalement situé pour un séjour dans le golfe de St Tropez. (belle vue sur la cité lacustre, proximité des commerces et position centrale entre Cannes et Toulon). Les contacts avec le propriétaire et le gardien sont agréables Nous recommandons cette location.

Der trænger god og grundig til oprydning og hovedrengøring. boligen er kun til 2 personer. Ny gulvbelægning på nær badeværelse er tiltrængt. I køkkenet vil det være en god ide at rydde op i kopper, tallerkner m.m. Og at få nyt og godt bestik og køkkkenknive. Badeværelset er faktisk ok. En god ting er opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine, men der mangler et tørrestativ til tøj. Der bør, i annoncen gøres opmærksom på, at altanen har en størrelse, der gør at man ikke kan sidde ude på den.

Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel. La cité de port grimaud est très agréable. Accès direct aux plages et aux commerces et restaurants les pieds dans l'eau. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec la personne qui nous accueille.

Retour aux sources .
Après plusieurs voyages, hors de nos frontières, cette période de Covid nous a permis de retrouver ce bel appartement, ainsi que cette magnifique région!! Idéal pour un couple, avec enfants en bas age, très bien situé, commerces , plage et restaurants, à proximité, pas besoin de véhicule. Nous recommandons vivement.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in Port Grimaud
Kleine, gut geschnittene Wohnung mitten in Port Grimaud. Super geeignet um von hier aus die schönen Strände und netten Orte der Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Donnerstag und Sonntag findet direkt vor der Haustür ein netter Markt statt und zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß nur 5min. Aus den Fenstern der Wohnung hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Kanäle von Port Grimaud. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Charmantes Apartment
Ein charmantes Apartment in toller Lage. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, in dieser angenehmen Unterkunft. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Das Apartment ist ruhig und hell und die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Bilder sind repräsentativ und übertreiben nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte zuverlässig per Mail. Auf telefonischen Zuruf ist ein netter Herr vor Ort, der bei der Abgabe des Apartments und Problemen hilfreich ist. Cave bei der Anreise: Der Schlüssel für die untere Tür ist in der Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss deponiert, diese schließt, wenn wenig los ist, auch früher. Wir hatten Glück, um 22.00 Uhr. Bei Verspätung rechtzeitig kommunizieren, dann ist das sicher auch kein Problem, siehe oben. Die Reinigung des Apartments erfolgt durch die Gäste. Es ist alles vorhanden, der betagte Staubsauger war mit unseren Hundehaaren überfordert. Eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vergessen. Vielen Dank für den sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter. P.S. Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.
